Pegasus Airlines not getting my bag as they said

I have travelled from England to sharm el sheikh on 18th of Jan 2016 they told me my bag will be in sharm before I get there got in the flight had a big delay in istumbul cuz of bad weather which is okay got to sharm more than 3 hours late ok my bag not there so they told me in the airport we will check and get back to u as as possible gave me form to fill and number to call number put me on hold for ages no answer then sharm airport said found my bag in hurgada as we had to stop there one more stop in way from London to turkey then hurghada which hurghada was not Wat I booked for any way they won't let the airport to send me my bag and has to send it from hurghada to turkey again which 4 days later first flight then to sharm instead of sending it from hurghada to Sharm which cud take an hour so I sent them 3 emails and each time a recorded msg back saying we will investigate and get back to u as soon as possible no more I explained that I have cancer and all my medication r in this bag and still same no answer and no one car so now I have no medicine no cloth to wear and still a bad service and no one cares is that right ?is it not your mistake that my bag stopped in hurghada and didn't come to sharm as I booked and as you said will be there before I get there and is it right to send it back again to turkey all way long then sharm and not to sharm direct ?answer my pegusas is that what you call it a good service is that what I paid for to your company to use it and don't care about your customers. ...

Pegasus Airlines will never refund you!

I bought a menu before my flight. Since Pegasus has written a wrong name on the menu, they didn't give it. I called customer relations, and wrote complaints over their website two times without any response. If it was my child who were flying for 5-10 hours, it's clear that they wouldn't have given his menu. I am staying as far as I can from Pegasus Airlines.

Pegasus Airlines lost my baggage, refusing to compensate

Pegasus lost my bag on a trip 2 months ago. The company is refusing to compensate me even though I provided all my proof and required documents. Every time I call them all they tell give me awful excuses and require me to send documents over and over again. I wouldn't pay $1 to fly with them. Avoid at all costs!

Pegasus Airlines refund of a flexible ticket

I purchased a flexible ticket from pegasus airlines (they call it an Extra Package, PNR: QZM800, on 25.10.2015). I bought it because I knew I might need to change the date. I tried changing the date couple of days ago but it kept giving me errors so after some days I gave up and cancelled the ticket to go and buy from another airlines. However, after cancellation I received a message that " Refund must be done MANUALLY"! And no further information. I thought the money will go back to the bank account with which I bought the ticket. Where should I go or what should I do now? No information! I wrote to their customer services when I couldn't change the ticket and after this problem occurred and no reply. Hamideh Jafarpoorchekab

Pegasus Airlines diving equipment luggage fee (!)

I am writing to request a refund for unnecessary baggage charges for “special equipment” during check-in to my return flight from Sharm-el Sheikh to Istanbul on the 28th of September 2015.

My check-in luggage was within the allowance of 20 kilos from Sharm-el Sheikh. The Pegasus counter attendant, Ali Mohamed Mohamed (ID 164), was quite rude to me and dragged my luggage to X-ray and demanded I pay 110 dollars for 'special equipment'.

I emphasized that I did not want any special insurance, and that my luggage was within the limits. After this, he reduced the extra charge from 110 to 55 dollars.

I asked to see the REGULATIONS for this payment stating that PEGASUS requires passengers to pay extra if they have diving equipment. Instead, he became more rude and threatened he would not allow me board unless I paid. I asked him to call a manager but instead he gave me an incorrect Turkish customer service number (less digits than regular Turkish numbers) a wrong number. I asked him to sign a paper, stating how much I'd been charged and for what reason, but all he offered was a receipt for 'extra luggage'.

His unprofessional attitude was unacceptable. He failed to show me any regulations, and he insulted me in front of the passengers. With my own means, I found the manager, and I told him the story, he was so helpful finally I got my receipt but still his attitude did not change.

I want my 55 dollars refunded in full, and demand this PEGASUS worker be trained in Customer Service, or punished because of his terrible attitude.

Pegasus Airlines damaged baggage and zero attention!

