Customer name Richard Zabinski he paid $609.93 on 5-11-2018 payment ID - 2562747.
After this 5-11-2018 date his card was tried to billed twice From payoneer United Kingdom. He is very angry and he want to file a case on you about this by having all paper records of trying his card twice after 5-11-2018. He had all documents from VISA. He is filling case through Lawyer & attorney general. Registering complaint with VISA fraud department.
Someone told me last week this payment of $609.3 is already canceled & will return to him this week. He did not receive anything yet nor I receive any confirmation about it.
It's really seems like something really fishy going on now. As I had a word four or five times with your customer service always same answer wait for few more days and you will get reply from us. but there is no reply from anyone. you are replying for refund not for my payment & account. That is really bad I read all reviews that you did this with others as well you took there money. I really want my payment to send to me or return to my customer. Give me answer or reply ASAP. Else I don't have any option to register complaints every where I can & ask my customer to do same because he got charged twice from United Kingdom Payoneer. He will case for fraud charge attempt.

So it was 5th of april last month I made a withdrawal to my bank account for payoneer and I still havnt received payment in my bank...amount was $6695.

I am contacting them on a daily basis...and still no progress. They tell me that they are tracing payment but I dont think that bank communications are this slow to take this much time...so I will ask users of payoneer to not to do big transactions because they have no high priority thing for you to get your issue solved which is what I am facing right now :)

Payoneer is just pranked service with clients. I was an account holder of this platform but my experience was really terrible. I want to suggest to all people please never join this platform in your life please, please
I want to tell you about my crime, I forgot my security questions and Payoneer service blocked my account. when I contact customer service center to resolve my matter, I am still waiting for the reply even my hair's color turned black to white.

Due to the loss of my card Payoneer has blocked my account entirely. It takes me now more than 6 months to correspond with them. They impose that I must receive the card before I can access my money. I am so tired of this and I really need help. They requested (a) my ID; (b) my lease contract (when I was living with my friend); (c) now my utility bill (which reflects only codified address). They don't want to unlock my account whatever I say or do, they even referred me back to AirBnB to collect the money from there (which were paid more than a year ago by a tenant). I really need help as I really need to be paid by Payoneer. They are holding $1760.

My traders are depositing with payoneer since 15 Dec 2015. Payoneer neither
release my money nor issue good standing official statement of my two
accounts. Even prepaid card has not been issued to me so far whereas I am
requesting since 15 May 2015. I APPEAL TO CEO PAYONEER TO ORDER RELEASE OF MY MONEY AND ISSUE OF PREPAID CARD

I old like to get my money they sent in the middle of October. I opened a dispute and was promised to get everything till the last cent. It never happened, as you can see.
Regret I started dealing with them. I used several services before and this one was the most adequate. Well, it was a mistake.
Now it looks like a scam. I called all the provided phone numbers - nothing.
Please, help me to figure it out.

After having my account drained by someone in Mexico l was alerted by payoneer of the suspicious transactions. l contacted payoneer and informed them that it was impossible for me to have made these transactions as l live in Australia. My account has been suspended, l am unable to accept sales on Amazon and all l got was an automated email requesting more proof of identity. Are you kidding, my identity has already been compromised and they want more. l have read other complaints and looks like l could be waiting months for this to be resolved. Contact on facebook only resulted in another automated message with no indication that anyone was actually looking into the issue. Apparently this is all my fault because l happened to use my card to make an online purchase. REALLY? My advise is stay clear of this establishment. l will be closing my Amazon account and cutting up my payoneer card as soon as l can access my money if it ever gets returned.

They blocked my account months ago. They asked me for copies of my documents claiming they need to comply with US regulations etc but they keep on replying to me they need to check but I found hundreds of similar complaints online and they are not releasing the money on the accounts. The customer service repeats like a broken record the usual "I have to wait" "They are checking" "I'll be notified when things are solved" These are not good answers. I haven't done anything wrong, I have $6400 on my account and I NEED MY MONEY!
I need Payoneer to release my money ASAP.

I did try to transfer money for my Bank Account from payoneer. It is $ 460, and my bank account are confirmed on website. I did it in 10/11/2017 and they started to create difficult asking 2 times my name on bank account, that is the same on Payoneer. My client number is [protected], already has 5 days and I don`t have my money, I have bills with large interest rates to pay with bank and the last support from Ronnie was the worst ever. He was trying to send me again a form to fill informations about my bank. I did try to cancel transaction and take money from ATM machine, they did a difficult thing again sending it to transaction department and holding my money.

Now I just wish all my money on bank account in Brazil and wish to close it as soon as possible.

In yesterday I got one positive email.
But in today I got other email that made me hopeless to activate this account.

As now I wondered why at first response you said I can use my funds till out
Out amount? At the second email, why you said in deference?

Please kindly give me the right solution.

They are scammers for sure. All they want is your money and don't expect a great service from them. Thir employees are people who spend their time during the whole day doing nothing. I hope one day this business will be closed, nobody won't deal with them. They make everything worse. The worst part is that their customer support is non-existent, that's where all of their problems come from. They are simply horrible.

