I purchased in the past 6 months 6 cases of Pepsi and they all ended up leaking and I didn't notice it until it had leaked onto the carpet. I started to clean it up and noticed that there was mold growing inside the cartons. I threw all of it out, even the cans that hadn't leaking as I didn't want to get sick. I no longer have any proof that I purchased them. I'm very disapointed in Pepsi as I heard that the decision was made to go with cheaper quality packaging for the cans themselves. Wrong move.

It was an 8pack of 12 oz Regular Pepsi held by plastic and the caps were not loose or bent. In fact, the caps were very tight. Hope this helps. The numbers on side of bottle were rather hard to read by eye. Vision not so good anymore. I am not a prolific consumer of soda, but I do know when it's a bad batch. I took one sip of this one and was worse than the previous one. Very weak and barely any fizz. So, there.

I recently bought a six pack 710 ml bottles of diet Pepsi and taking a drink I was left with a bleach aftertaste. My first thought was it was my imagination, But after testing two more bottles and having 2 more people try it and they thought the same thing. Normally I buy the 1liter bottles and never had any complaints in till now. Hopefully this isn't going to be a recurring problem, if it is I would appreciate someone looking into it I would hate after 60 years having to look for a different product. Thank you

I own a bar (Lawrenceville - PGH) and every-time I place an order they don’t show up. Then after making numerous calls they show up days later with half the order missing, even though when placing order I’m told they have everything. For them being such a huge company I don’t understand how they don’t know how to keep inventory correct. I’ve called the sales lady Agnus(when switching from Coke to Pepsi said I’d never have an issue like this) who told me the orders come out of McKeesRocks and that warehouse is a nightmare and the people who work there don’t want to do their job. I recently called her last week asking for a supervisor and she said to give her a few days and she’d get back to me. It’s been almost a week and I called and left her a message yesterday and I’m still waiting for a response. They blow your phone up to get your business and orders and then forget about you- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I have been a pepsi fan for over 40 years. I know what they are supposed to taste like. I drink a 12 pack of cans every day. They have gotten so flat I can no longer drink them anymore. What is going on? I bought 5 12 pks. a week ago. 2 were acceptable. 3 12 pks. were flat. Bought 4 more today. I have opened 2 cartons so far, both flat. I live in St.Mary's county in MD.

I purchased 6 cases of caffeine free Pepsi. They sat in a stack on the floor beside a cabinet. I don't drink soda every day, so they did sit for a while. One day passing I noticed the floor felt a little wet. I moved the cases and found that the one on the bottom ALL the cans were empty and there was damp mold on the wall and carpet. Found another case with just a few cans that leaked. I don't see any holes but I do see mold on the side of the can. The pic of the floor shows baking soda as I read that will clean it.

Pepsi Started to promote from September along with Hardees Burger and KFC Burger. I bought my First 2 Ltr Pepsi on 20/09/2022. I got the KFC burger with Coupon mentioned under the cap of the Bottle. Until 9/10/2022 it was properly responding with Coupon to redeem our Prize. then it stopped Responding.

I sent 3 Code to Pesi on WhatsApp for which I should get 3 Coupon as mentioned on the bottle sticker as EVERYONE IS WINNER. Now it has stopped sending Coupons to redeem the Prize, means not even responding, at least inform that the prize is not there or stopped or any reason why we are not getting the coupons, we do have that right to know the reason of no response from Pepsi team. If it there is some change or offer is discontinued, then stop promotion in bottles too. Pepsi is reputed and big company, so it is not acceptable that the ad is still there but no offers, Fake Promotions is a cheat and fraud with Pepsi and Burger Fans. We are not greedy for Burgers, if we can buy Pepsi then Burger can easily be bought, it's just Plain cheeseburger but still we feel happy when we get coupons and for it as if we have won it. It's Simple happy feeling of winning which Pepsi cannot make fun of by just giving ads and not responding to customers.

I really have spent at least a couple hundred bucks for flat soda bottles. Now I know that this is due to trucks not bringing in new soda.

This is only fair to the people who have stock in PepsiCo.