We took a flight from Paris on 14th of August. At our destination, when we took the bags, we found out that the one bag was completely broken. At the airport, one of the staff member's filled in a formed and assured us that everything would be compensated. We contacted the airline and sent them the photos of the bag, the filled in form and everything they asked for at the airport. We got only one reply, where they asked to send them our bank account number and since then no single word. It's been almost a month now, that we are trying to get their attention, but... no single word, no email, nothing! as if they don't exist at all!

Pegasus Airlines cancelled booking and extorted money at the airport

First time dealing with this company. Booked online directly on their website and received a confirmation of the flight, etc. exactly as expected. Then, the day comes to fly and the check-in agent at the airport informs me that my booking has been cancelled! I was never informed of any issue and I certainly did not initiate the cancellation. Anyway, with my confirmed ticket and reservation number it should be possible to rebook my original itinerary and get on with it. But nooooo... the airport staff stated that the only way to fly as I originally booked would be to buy a new ticket on the spot, at whatever rates are being offered! I was forced to buy a ticket at twice the price I had originally booked, for exactly the same flights. This amounts to extortion by Pegasus Airlines and will not be tolerated. Preying on customers in this way is illegal and I will be pursuing a full redress.

Pegasus Airlines flight ticket cancelled without email notice!

On May 5, I bought a plane ticket for 100 USD to go from Tel Aviv to Istanbul on May 20. Later, I got a e-mail confirmation with a PNR number. When I arrived to the airport, I found out my flight had been cancelled. The call center said my bank declined the transaction so they cancelled the ticket. The issue is that they never sent me a WRITTEN cancellation notice by email. I have submitted a complaint, but their defense is that their policy is only to call, not to send a notice email. They tried calling me and they could not reach me. I cannot believe this is legal. Why not send a written notice? This has happened to me before and other airlines always notify me by email. On top of that, and to their convenience, I had to buy another ticket from Pegasus that same day for 223 USD. There was also a couple from Brazil with exactly the same issue, and they also had to buy another ticket that same day!

Pegasus Airlines fraudulent action

What a joke, happened that you took money out of my credit card on the 13/08/2014 and is happening still today that you answer to my request with lies, telling me some details is missing, telling me I didn't send my credentials and telling that still I must wait, After all this time I have send you 30 request for my refund, and you are still telling me that I will have to send you again my credentials, and beside that you tell me that is not your department that is dealing with this issue, and still tell me that is because the summer thing that there is too much delay, I can tell you that I have spent 70GBP already if not more calling your customer service, listening to your customer service lies all the time, everybody seem to help, but none can do anything so I wonder how and when I will get my money refunded, because this is really ridiculous, how can you take money from credit cards without owners permission, and not even rush up to give refund, to me this is calling stealing. In the mean time I would like to thank you for the time you spend with me at the phone, which is at least 30 min a day, really appreciate how you fill my days with wonderful lies, and of course I understand that you must be so busy to refund an amount of 140GBP just by clicking a button, I'm sure is a hard to work when is about of giving what you have taken without permission. I imagine I will receive another email anytime soon asking me again for my credentials, and afterword I'm so sure that once again I will ear "Sir there is nothing I can do, or like Sir you issue is in progress because we are dealing with october issues now, eh eh funny thing is, my issue started 13th of august 2014, but I understand is only been not less than 67 days, and of course not even God knows when you will have time to refund me. I hope you haven't fixed the issue on your website so you can still take money out of customers cards without any permission, so your bank account rises more interest on your money, and I do seriously hope you don't change the way you give training to your customer service, because they seriously do a great job for your company, and of course I really hope that all this happening to me and so many other customers, I really do hope it will never happen to any of you in this great company.And I must say I really hope you have a pleasant time dealing with your issues, because I really do have a great time wasting money and time with you.

