PDX RV Excellent Assistance from Angela: Guided me to Identify Furnace Issues & Plan for Repairs!

Angela was super helpful, she pointed me in the right direction to find the issues with my furnace. Gonna order some parts once I manage to take out the furnace. Can't wait to get it fixed!++++++++

PDX RV Disappointing Experience with PDX RV LLC: Lack of Communication and Delayed Shipping

I gotta tell ya, I ain't too happy with PDX RV LLC, or pdxrvwholesale.com, whatever ya wanna call 'em. I mean, I ordered this sail switch for our furnace, right? And that was like, almost a whole month ago! Can ya believe it? But guess what? I still ain't got no confirmation about when the dang part is gonna ship! Like, seriously? They were real quick to take my money, but now they're actin' all silent and stuff. Ain't that just great?

Let me tell ya, folks, this ain't the kinda company I wanna do business with ever again. I mean, buyer beware, ya know? They might seem all nice and friendly at first, but when it comes down to actually deliverin' what ya paid for, they just disappear into thin air. It's like they don't even care about their customers or nothin'. And that's just plain wrong.

So, take it from me, don't waste your time and money on PDX RV LLC. Find yourself a company that actually gives a darn about their customers and knows how to get things done. 'Cause trust me, this ain't the one.

PDX RV Exceptional Customer Service and Lightning-Fast Shipping - Couldn't be Happier!

I gotta say, I recently bought this kinda rare thing from PDX RV LLC's website on a Saturday. So, I shoot them an email on Monday morning, just to check on the status, ya know? And guess what? They actually got back to me on Monday afternoon, sayin' they were workin' on processin' my order. That's pretty quick, if ya ask me. Then, on Tuesday, I get this email with all the shipping deets. And you won't believe it, but the item actually arrived at my doorstep in Seattle on Thursday! Can you believe that? I was seriously stoked! Everything went smooth as butter, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

PDX RV Impressive Service and Affordable Prices - PDX Delivered Beyond Expectations!

So, I was on the hunt for some parts that were missing from this thing I bought. I searched high and low online, and guess what? I found one of the parts, but it was being sold for more than double the price that PDX was asking for. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, I couldn't even find the other part anywhere!

Now, let me tell you, I was a bit skeptical about ordering from PDX because I had heard some iffy things about them. But you know what? I decided to take a chance anyway. And boy, am I glad I did!

I placed my order with PDX and crossed my fingers, hoping for the best. And you know what? They delivered! The parts arrived exactly as I had ordered them, and they didn't take forever to get to me either. I mean, they arrived in a reasonable amount of time, you know what I'm saying?

All in all, I gotta say, I would totally buy from PDX again. Despite the sketchy reviews I had read, they came through for me. So if you're in the same boat as me, looking for missing parts and feeling a bit hesitant, give PDX a shot. They might just surprise you like they did for me.

PDX RV Disappointing Customer Service: Company Refuses to Assist with Faulty Switch Prong

I told this company 'bout a lil' problem I had with a prong in the new switch I bought from 'em. It happened when I was puttin' it in. I've put in a bunch of these rocker switches before, ya know? They said the prong was all messed up. They didn't wanna help me out with a $2.97 part that they coulda just sent me to fix their crappy part. They decided not to back up their own product. It's a real bummer, man.

PDX RV Terrible Experience with PDXRV Parts: Wrong Motor, Restock Fee, and Poor Customer Service

I done ordered me an Atwood furnace blower motor from PDXRV Parts on Sept 26 2020. But dang it, they done sent me the wrong motor! I done sent 'em a bunch of emails 'cause they ain't answerin' the phone, and I done told 'em that if they don't give me a return authorization (RMA) within a week, I'ma go ahead and contact PayPal. Well, wouldn't ya know it, on the very last day 'fore I contact PayPal, I finally got me an email with the RMA. But here's the kicker, they done told me there's gonna be a 20% restock fee, even though they done sent me the wrong dang part! And guess what? I done paid for the shipping from PDX for the order, and then I had to pay again to ship it back to 'em. Ain't that just a load of hogwash? They ain't even botherin' to reply to my messages, so I had to go ahead and file a complaint with PayPal. Let me tell ya, this here company is just plain awful. They're as shady as a tree on a hot summer day. If y'all don't wanna deal with this kinda mess, I reckon y'all better find yerself another place to order parts from.

PDX RV Disappointing Warranty and Return Policy for Faulty Part Purchase

I went ahead and made a purchase of a part from the company's website. When it finally arrived, I was relieved to see that it seemed to be in good working order, just as I had hoped. However, my joy was short-lived as the part suddenly stopped functioning a mere two weeks later. In the past, it would have been acceptable to send the faulty part back and have it reviewed to determine if it fell under the warranty. But in today's fast-paced world, where instant refunds and prepaid shipping are the norm, this approach feels outdated.

To my dismay, I discovered that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself, in addition to the initial cost of the part. It's disheartening to think that after experiencing a failure, I would have to bear the burden of paying for the return and then hope that the warranty department would rule in my favor, potentially resulting in a replacement or a functioning part. It's truly a pity that such a simple matter, involving a $60 part, has caused me so much frustration and inconvenience.