I open accounts two weeks ago and received 600£ from UK based company. Uploaded documents straight away. My money was frozen I gave them a call to ask what's happening theyasked for invoice from the company so I sent them, it took 3 days to check the invoice and they realised my money so I made a bank whidrawal, after 6 business days I could not see my money in my bank account I rang them again, they saidthat I made mistake in my account number or short code which was completely lie and it's not even possible, so the money came back and been frozen again because they said that I didn't reply to one of them email where they asked to provide address verification...again..I double checked my email and 100℅ no email from them, another lie, I checked spam folder, all mail folder, nothing, so they sent me a link to upload documents, I uploaded, next day I rang them to ask how they are doing and guess what, they said I sent them blank email with no documents (lie again because I never sent them email, I uploaded them to their website and received confirmation via email) so I explained it to her and she said anyway we haven't got your address verification, so I did it again, and now again they said it takes few days to verify documents bla bla bla, but I can make another whidraw to my bank account, so I did it...now waiting for my money and by that time I did a google research and find out on one scam report website 360 payoneer reviews 90% was BAD, everyone having problems with them..If you can just stay away from this company, even me I don't know if I will receive my money or they gonna keep lying and hold MY MONEY.

traders have started depositing money in payoneer on 15 Dec 2015. I have
two registered accounts and my more than 150 Million US Dollars are in
payoneer but they(payoneer)

My acount was hacked and the hacker changed me email address, password and my profile
now I could not login to my account by any means not by email etc
I made a call and gave prove of my owner ship of account they promise me to send new settings and protocols on my that email that is consulted with payoneer account and that was not hacked and safe
payoneer gave me 48 hours time until there response via email but now it three to four days passed I did not get any update
I am very fed up of there support

I was having issues upon receiving payment from my employer so I switched back to PayPal. I had no issues with Paypal, the transaction was smooth. I decided to permanently delete my account Payoneer. The thing is, I cannot understand why Payoneer wants to hold my all my personal information for 5 years?!

In Paypal, if you wish to delete your account with them it's just one click away. You can delete your bank records as well anytime. However, Payoneer wants to keep it for 5 years. There is no option in their page to delete your bank records or to delete your account. You have to go through customer service. What a SCAM! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT REGISTER! PAYPAL IS WAY WAY BETTER THAN PAYONEER. I HAVE TO INFORM ALL MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND RELATIVES ABOUT THIS COMPANY. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

I am a teacher from pk I teach kids online. I made a withdrwl of $289 on june 5th 20017 and it's been 39 day since then I have no sign of withdrwl in my bank account. I kept on asking them to find the money and all the time they say we are working on it it's bank not a post office where money can lost, afterwards I made another withdrw $213 and I haven't got that money either. It's a banking sectore money can never lost in banking sector twice. They have asked me to give them one more day and for the sake of good relationship in past I am willing to do 4. But after that i'l take all nesery action to get my payment back. I am not going to say they are scam because me and my family members are in relationship with this compnay for over 5 years and nothing like this happend in past. So i'll give them the benefit of doubt. Payoneer transfer fund to our bank accounts through an intermiatery compnay I don't wan to mentioned he name, they are real dum people. Because if it wasn't the case then I would not have access over my fund through mastercard. But payoneer is doing very lousy job

No reply not unlocking my account having funds there, They keep replying in 2 to 3 days and with same question i am frustated i aam really torchured. I want to sue them really . We have one national card only and we submitted that only and they are keep saying that you have different id before . How it can be i don't understand. I want my card unlock on urgent basis it has ben 15 days. reall sucks support everyday keep waiting. Government should block this as its is really mental harssement for own funds

i can't withdraw my funds from their account. i'm in this situation for almost a month and they are not Helping me. i have loaded funds from fiverr.com and after the load they deducted yearly fee, and telling me that i can't withdraw my funnds to my bank account if it's not over $50, i told them when my fund was over $50 i couldn't withdraw that funds on that time either. they continiously telling me that if i have over $50 then i can withdraw then i loaded another $120 and then my balance is over $170 and when i tried to withdraw i simply can't. again i have contacted with them then they said you can create a new account and tranfer all your funding sources and funds to that account and you'll be able to withdraw your funds. this this process i have lost 20 day's plus and my funds were frozen, they never reply quickly and never tries to solve any problem.

ok, so i have opened a new account and told them about that one. after almost 2 weeks they told me my new account wasn't approved ! what the hell ! how long i have to to receive my own funds ! Payoneer is a full scammer.

the time i'm writing this i still in their live support queue for 1 hour and seems like the queue never finish.

Can anyone sauggest i do i case agaist that scammer company in any international court. or is there any upstream company they are liable or responsible for their activity ?

That's what's happening to me with payoneer. Each time I receive a payment, I have to claim it in order to be loaded. And it's becoming a habit now... My payments take from a week to two weeks after many complaints to the support center that never resolves anything. That's the third time that this happens. Days ago, when I talked to them through their live chat, I was asked to resend them my id for further identification, that's what I did (I have already sent it years ago when I created my account and I really don't agree with this identification method, it could be fraudulous). They told me that it has been approved by the finance department and that i'll get my payment in two hours. It has been 2 days now and i'm still waiting. I wonder why that's happening? Normally, a verification is done once and it passes or not. If it passes, it means everything is ok. Why are they holding my payments each time I receive them. If there is a problem it could have been fixed the first time, it doesn't need to be fixed each time I receive a payment. Last, time that my payment has been pending for 15 days at least, I had to claim through another site to get it fixed by a payoneer representative because their support center couldn't do anything just using scripted responses and talking for nothing. I'm really fed up of this institution, I just want to know what they want from me. If they want to close my account for no reason, just do it. I'm sick of their service.