And so it happen that this is not the first time for Pegasus Airline Flypgs, does fraudulent actions on customers, and well is been happening from a long time I can say as I can see from this link, Pegasus Airlines — pegasus airlines (flypgs.com) secretly makes multiple transactions. stay away from that fraudulent airline company. and as I can see from this other link seems like Pegasus Airline does not even respect IATA rules. http://www.complaintslist.com/airlines/pegasus and plenty other reviews.
So yes, what is been happening to me is: on the 13/08/2014 I was trying to purchase a ticket from www.flypgs..com with destination London to Ankara return ticket. Unfortunately for me, their website was not allowing me to purchase any ticket, (due to a faulty something) but was still acting fraudulently on my credit card, the website was processing the purchase, with the only issue that at the end of the purchase was appearing: “bank declines your transaction.” So as I didn’t know they were actually stealing money, I tried to purchase another ticket, I remember I tried 3 or 4 times, without realizing they were already taking money from my account. So after 4 times I purchased a ticket with Turkish Airlines, and it did went well. As you know you can’t really see what happening on your credit card statement in real time, you need to wait at least 48 hours to see what you have been charged in the previous days. However, when I realized I was charged from Pegasus Airline for 3 tickets, for the sum of 1000GBP only, without receiving any tickets, I start to call their customer service. Let's say, a really nice customer service, but with the lack of knowing what customer service is (or maybe I have different idea of what it is), they were all trying to help, but no one could do anything useful, ending with “Sir you have to write trough the website, (knowing that is a faulty web site) sending us a request, and we will process it”. So I did, and still after a week, never received a response. So then I tried to call them up, and this time I had something I could refer, my request reference number. Well, the customer service replies to me, we are processing. Anyway this thing goes on for at least 3 weeks, and still no refund, no response, only a bunch of wonderful stories from those well trained Pegaus airline’s customer service. Well, it happen, that after a month a check my credit card statement, and guess what? I’ve been charged of another 2 tickets, one on the 29/08/2014 78.21GBP and on the 30/08/2014 74.22GBP for flights that I never bought. Ah! Now that’s not stealing, I think was my credit card voluntarily giving out money to Pegasus Airline. I’m sure of it, as I’m so generous. So let’s call them up again, and again I hear “Sir there is nothing I can do for you, it’s the financial department that deals with this issue, but you can write trough the website etc. etc.”. So let's write again, and 1182358, 1185733, 1171026 are few of the request number since I started to write, there is plenty more, and all with the same text in the message, a part from the ones dated after the 29/08/2014. So lets call the up again, to count I already spent as for today 70GBP in phone calls. So again: “Sir, I can’t see any of your request, you need to write again to us, or Sir is missing your IBAN or BIC number, which I sent probably 25 times already, or Sir is missing the date on when the accident happened, or Sir is missing the amount of money you have been charged, Sir the financial department is dealing with your issue, pointless to say when I asked a contact for this department there was no contact, but I remember a lady, Niam was her name, so kind she was calling me back on the 15/08, surprisingly when I spoke with her on 20/10/2014 she still remember me and she was feeling so into help me that she was going to do more than the best to help me out, and she did said again, Sir I will call you straight away it with the problem solved, and another one Emre is name, he was even going to refund me straight away and all this wonderful stories. Now, I think although I’m brainless, and as they said I haven’t sent my credentials and stuff, don’t they have an electronic system where all details and things are stored? Or they still use pen and paper? I understand Pegaus Airline is not as advanced as any other flight company in Europe, oh no wait I’m wrong, they are way more advanced from any other one in Europe eh eh they can take money from your bank account without even permission… Ah lets say, definitely Pegasus Airline is an advanced and developed company, the best experience you can have in life, I really do suggest to use this company to friends family and every body else. So it seems like that as for today, 70 days after, there is still no answer, no refund, no solution, but wait, MONEY IS NOT EVERYTHING IN LIFE, there is something more awesome than that, there is Pegasus Airlines kindness, their wonderful advices, their professionalism, yes because they do are very professional, they do work hard for their company, so the company can take your money and put in its bank account so it raises more interest, and well yes no considering that they don’t make you even aware that they are taking money from you so you do not worry about it. And so I do really want to thank from the heart Pegaus Airline and all its customer service for the time they spend with me every day at the phone, they fill my days with hope, with sun shine, with beautiful words, I kind got addicted on calling them, I miss them at some point of the day and I feel the need to talk to them, listen their careful advices, so I remind my self in what kind of society I live in. A big Thank you Pegaus Airlines and all your staff, you have been great part of my life recently, I couldn’t live without you, and you are saviors.
P.S. I do hope you will ask me again my credentials, because I already miss you guys, I really need to hear you again.

