pdfFiller review: Passport renewal forms (online)

Why is the U.S. GOVERNMENT PASSPORT SERVICE permitting "PDFFiller" to defraud citizens, who in good faith attempt to complete an official passport application/renewal? PDFFiller has insinuated itself into the application process so as to appear OFFICIAL. An applicant spends 40+ mins to complete the form online with intent to print a legible copy, for the benefit of the Passport Service I might add, only to find he/she must pay a subscription to PDFFiller IN ADDITION to the passport fee. Is some sort of glad-handing payola going on here? Seriously, this crap needs to stop.

So now I have NO form completed, plus my MOST personal (passport) data is in the hands of a fraudster's databank? Way to go USA! Is Trump in charge already? Just WOW! The sad irony is... I guess I’m stuck here.
