I have an overpayment on my account off $233.22 and they had me verify my bank account, they deposited 0.8 cent and 0.2 cents but when I entered it I was supposed to enter it .08 and .02 and I didn’t I entered it as the 0.8. So I tried contacting Customer Support. They told me to try putting my bank information in again and send them the message it said, so I did. They then said for me to text the 218 or 215 number and put in the code she sent me, so I did. Nothing happened I’ve been asking all day to Customer Service what Do I do now. I have not received my money back or anything and then I tried putting my bank information in again and it gave me this message, I still have. It gotten my money from over payment, and it’s an emergency and I need it.
the Message said that I could not use the bank to enter a new bank. What I don’t understand is that my bank was on file and they were taking the money out for the purse that I had previously purchased. I need the money immediately . Please HELP!
Desired outcome: I would like my money sent to my bank account.