Pegasus Airlines deliberately caused delay

I a pregnant lady along with my young child booked a flight to tehran via istanbul on 13/ july 2014 from london stansted airport.
The staff behind the check-in called glen no need to say very untrained and acting unprofessional, printed my boarding cards to my first and second routs, but just handed half of them to me and sent me to the gate.
When I arrived at the gate the security obviously stopped us as we did not have our boarding cards!
Although they were aware of their own mistake they sent us back to check in desk which you can only imagine how long it would take to get there and back in busy times like july. By the time I got there a guy called adam saw us, ignored us and closed the gate causing us to miss the flight!
Then they offered to sell us two one way tickets for an addition cost if £1140, which I obviously refused to pay.
I do not believe a cheap airline should mean cheap attitude.
Although their own fault they have not yet emailed or even acknowledged the problem.
I had to go and visit my terminally ill dad, but when back in uk if still ignored by them I will definitely get my solicitor and mp involved to stop them cunning people in this very unprofessional and disgusting tactic.
I will not recommend nor use this scammer airline again.

Pegasus Airlines boarding denial

Please join me in boycotting Pegasus Airlines.Pegasus Airlines illegally denied boarding to a Nicaraguan citizen. The reason of the boarding attendant was that he did not carry appropriate visa documentation to enter Turkey. However, according to the government website, where I tried to purchase a visa, Nicaraguan citizens "are exempted from a visa for tourist visits of up to 90 days within 180 days starting from the first entry date." The Republic of Turkey would not sell a visa to a person who holds a Nicaraguan passport, because they do not require one to enter the country. The passenger was flying to start a new job in Iraq for which he had a work visa to enter the Kurdistan region. Although the passenger did not even need a visa to enter Turkey as a tourist, it was only a transit point for him to start new employment. The passenger has now lost his job because he was unable to show up for work due to this illegal action.This was an illegal action of racism by a Pegasus employee. I have filed several complaints with Pegasus and the travel agent, but have not heard any response from Pegasus.Please join me in boycotting this airline as it allows its employees to engage in racist acts that ruing peoples lives. Furthermore, they do not show any effort on behalf of customer service or complaints.

Pegasus Airlines not following iata rules

The pagasus airlines never follow iata rules... Its not the first time that flights from krasnidar russia not departing, they let the people wait in airport over 28 hours without giving them food water or any accomodation, where is the iata regulations? They even dont have a representative for this in airport even now people are sitting in airport without any informations, no food no drink no sleep.

I don't think they're IATA rules - but they ARE European Union rules.
The problem here seems to be that the flight was from one non-EU country to another.
Very bad behaviour on the part of the airline, but, basically, I think you're stuffed.

Pegasus Airlines the departure city of our flight was changed without warning

We bought two return tickets Krasnodar-Izmir for December 29th 2013.
The flight was scheduled at 5 am. When we got to the airport, we found out that the flight was delayed for several hours. Nobody explained the reason why. Next departure time was set at 2 pm.
We came back and again they told us there were some problems, we were asked to wait till the next morning, December 30th,
at 5 am. There's an official stamp on our ticket, as you can see in the attached file.
We went home to rest. Then Pegasus suddenly decided to transport all the passengers by bus to a city 300 km away, Rostov on Don. We didn't get any email or sms and we eventually missed the flight and 280 euros.
I asked for a refund on their site a month ago, no reply.

Pegasus Airlines lost luggage and v. poor customer services

Still waiting for Pegasus to respond to a complaint my husband made 2 weeks ago. He flew from Izmir-Istanbul-Stansted but his luggage never left Istanbul! Waited 3 hours at Stansted, noone to help and had to drive 2.5 hours home with no clues and certainly no luggage! Called every tel no. under the sun the following day (PGS Istanbul head Office, PGS Istanbul airport, PGS Stansted airport... etc), numbers either did not work or we were fobbed off and told to call elsewhere. In fact PGS at Stansted told us we would need to go to Stansted and deal with the matter in person, even though were 2.5 hours away and it wasn't our fault! A helpful lady at Stansted found our luggage in the end and sent it the following day via courier. Pegasus offered no help, no interest and certainly no apology and can't even respond to an email we have sent three times now. I will make sure I spread the word everywhere and will continue until I get a satisfactory response. DO NOT FLY WITH PEGASUS

