We took our 15-year-old puggle for full grooming and the guy told us he couldn't groom him because he had a sore on his head. He didn't have any sore! Other than arguing with the guy, we asked if he could trim his nails! He cut one nail and said he wouldn't cut anymore because Jake didn't like it! What dog does? Jake has been there a few times before, and he didn't like his nails cut then either! Then later that day I get an alert saying "SORRY WE MISSED YOU TODAY!" Like we didn't show up? I think he wanted to go home early or something! I sure hope they don't charge us for a no show!

Recommendation: I don't think anything can be done about this! Just hire people that want to work!