As stated above at 8:54am your Pepsi driver tag number 2BN A97 was riding my car on Rt 90. We got up to 80 mph (I think it's called pushing) & I refused to go any faster. He finally passed on a solid yellow line to fly up on the cars in front of us and proceeded to ride that cars tail end on to OC. I've uploaded a photo of him riding the car in front of me & a clear one of his tag. I tried to get the number on the side but he flew by me so fast I didn't get a clear shot of it

I am a loyal Pepsi drinker, but recently my 6-pack 16 OZ bottles have had an odor around the cap and rim area. I have had to put them in other cups or bottles.

I'm just writing this to inform Pepsi there is a defect in some of the cans of MT Dew at least . As I once worked for Pepsi and I know how they are about putting out a flawless product down to the packaging . The defect is in the opening tab , perhaps the top of the can is bubbled upward to much or something . Because when the tab is pulled to push down the drink opening it doesn't open I usually open it about halfway and notice . Then resort to pushing it down with my thumb .

It might of course only be one bad batch of cans . So the bin I got it off of was at the Circle K in Newark Ohio 43055 UPC top number 020U-672-0000 , bottom number [protected] 2 . Then there is a number and letter sequence on the flap under the expiration date . Dec 26 22 - 0816C0062321B . It was in one of those 18 can cases of soda . I hope this is enough info for Pepsi to investigate if needed .

A semi truck tire blew the tire hit my car in air and I’m trying to get it covered, i tried calling but nobody seems to be able to help, that was my only transportation and I’m stuck in the city, incident address is 7200 IH 35 N San Marcos Tx 78666, The cops told me i couldn’t drive my car so they towed it away. I want to raise a complaint against the Pepsi Distributor named (Vijayakumar - [protected]) Located at India, Tamilnadu (state), Coimbatore (district), Karamadai. I own a restaurant called Samura, Bakery (Timepass), Sweetshop (Ms Sweet) and doing a continuous follow up for more than 10 times and provided all the documents cheque leaf with original Aadhaar card 6 month before.

But he is not at all giving proper response and making false commitments. I got totally disappointed with this follow up.

So kindly take an immediate action for this and arrange a new machine for the business or please return our cheque leaf we will find the alternate.

I recently bought 2 12 packs of pepsi at Kroger and what I didn't realize is when I got home there was a few cans defective in both cases so I lost a few cans because they had a leak and leaked all over my stuff. I was not happy at all

We bought a box of Pepsi (24 cans) on Sat May 7 at the Walmart Supercenter on Crockett Trace in Morristown Tn. Upon getting off work tonight and arriving home (2:50 am) my 16 yr old son informed me we have a can that was still closed but was empty! I’m not sure what has happened during manufacturing but the box it came in isn’t sticky or showing any signs of a ruptured can. Can you offer some insight on this situation please? You need to recall this garbage. It is FLAT and tastes like someone took the bottom inch of four different kinds of pop including orange and mixed it, us kids used to call it SWAMP WATER FLAT to boot!

I ditched Coca Cola zero because of the exact same issue, at first the beverage was excellent! so much so it was becoming hard to find in the stores then the taste changed... I dropped it like a rock.

NOW the same thing with PEPSI Zero! at first excellent the excellent lasted until now... May 10 NOW it has the same issues as the disgusting Coke a Cola Zero.

My husband never says anything bad about anything, but this morning he said that pop is flat and nasty! LOL that is what prompted me to write, if he says something is wrong with it, it should not be on the shelves.

What is going on? it was on sale so I bought three 12 packs for the summer from a local grocery store.

I went to Walmart Super Center to buy a 12 pack of A&W Root Beer needless to say when i got home with them and opened the box all the can's accept one was only less than half full i was do disbelief this has never happened to me before i had to wait until the next day to go and buy another 12 pack but needless to say they were out here's the code off of the box [protected] can you please make this right

Employee "Andrew Mata" was stocking in my store and reeked of Marijuana.

He was talking loudly and inappropriately on his headphones with a woman.

I had many customer complaints within just the 10 minutes he was stocking. As a consumer we find this very unprofessional.

Pepsi Cola was contacted 3/2 and still have yet to contact my store regarding this manner.

Please request to Pepsi US Corporate Headquarters to stop selling Pepsi products in Russia within 14 days, because of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
