tasting like plastic
I live for your pepsi products but lately I have been buying soda in the 2 liter bottles that taste like the plastic bottle, very distasteful. I usually drink a 2 lter in a day but it;s been 3 days to finish a plastic tasting one. I really dont want to switch but can not take much more since the price is almost double to what you pay in the north from the south.

flat pepsi
i bought 3 cases of pepsi from 14th street marsh in logansport indiana they are flat this is all i drink please tell me what to do thanks i would like them replace i will try wal mart
I've recently had unopened cans of Pepsi that appeared not right. They would dent easily and expand when refrigerated. We've opened a couple and they were flat. This has happened with cases bought at several locations over the past few months.
The Pepsi website is not helpful, at all. I shouldn't have to give my name and address just to make them aware of a problem with their product!
My mcdonalds burger is flat!
We're regular Pepsi drinkers - on 5/16/09 we bought 2-36 can cases of Pepsi at Costo on Michigan Road, Indianapolis. The kids first complained it "tasted funny". So far we've had 8 cans that are unopened and flat. I submitted a complaint on the Pepsi website yesterday and am waiting for a response. This is the first time we've ever encountered this problem.
change of product packaging
for at least five years i have been purchasing diet pepsi cola in 24 oz. bottles from my local supermarkets. I am a long time pepsi drinker and have enjoyed the convenience of this size bottle. I used to drink 2 to 3 bottles per day and this size was an excellent life style choice for me...you do the math...this works out to probably 45 bottles per...

We got some pepsi for a little party, when the first diet Pepsi was open there was no Pepsi taste to it just brown carbon water. What can be done about this we were just going to throw them away but one of the *** suggested we keep the rest to show who ever we could compliant to for proof of what we when through. We had never had problems with this product before. We try to get to the Pepsi web site but contact them, but none of the site had any direct contact point or phone number. How are they contacted about this?

On April 10 2016 I purchased 4 cases of Pepsi products for my sons birthday and everyone complained that the soda taste funny and that it made their stomachs hurt. The sodas was purchased at Kroger in Byram Mississippi. I would appreciate it if you will replace my 4 cases of soda or reimburse the $48 dollars plus tax. My contact information is:

I have been a life long pepsi drinker and the past few 24 packs have had cans in them that when opened there is no carbonation in them and they taste awful. I just got off the phone with Pepsi so if anyone needs the number to be able to call it is [protected]. They will take care of your problem.
Iagree last week I brought 3 six packs of the 24oz plastic bottles the taste was bad so we had to throw it out a kids party so of course each 1 had to be tested i lost about 20.00 how do you contact them ?
For the third time, I attempted to open a bottle of diet Pepsi only to have the screw top not perforated. It was impossible to open it in any manner. So I decided to contact Pepsi from their web site. That was just as impossible. I was able to contact someone from the 800 number listed on the bottle, and she was very helpful. I don't understand how a company as large as Pepsi can construct a web site which is impossible to use.
Total agreement. In the last few months Diet Pepsi has had a terrible chemical taste. There is no Pepsi taste at all, just unidentifiable chemicals. I thought it might be the artificial sweetner, I am having a Diet Mug Root Beer and it tastes like root beer, not chemicals. Basically, Diet Pepsi is undrinkable any more. What have they done to it?
expiration
In the last year I have recieved 3 expired Pepsi's from a local vending machine. I have complained to the stocker who told me that they stock what they recieve from the company. I generally don't realize that I'm drinking an expired Pepsi until I get severe headaches, and double check the bottle. At this point I am switching sodas.
flat soda

