On June 19 this company marked my credit report as late with no description. They never mailed me any correspondence to advise what debt was for . I picked this up on my credit report on September 9 I reached out to this company on that day . They responded to me 2 days later never answering my question they have marked my credit report with no prior information or correspondence.

This company enroll us in a 2 years agreement without our concent. We were never told via writing or phone that doing business with then would include a 2 year deal. If we knew this at that moment we would have stop all comunication with this company. It is a fraud to enroll a company or person in a agreement and then not give any customer service or support. No email reply or anything. We are now under the impresion it a fraud company.

I recd a phone call from an unkown number like so many of us and ignored it. Today I received a letter from Payliance for a charge of 300 dollars drawn on a bank account unknown to me. It is for a charge from *** a betting company that I never logged into nor spent money with or bet with. I have been hacked in the last 5 years due to data breaches and now here it comes. This bill is fraudulent, I recently had to put a stop to fraudulent UI claim in Ohio. This is a fraud on me and on ***. I have nothing to do with any bets being made to this company

We are customer of payliance have been trying to reach them from the last 2 weeks regarding our account being suspended. I have submitted all the required documentation to them. Also, send multiple emails to the company support team as well as the compliance department and dedicated ***(Fifi K). Left all of them multiple messages as well. Two employees (Rachel and Grace) who picks up the phone has no answer at all, only thing they can tell me is she will have someone call me she can't transfer the call or able to give me an extension or # for anyone else who can help in this matter. I also requested someone from the compliance or management team to reach us and let us know if we are missing any documents or so.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This complaint concerns a previous *** relationship between *** and Payliance. On July 7, 2020, Payliance terminated payment processing for *** and funds received from transactions processed on behalf of *** were placed in a reserve account per the agreement between *** and Payliance. *** may submit a written request for release of the reserve balance after a 180-day hold period.
