I signed a contract with Nate's Home Solutions LLC on 12/24 to fix up my garage

I signed a contract with Nate's Home Solutions LLC on 12/24 to fix up my garage. They asked for half the payment upfront, which was $4250. We had some trouble getting permits from the county, but they never started the work. Now they won't answer my calls or texts. I asked for my plans back and my money back, but they haven't responded.