However, I must admit that I found solace in the fact that Amazon offers the same part for a similar price, but with a more modern warranty and return policy. It's truly unfortunate that this experience has left me feeling so disheartened.

PDX RV Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Product Recognition from PDX RV LLC

I emailed the company, PDX RV LLC, to get a replacement electrode for my NT-30SP Suburban RV furnace. Unfortunately, the electrode that was shipped to me was broken. I'm not a professional furnace technician, so I assumed that the part needed to be soldered. Little did I know that the electrode was already broken when I received it. I sent pictures of the electrode that I installed, hoping that the company would understand my situation.

To my surprise, the guy from the company emailed me back with a rather rude response. He said, "Considering there is rust on the ceramic portion, this is clearly your old electrode, that isn't the electrode we sent to you. And why would you install a broken electrode? This makes zero sense. Nice try." I was taken aback by his tone and lack of understanding. I tried to explain that this was indeed the electrode I purchased from them by sending photos of my old electrode, but I received no response.

This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I can confidently say that I will NEVER purchase from this company again. It makes me question the quality of all the other parts I received from them. If they can't even recognize their own product, how can I trust that the rest of their shipments are thoroughly inspected? It's truly disappointing.

In conclusion, my interaction with PDX RV LLC has been nothing short of frustrating. The lack of professionalism and understanding displayed by the company representative has made me lose faith in their ability to provide quality products. I urge others to be cautious when considering purchasing from this company, as their claims of thorough inspections may not hold true.

PDX RV Disappointing Customer Service Experience with PDX RV LLC: No Payment Options Available, Unhelpful Response

I wanted to buy an RV part, specifically a Disconnect Battery Switch, from PDX RV LLC. However, I encountered a problem when trying to place my order. After adding the part to my Cart and clicking on Checkout, I couldn't find a button to proceed with the payment. Frustrated, I decided to reach out to their customer service via email for assistance.

To my surprise, their response was not very helpful. They simply told me to go to the Checkout page and make a payment using my PayPal account. I replied to their email, expressing my concerns. Firstly, I informed them that there was no button to click on after reaching the Checkout page. Secondly, I mentioned that I didn't have a PayPal account. I asked if it was possible to purchase the item using my credit card, which I was willing to provide over the phone or through email.

Unfortunately, it seemed like these folks at PDX RV LLC were not interested in accommodating my request. They didn't even bother to offer the option of placing an order over the phone. I found their lack of effort quite disappointing. As a result, I wasted an entire week feeling frustrated and unable to obtain the product I needed. Eventually, I decided to give up on PDX RV LLC and sought out another company that could fulfill my order and provide better customer service. I found a reliable RV parts center that had a readily available phone number for customer inquiries.

Overall, my experience with PDX RV LLC, or pdxrvwholesale.com, was extremely negative. I sincerely hope that they face difficulties in their business endeavors, as their poor customer service left a lot to be desired.

PDX RV PDX RV's Dishonest Business Practices and Poor Customer Service: A Warning for RV Owners

I ordered a gas valve for my furnace from PDX RV. I used their website guide to select the valve that matched my furnace model. I received the valve without any issues, along with a few other parts I needed. Unfortunately, I ended up in and out of the hospital for several months, which prevented me from working on my RV. When I finally had the chance to work on the furnace, I discovered that the gas valve was incorrect. I immediately contacted PDX RV via email, providing them with the order number, date of purchase, and explaining the problem.

To my relief, Angela responded and issued an RMA Form (Return Merchandise Authorization) with instructions on how to return the valve. In her email, she even mentioned that she would waive the restocking fee if I made a note of it on the RMA Form. Here's what she wrote:

"On Friday, March 6, 2020, 01:19:04 PM CST, PDX RV wrote:
Please just send it back and put on the RMA that I approved to waive the fee and we can be done with the issue.
Best,
Angela Stone
Vice-President
Thank-you for your business, we truly appreciate it."

I promptly returned the valve in its original packaging, unopened. After a couple of weeks, the tracking information showed that PDX RV had received the return, but I hadn't received a refund. Concerned, I reached out to them via email. Angela responded with the following:

"I am not able to accept the return because we cannot process returns after 90 days from the date of purchase. You ordered this on 8/21/2019.
This policy is clearly stated on our website under terms, and it is also mentioned on the RMA form itself. I'm not sure why you sent it back without acknowledging these conditions."

It was evident that Angela was aware that the return exceeded the 90-day limit, yet she still issued the RMA to facilitate the return of the incorrect valve, even agreeing to waive the restocking fee. Now, they have the valve worth $57.00 back in their possession, and I am still awaiting my refund.

Frustrated with the situation, I decided to file a complaint with the BBB. Just a few minutes ago, I received notice that the claim was closed due to PDX RV's lack of response over the course of four months. Based on my personal experience and the numerous complaints I found online about PDX RV, I have no intention of ever doing business with them again. It's advisable to conduct thorough research on the internet before considering them as a supplier. Their dishonest business practices and poor customer service are well-documented. Thankfully, there are plenty of other reputable places to purchase RV parts from.
