I saw on my finance paper that the rate was 2.9 instead of 2.49. I called to complain and they said it was only a few bucks more each month. That wasn't good enough for me. They said they'd get back to me in a day, but it's been a few days and I haven't heard anything. Seems like a Bait and Switch to me.

We got a 2017 Subaru Outback from Patriot Subaru on 2/18. We signed the papers and were allowed 12000 miles a year. We realized we were going to go over the miles and when we took the car in for service, we talked to the head of finance and explained our situation. He said not to worry as long as we leased or bought another car from Patriot. We were assured by salespeople that we didn't have to worry about the over mileage. The lease was up in July, and we went to Patriot to lease another car. The salesperson started adding the penalty mileage and some trade-in allowance to the new lease. I explained that we were told we wouldn't be penalized for over mileage according to finance and the head of the sales department. The response I got was that those people don't work there anymore. I turned the vehicle in, and I'm stuck with over $2000 in penalties. I think it was wrong to tell me one thing and do another when I wanted to lease another vehicle. With the penalties added to the new lease, I couldn't afford to lease another car there.
