Defective laptop
I have purchased a laptop from www.pcrush.com, and when it arrived I checked very carefully and found no visible damages. I used it only for two weeks, and did nothing special, used it for my work and that's it.
Anyways, two weeks later strange things started to happen. First it made a strange noise, then it started to turn off by itself. I contacted www.pcrush.com and asked for a refund but they claimed there was nothing wrong and that they stand behind their product. I contacted them again and demanded my money back, but they ignored me and never replied.
I am not happy about it.
I purchased from PCrush and even though the money was deducted from my account, I have never received the orders. I lost what I had. This is the SECOND time this happened and I am not happy about it.
I just got a computer Board in from PCRUSH, one hr ago, well the pens were missing from the 3.0 usb connector, call customer Service and was told had to wait 48 hrs to get RMA number. And to boot I had to pay for shipping, Well any way I spent $320.00, and got a broken board, and these Guys do not care one bit. So DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS< IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY. AS I AM
