DO NOT USE PAYPAL!
PayPal, in partnership with BankCorp Bank, demonstrates a lack of concern for its customers. I discovered three FRAUDULENT charges on my PayPal checking account. This happened while I was driving my family down the interstate in a 40-foot motorhome. I cannot surf the internet or make purchases while driving. No one else in my family has access to my PayPal account information, and I have not shared it with anyone. Each company blames the other and gives me conflicting stories and processes to follow. PayPal says it's BankCorp that makes the decision, and BankCorp says it's PayPal. So, customers using both institutions don’t seem to matter. PayPal supervisors were given all the needed information and changed the claim from 'Fraud' to "Unauthorized," which led BankCorp to close the complaint due to the status change. Now BankCorp tells us to send a letter to PayPal, and PayPal tells us to send it to BankCorp. No resolution yet, and it’s been over a week!
All I can say is DO NOT USE PAYPAL! There are better online banking options. We are moving all our finances from PayPal.
