Pave Master Asphalt & Concrete

Me and my neighbor got our driveways fixed by Pave Master Asphalt & Concrete in May 2022. But, the driveways started to break down soon after. Whenever we sprayed water on it, small pebbles would come off. It seemed like the asphalt didn't have enough tar in it to hold it together. I called the company twice, but had to leave a message. My neighbor also called and had to leave a message. They emailed him back and he replied. An employee came to look at the driveways and said that it was because of the turning of the vehicle wheels in the driveway. He said that we would have to get it sealed and that it would be at our expense. My neighbor said that it should not be breaking down so quickly. The employee, ***, then got aggressive. My neighbor said that he would take action if it was not fixed at their expense. *** then said that they would come to seal it at their expense by the end of September. But, we are now in October and the temperatures are too cool to seal it. He has not contacted us with any correspondence and has been avoiding us.
