They advertise results are published "typically" within 48 hours.
Might take longer if it gets reviewed but not longer than 5 days.
We are on 2 WEEKS now and still no results. Call centre is of absolutely NO help, they give no feedback, have no idea what is going on and then after holding for ages they tell you, you must be patient and just wait.

We are busy applying for visas and they are dependant on this test, now we are delayed in submitting because of this one test and the lack of competence.

Recommendation: Choose an alternate provider to write your english tests for visas
