Dear Mr. Pepsi,

I have been a Pepsi consumer for many years. Never had a complaint until now. About 2 weeks ago, I purchased two 12-packs of Pepsi at Super One grocery in Stevensville MT. When I recently went to drink one of the cans, it smelled unusual, but I dismissed it -- why would that be? My subsequent sip confirmed there was something definitely wrong. It was a metallic-type of smell and taste. I checked all 24 cans and found the problem to be consistent with each one. I ultimately emptied all cans in the sink so I could at least recycle the cans. You owe me $6!

To PepsiCo India,

I have been selling your products since 2020 in Kerala India Trivandrum. and I am completely unsatisfied with your service. The distributors which you are selecting to sell your products are catastrophic and the retailers are having too much headache with them. I struggled too much to get a visit cooler from Pepsi, even when I am purchasing for 45000 INR from Pepsi. after several conversations and fights, the distributor agreed to give a used cooler for me, without any other way I have agreed their point. my shop is exactly at the center point of the city so the customers can see the dusty and damaged cooler from outside. Perhaps it may affect the reputation of PepsiCo company. anyway it just worked only for 2 months thereafter the cooler is not working properly and when the customer asks for cooled Pepsi, the only thing which we can do is to blame Pepsico company.it seems very bad to have a negative effect on PepsiCo.It's Been one month since the cooler is damaged nobody has taken care of this, even I called distributor several times. The distributer is Lakshmi Traders with Franchisee id 14135,(PH:+[protected]) since then, I have stopped purchasing Pepsico products and selling them. if PepsiCo India can do anything regarding the issue kindly help me to solve this, otherwise, our group of retailers are decided to stop selling this unethical product. for reference hereby I am attaching a sample bill also kindly contact or reply to this mail if possible

We bought a cube of pepsi at walmart in west mifflin... And when my husband was finishing the can, a piece of plastic went into his mouth... Not a big piece but big enough to be noticed he had something in his mouth, which could of chocked him... From what I can get off the bottom of the can are these numbers... You wasted your time and money and my time and money in the future. Since pepsi thought it was a good business decision to showcase their product on the latest superbowl, therefore, supporting the 1/2 time event... You have lost us and many as customers. What were you thinking lending the name to that garbage. Rap singers who among at least two snoop dog and jay z were drug dealers in their day... I love my Pepsi especially on a hot summer day. Every time I opened and took my first taste it brought me back to my childhood fishing on a boat with my dad. The last month the taste has been off, I just chalked it up to a bad batch. But now I have read several forms that suggest Pepsi has changed its formula. Please say it is not so because I can not stomach this new taste. Will the old formula ever come back? Because I will not buy anymore until then.

As me and my fiancé where on the way from vacation the salesman would follow very close then proceeded to switch lanes and giving us the middle finger as he's speeding past going well over the speed limit! He needs to think about how he acts when driving a company car. This individual need to be sent to driving school and be written up this behavior is not acceptable and should be reprimanded.

We were sitting in a restaraunt parking lot, and the idiot pepsi driver parked his semi in a HORRIBLE place, loaded his dolly, then slammed it against my car. When i tried to talk about it, he avoided me. Its actually crazy. He acted like nothing was wrong and that he didnt do anything wrong. He literally acted like nothing happened, while the parking lot was full of bottles, and the dolly slammed against my car. Is this seriously who pepsi hires?

I bought 2 cases of water in Sam's club. I opened a bottle put of each and I can smell straight chlorine and it tastes like it as well. I cannot drink this water because it is so saturated with chlorine. Number by the baroda is 123A-218-0111-F0.

I can only find 24 oz bottles of Diet Pepsi in Colorado Springs, Colorado at Sam's Club. It has been out of stock at both clubs for over a month but available at other Colorado locations. This is all I drink and this size is perfect. When will this be available again? Going through withdrawals! Help! If it is in stock in other locations, please say why it is not in Colorado Springs!

Purchased Hyvee Drugtown in Muscatine Iowa. I have drank pepsi or Diet Pepsi for over 60 years. Only complaints previously have been cost and when formula Changesset Driv. To open the package to put in refrigerator was quite a shock. I took 3 out snd then there was diet so I thought oh must be a promotion of some kind. Next 6 we're diet. I got a email from pepsi saying that I am the winner of PEPSI UK PROMO DRAW. I have seen a lot of scam messages already. Bt the interesting part of mine was there was a link between my text message and email. I got text on my phone in 2018 and after 2 years I got my email on 2020.so, if there is a chance of winning then please inform me ASAP . Thank you

I was in a Dollar General in Ocala Florida upon walking into the store I was speaking to the store representative to have the Pepsi delivery driver attacked me with verbal threats also announcing that he made a hundred grand a year for the entire story to hear this incident is on camera the Pepsi driver proceeded to follow me out of the store continuing to voice verbal threats not only is he on camera inside the store but I have him on camera from my car my dash camera I have a picture of the truck number that this driver currently drives he also called his supervisor because I told him that I was calling customer service and tried to tell his supervisor that he was doing nothing wrong which is incorrect I have him on camera I have to figure out how to get the video I have on dash camera in my car downloaded to my phone so I can send it to you but as of right now I can send you the picture of the truck in the truck number

Bought a 32 pack of Pepsi from Costco in Canada.

All the cans are flat, my wife even felt sick after drinking one noting a pain in her stomach.

I am a daily diet pepsi drinker. I recently purchased 6 - 8 packs of 12 ounce bottles from Shop Rite.
It tastes absolutely disgusting.

I drink diet pepsi every day, all day. I'm hoping this is a bad batch and not due too a new formula.

Sam's Club has been out of the case of 24oz bottles of Diet Pepsi for over a month and it's no longer in their system. Have you discontinued this product? I don't like the taste of the pop from cans or the 16.9 oz bottles. If you discontinued them then you should make the cases of 20oz bottle as the replacement and at the same price that the case of 24oz bottles. If they haven't been discontinued then get the product back on the shelves ASAP!

Driver inside store was rude, I was looking inside drink cooler, shopping and he just pushed by me, practically knocking me over
Then had belligerent attitude. No excuse me, no courtesy, just unacceptably rude and obnoxious. This type of representation of your company is UNACCEPTABLE and he needs to be REPRIMANDED
He just kept jarring his mouth. Hes lucky Im a lady.

I purchased four 12 can cases of Diet Pepsi Caffeine Free in June 2021 from Shoprite in Flemington, NJ. I opened a can of soda last week and the taste was not right (flat metallic flavor). I returned the Pepsi product to Shoprite for a refund and was told that the soda had expired in July and a return would not be honored. According to this logic, I have one month to drink 48 cans of soda before it expires…ridiculous!
I have cans of other brands of soda that last for more than one month.
I am very disappointed and request a response.

Your truck driver literally ran me and my two kids off the road just so he would not miss his turn. The Pepsi truck driver was in the right lane and I was in the left lane, he moved into the left lane with my car still in the left lane. I had nowhere to go but the grass in the middle of the highway. I bumped my horn repeatedly, but he just ignored it and continue to move over in my line with no where for me to go but in the grass. I had a 1 year old and a 10 year old child in the car with me. This could have ended very tragically if I had not gone into the grass. Your truck driver yelled at me that he was trying to deliver his 9 ton load and did not care that I filed a complaint against him. I also called the police and filed a report. This guy should not be allowed to drive, he is going to kill someone.
