I want to warn everyone about PDA Plaza Canada. I ordered a Vivo X200 phone on July 16, 2025, and paid CAD 1,086 via Interac e-Transfer. The phone was never delivered.
Despite repeated emails and calls, I have received no response, no refund, and no updates. On top of that, although I ordered through PDA Plaza Canada, the invoice came from Chikara Trade Limited in Hong Kong, which raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this company.
I have already reported this issue to the Alberta Consumer Investigations Unit and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. If PDA Plaza does not refund me immediately, I plan to post my experience on every platform daily until this is resolved.
This company cannot be trusted. Avoid sending them any money.