We also had lost our luggage and it's not the first time . last year and this year I lost firstly 3 luggage . I made a complain but no reaction. This is the second time and I don't want to leave like that. Please if anyone knows any information how we can return our luggage please help us or leave any message

They lost my luggage on the 6th of August, in Istanbul I suppose, today I cane back to Budapest without it. I called and sent e-mail, no answer, no reaction what so ever. It is terrible that this company can still function.

I wanted to fly from Istanbul -bodrum and fly to my home town to Newcastle.
I have fly on 7th July 2014. Today 2nd 08 2014. It's been almost a month and I am still waiting for my luggage. I am suffering from skin problem and all my tablets and creams are in my luggage. Still no news no apology. Noting.

Don't fly with this airline. When I was on travel back with Pegasus from Antalya to Katowice 2 of my 3 suitcases were ruined. I went to the airport office the made the report, agreed it should be compensated and directed me to get in contact with Pegasus. I've sent several mails, called several times (without succeeding te get connected) and all I get back is automatic information that my case is being considered and afterwards that they are not responsible for destroying my luggage. If they are not responsible, than who is? They are the carrier, it's their responsibility. Simple unreliable company. I'm searching the way to get to them, but did not succeed yet, any ideas?

This has certainly been my experience as well. We booked from Dubai-Istanbul-Stansted. At Istanbul we waited by the gait for it to be announced open, only it never materialised. So the flight departed right under our noses and the board still showed it to be delayed. We were then told at Istanbul that our luggage is in Stansted and we need not fill a lost baggage report and even escorted us out of the airport. After paying through the nose to get home a day later every contact we tried told us the would do nothing without a lost luggage report.

Pegasus at Istanbul runs a messy, organised and incompetent service. So far it cost me over a grand extract - easy the price of a non-stop flight with no hassle, clean planes and proper service.

Pegasus is not on the menu for me and I do not recommend it for anyone.

Do not fly Pegasus. After a dismal flight that was delayed for hours without any information the airline lost my luggage, and I wasn't the only one among the passengers of my flight After months of complaints the company's idea of equitable compensation for a week's worth of luggage amounted to a paltry, offensive amount of 60 USD! They initially refused to take expenses incurred in Tel Aviv into account unless I provide them with official Hebrew translations for the invoices!. All in all the pettiest, most insulting, passenger-rights trampling company I've ever dealt with. Do not fly Pegasus!

Pegasus Airlines ticket problem

Hello. I ordered my ticket for 17.09.2013. But they didn`t send me any information about my flight, so I asked about the problem from my bank where i took my card, they told me that Pegasus Airlines took my money and blocked my money. Now, I don`t know the number of my flight-anything. They didn`t send me any information on my email- anything, Please help me as soon as possible.

We are still waiting for Pegasus Airlines to respond to our many calls today. We booked a flight from London Stansted to Izmir via Istanbul leaving 20th May. Late in the day they changed the flight time to 01.40hrs but did not change our connecting flight so we were landing in Istanbul one hour after our flight to Izmir had left. After many telephone calls they changed the time of the connecting flight but also changed the day so that they had us waiting in the airport for 4days! After numerous calls to their useless call centre we are still waiting for them to contact us 6 hours before take off. They couldn't t organise a booze up in a brewery.

pegasus airlines flight number lo7sep2359 i bought some present from duty free they try to charge 2 kilos for hand lugate i try to explaine and i proof them.In the same time the person from pegasus was called the lugate departemet he said take his lugate out.I said you havent got right to do date he was very rouded and unprofesional..I couldnt find my lugate after arriveng. I have vido record how they treat customer in bad behavior will sahare in youtube and other travel agents.They charge lugate fee without any recip.The manager of pegasus in istanbul he didint gave me his name for comlain still havent got any news from pegasus for my lugate.They been very rod to other disable person all been recorded..This member of staff bulling pasanger with unture words, They work like small mafia..please don't flight with this airplane.Time is 4 oclock i cant sleep because is effect my health and never fly with this pegasuus airliness any more.Sorry to say after my holiday couldnt give present to my kids because of pegasus memeber of staff.He is realy barberien.I have witness of bad service

Pegasus Airlines pegasus airlines (flypgs.com) secretly makes multiple transactions. stay away from that fraudulent airline company.

