People's Choice Warranty review: No car repairs!

Transmission oil leaking discovered last year. Claim submitted to People choices right away. It took time to get an official approval.They were in touch with the specialized in transmission repairs garage, apparently auto parts were supposed to be bought. The garage kept my car more than 1 week. When I picked up my car, transmission was supposed to be repaired and the invoice be sent to People choices. Today (almost 1year later), Canadian Tire inform me, after oil change, that transmission is leaking oil! It means they never changed the transmission. It is so unprofessionnal. I paid for this warranty and it is so at risk to drive such a car.