thank you
I am relieved to read these complaints by people all over the country. My gripe is just like theirs. It's not restricted to north Texas so the issue is traced back to Pepsi Corporation...bottom line is (of course) money related. The vending machine Pepsis are higher profit margins than the bulk packaged Pepsis you get at Sams or Costco. Pepsi, SHAME on YOU!
I have been a pepsi addict for 40 years. The last 3 years or so they have declined terribly. I buy 7 cartons a week and 80% of the time they taste completely flat. I can pour a whole can out in the sink and it doesn't even bubble up. Doesn't seem to matter what store I buy from. It is disgusting to be stuck with trying to drink them. I have always been a Pepsi fanatic but I am ready to give it up. Too expensive to maintain for something that's barely tolerable 80% of purchases. What happened to Pepsico.?
I'm in Canada and for the last few weeks every container of Pepsi I've bought is pretty much flat. It started with some 2l bottles from gas stations. I'd thought they froze or something.
Then I got two 24 packs of cans from the grocery store. Well I'm taking them back and switching to Coke. I've been a Pepsi fan for over two decades. I don't know what the issue is, but I'm done.
Same here -flat Pepsi! It’s disgusting. Nothing but Pepsi in my house for ages. But unless it’s changed soon I’m going to something different. So tired of pouring Pepsi down the sink!
This has happened a few times before with canned Pepsi, but the last 3 12 packs I have bought all have gone flat within a half hour. I can't even finish one before it's flat. I can tell from the first sip I can tell it's a dud case, it just doesn't taste right. I never do this but I seriously want to contact Pepsi and try to get this addressed.
I keep buying 20 ounce bottles of Pepsi products and they are almost every time flat. I’m think the store might be getting old product and I am not going to switch to coke but I am getting pretty sick of this garbage. Please get me some quality cherry Pepsi!
Dave
Yeah 4 times now. I keep thinking oh this time it will be fine. 20 oz bottles different locations flat every time. Cans are fine however.
I am having the same problem. Bought 4 different 24 pks, and all are flat, even though the dates are fine...Anyone heard anything from Pepsi?
All summer from a list of stores and a list of friends... Why are all the pepsi cans flat. Unlike the other people the cans I can guarantee that are flat are the blue cans. Including the new NFL cans. The only Pepsi cans that aren't flat are the retro design . So when I go to the store I either look like a crazy person digging for retro cans or having to pick...COKE...I HATE COKE! Please for the love of it all fix this issue so I can live my life happily with my ever loving pepsi. Please don't force me to drink COKE! I've had over 15 cases of flat Pepsi cans ...from 12 packs - 30 packs.
Been drinking Pepsi for over 20 years
When I was young I could open a pepsi on a hot day and savor it for hours. Even after it was warm for a while it was still not flat. I quit drinking it for years after moving out. Eventually I get a room mate and after many years I remember it taste exactly like it used to but these days they go flat if you do not drink them in must minutes! It is a huge scam! Their goal is to manipulate so it is great when you open it but the carbon monoxide is mixed with chemicals (undetectable gasses) that break the fizz down faster, . This is why there are so many cans laying around half full. They go flat. This scam is not perfected yet, sometimes they over do it causing it to go flat while in the can. Sounds like I am crazy but just ask anyone with a good memory in their late 40's if they can remember the old days when drinking hot pepsi that sill had fizz happened, impossible with the way they make it today. Its kind of like my friend that patterned a tobacco scoop per that only averaged a 2% loss vs the 11% loss from loading a pipe via dipping in the pouch without the scooper.. The tobacco co bought his patent for 36K so they could avoid it being sold. They would loose 36K of sales every few hours if everyone who smoked a pipe got one of those things. Same reason a bic lighter has a much higher flame then back in the day when they used to last so much longer.
Exactly! I could nurse a can of Pepsi for eight hrs!
Bought 3 12 pack cases of Pepsi -- so far out of two cases that were opened, had at least 3 cans in each case that were flat. These cases were not even close to the expiration date. What's up with this Pepsi. It's not bad enough that soda prices have escalated, now your selling flat soda to the public so we have to go out and buy more soda quicker. What a scam! I would like to be credited for my cases of soda.
I keep buying these value pack 12/ and all the sodas are flat. Even when i buy the 2 liters some of them are flat . I just want the old taste of a strong pepsi soda. The only ones u know is going to be strong is the ones u get out of the soda machines. Thanks for your time
vending machine