I'm living in Germany and have been defrauded by the company called Pegasus airlines (flypgs.com) which is a (fraudulent) airline company located in Turkey. I learned from my bank that they made multiple transactions from my credit card. I tried to contact them by e-mail/phone but couldn't get my money back. After searching the internet about the company, I realized that it was too late for me. Since there are already many people like me who has already lost lots of money to this company and couldn't get their money back. If you are reading this, please stay away from Pegasus Airlines. It's been more than 5 months and I still don't have any answer for them.

For other Pegasus Airlines scams, please check http://www.airlinequality.com/Forum/pegasus.htm . At least %50 of the poeple in that page have lost their money without getting any service from this company. What Pegasus airlines usually does is cancelling the flight few days before the flight date and ignoring emails & phone calls from angry customers (like us). Don't bother, you cannot get any refund from them. So, be careful! The strange thing is, even though there are many people who have lost their money to Pegasus Airlines without any service, I'm one of the few people who is compaining about this company on multiple web sites. Please help yourself and let the world know about those scammer companies.

I booked my elderly mother-in-law’s ticked to Türkiye asking for an assistant while I booked, but unfortunately it did not show on the system and this made us have to explain to several members of staff. Was unable to show proof because I didn’t receive and email from yourselves.

No response on my claim. Tired callings your not but calls don’t goes through.

Its almost 3 weeks, send all details of bags and inside item via email but no reply. I only had one bag to check in that was lost by airline and no proper reply. Very disappointing.

Checked in on 17.11.22.

Asked check in desk if luggage was suitable for cabin.

No issues. Went to board and my cabin bag was deemed too big.

Shouted at by staff member, and made to pay.

I have compared it to other cabin luggage allowed on the same flight.

booked a Ticket with Pegasus airlines,when i went to get Visa it was full so i cancelled the the trip , i called Dubai Pegasus airlines they told me to contact head office in Turkey which i did they promised to give full refund, they asked my friend who talk Turkey who helped me reach to them to pay 650turkish , after few days they refund 312 AED only from 790Aed they took 477Aed + 650 Turkish lira.. it's too much..i read many many complaints about them after i went through this Hungry Money Scam..

I bought a ticket in Istanbul airport, but then, after prolong delaying of the flight, I've decided to cancel my flight and take a bus instead. In the same airport and same Pegasus office where I bought my ticket, I was given a receipt for my refund with the promise that the refund will be within three days on my card (no cash refund because I bought my ticket with the card). When I haven't received the refund, I looked at the receipt and found out that the details of the card in there are not the details of my card, at all! Since then I couldn't even find out where can complain about the fraudulent action of the ticket officer in Pegasus Airlines!

My worst ever experience! I have been chasing my money for two months. Absolute scammers. To cut the long story short they charged me four times x £250 =£1000 when I tried to reissue my family's open ticket over their corrupt website, while the booking didn't get through! After so many calls and email for two weeks, one of their guys phoned and said he would do the booking on the phone and refund that £1000. He charged me £448 as the price had gone up. However, the booking didn't also go through! I demanded the cancellation of the original booking with a full refund of £377. At that point they owed me £1825. After three weeks, they decided to be "so generous" and refund £1198 only! I spent hours on the phone demanding the remaining £627 and sent many emails that end up in a black hole. Their call centre people are well trained to bring the call to a deadlock. My holiday was ruined and my finance suffered and I am still hopelessly calling every morning and sending emails.

In addition to 1:00 hour delay in Amsterdam and 1:15 hour delay in Sabiha airport, Pegasus airline delivered my bag to Abu dhabi completely DAMAGED!

Worst airline ever, last time to travel with you

Really shame for the aviation industry.
