I bought a box of 10 Hyde vapes. It took a couple of weeks to arrive, which is normal for them, that is why I buy in bulk. But the problem is that the first 2 I opened do not work. But because I had them for a couple of weeks before using them they dont want to credit me at all. Not even for the 8 I didnt open. Since I have to buy these in bulk and keep a stock going because of their long ship times, I normally have one or more that I am still using before I use the ones I just received. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years, buying in bulk. They dont care. They said I had to test them in the first week, then later changed that to 2 weeks for bulk orders. Im several days out of the 2 week. I guess Im supposed to open 10 or more vapes at once to test that they are not faulty. Having not had an issue in the 4 years prior of buying in bulk, I didnt think I had to do that. I have dealt with their extremely long ship times because I do buy in bulk but I will no longer buy from them since they have zero loyalty or care for good customers. They will not even give me instore credit for the 8 I didnt open. If these were all faulty this week, they were all faulty 2 weeks ago. They also obviously do not care after seeing all of the bad reviews on several sites.
