I had a bad experience with Northwest Exteriors

I had a bad experience with Northwest Exteriors. My wife and I signed a contract with them to install 3 windows, but the installers didn't do a good job. They damaged our window sill and exterior trim, and forced one of the windows in place with a hammer. They also put a hole in our sliding door screen and didn't install a wood trim to prevent water damage. When we asked for repairs, Northwest Exteriors refused to do anything. We tried to talk to the owner, but he didn't want to hear our concerns and denied any damage was caused. It was very disappointing.