On 8/05/08 I put $1.50 into one of the pepsi machines at the Beaverton Trimet Transit center and did not receive a bottle of soda. I asked at the coffee shop if anyone could do anything about it and they told me they had nothing to do with the machines. Use them at your own risk. Other people came after me and they got ripped off as well. I mentioned someone should put an out of order sign on the machines because people kept putting money into them. That is theft! I called the 800 number on the machine and told them about it and was told they could do nothing about it as well. People are putting their hard earned money into those machines and not getting their product. Pepsi is stealing from people. That is against the law and something needs to be done!
can't register code at site!
I went to GoLargeLiveLarge.com site to register the code on the cup I got at Taco Bell/Pizza Hut Restaurant. All I got was junk and a connection to Mountain Dew which wanted to register my name, address, and email. They asked for my password and I'm not going to give that out to anyone! Anyway I couldn't find a single place to put the code from the cup. Is this just a scam to get information about people so they can harass them with emails, etc.? It should have been... go to site, register your code and email address and then wait and see if you won... so simple. Why do people who think they are so intelligent make things complicated? Why can't they just make it simple?
I plan to complain to the local Taco Bell/Pizza Restaurant here on Park Blvd.
Is this just Taco Bell's way of getting your personal information? I think so - You get a "code" number on your drink cup and then have to go on-line to enter the contest where it asks for your name, address, email, birthdate! What kind of "contest" is this? I think it's a way to build a database for their own use and probably to sell to others. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM. Of course, after giving them all your personal information, you're not one of the lucky winners. Don't waste your time on this one.
The password they are asking for is to an account for TacoBell/Pepsi contests, not your e-mail password.
Thank you for this warning. I just got the cup from Taco Bell tonight and while trying to get the site name right... I stumbled on this site. Thank you.
This is scam contest!
This is scam contest. They use fast food outlets such as Taco Bell to up sell customers to purchase large drinks at a higher price when they ordered mediums, promising they would get a chance to enter the golargelivelarge.com sweepstakes with a chance to win$91,000 cash.
The website requires you to enter your name and email address and mailing address as a condition of entering the "contest" and also asks for your phone number and cell number, then tries to get you to agree to receive spam emails from the company.
Only after you have provided all the required information are you allowed to enter the "code number" printed on your cup, then you receive a message saying you lose.
Yes, the premier soft drink company in the United States that has millions upon millions of loyal customers uses third party sales agents and internet scam and spam operators to delude, deceive, and defraud their customers into providing personal and private and confidential information, then allows others to use this information to harass those very same customers.
This is what happens when a soft drink company is taken over by a multi billion dollar international criminal conspiracy that answers only to stockholders instead of customers. Not only do they sell you a quarters worth of soft drink for nearly two dollars by deceiving their customers, then then turn around and betray those same customers by selling or using their personal information to barrage them with harassing emails and/or phone calls or text messages in the guise of advertising.
What they are actually doing is kicking their customers in the gonads by requiring them to run the gauntlet they have set up to extract this information from loyal customers and unsuspecting victims.
Time to change soft drink brands. There's plenty of competition out there.
I was wondering what happened to some of your can pepsi. It's flat no fizz and with the price it have raised its just not great quality
It's a waste of my money. Buy product that has lost it flavor. I was raised on pepsi. For 57 years so far. And I've become very disappointed..
Thank you Ms Theresa Niscior .
Bought 4 six packs of Pepsi zero sugar and they were all flat. Items were bought at Walmart, August 25,2023 and when I went to drink one I found it to be flat. I opened another and the same thing happened. What is going on with this product?

Bought from Morrisons Coalville uk
Where when home tin was empty and no Pepsi in see photograph
3:11 PM on Tuesday, February 28, 2023: Pepsi car with tags ending in 3170 cut me off and then proceeded to mouth me off on route 70 in new Bern North Carolina. I don’t appreciate this.
I hope this gets addressed.
Are they discontinued? Sams Club has had them for a while and I joined for them. I tried to purchase this week 23 Feb 23. It is the perfect size and I purchase it exclusively. Please let me know. Thank you.
On Friday December 23rd, 2022, Your Hopkinsville Kentucky location had their drivers running during a winter weather State of Emergency. They were told to come in on time, not to complain and were more concerned with keeping their "elite status" than their employees. Very distasteful!
