Patriot Pros Roofing is the best. The owners were onsite during the two days of shingle replacement. And, while the process of taking the old shingles off is a mess by its nature they cleaned up as often as possible. The roof looks great and they threw in extras that make us feel great about the process. This is a family owned business that treated us as value customers and neighbors. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Oh! and the price was right too!

I had such a positive experience with Patriot Pros Roofing, right from my first contact with their representative. My online inquiry was met with same day response, and appointment scheduled. The representative was on time, very knowledgeable in diagnosing my roof issues, and honest, and licensed. I felt very confident and my mind put at ease with Patriot Pros. I would highly recommend for any issues, large or small. A vent that was broken off during a storm was also ordered, replaced and at no charge as well! We had a chimney cap leak that was causing damage in the flue. We called Patriot Pros Roofing to see if they do this type of work. Patriot Pros were super responsive and immediately provided an evaluation. They identified the leak source and what needed to be done to fix the leak. They replaced the existing chimney cap with a new cap that has worked perfectly (2 storms have passed since install!). They were great to work with, made sure the part fit correctly, looks great! They came when promised, returned when promised, met the price quoted, and did a great job on the cap. Highly recommend Patriot Pros Roofing!

I highly recommend Patriot Pros Roofing Company. They are professional, have integrity, and aim to please. The team worked very hard to complete the task at hand, in a timely manner. The owner said that he was going to use quality material, and that's exactly what he did! Even though he and his partner are the owners, they were hands-on. At the end of the project (which was completed in one day) the only evidence that was left, was our beautiful roof. They made sure of thatThere were no signs of debris, anywhere. We had hail damage to our roof, gutters, and siding so we decided to go with a local company and we are so grateful I did! And I love that they're a veteran and woman owned company! They responded immediately to my inquiry, came out that same day, and took the time to walk me through the entire insurance process (which was quite the ordeal). They have impeccable customer service, knowledge, and work ethic. They were at our house for much of the day the job was being done and afterwards inspected every inch of our roof for quality of workmanship and our yard for any debris left over. Their attention to every detail is unlike any company I have ever dealt with. While the insurance process wasn't smooth or easy, Patriot Pros made our experience an exceptional one and we highly recommend them to anyone who is needing a new roof or repair of damage to their home.

Working with Sarah and Patriot Pros was a fantastic experience. She and her roofing crew are complete professionals. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done on time and as promised. Best of all, Sarah or John were always stopping by the job site to check in with us to ensure we were happy and the job was being done properly. This was a complicated job as it involved a solar panel installation as well and required a lot of coordination between Sarah and the solar company. Sarah was constantly on site, always climbing on the roof, and personally seeing to it that the job was being done right. Her attention to detail and high professional standards made my wife and I feel very comfortable with this installation. This is the fourth roof (on various houses) I have had to install in my lifetime and this is the ONLY company I will use if I ever have to replace another roof. I knew our home needed a new roof and fascia repair, but I was really nervous about just picking a contractor and calling them. I've heard so many horror stories about people in my area hiring roofers and getting sketchy work at a high cost. Luckily, Patriot Pros recently put a new roof on my parents house, and they had absolutely nothing but praise for their experience. Matt came to our home, did an inspection of our roof, and found hail damage that I was not aware of. He met with the insurance adjuster at our home, which really made a difference in getting help from the insurance company. On the day of the installation, I was at work, but Matt stayed in touch with me, sending me photos of what they found when they removed the old roof and fascia (which was really bad). He told me what was going to need to be done, and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. His crew worked for approximately 10 hours straight, and got what should have been a one and a half day job done in one day. Our new roof and fascia is SOLID and I won't have to cringe the next time that I hear it is going to rain.

This was hands down the best customer service I've ever received! The representative from Patriot Pros roofing was 100% engaged the entire time, from start to finish! She was always prompt, very responsive and extremely thorough with all necessary communication. I called for an estimate and she came out the very next day. She performed a roof inspection and provided me with an extremely competitive quote within a couple of days. When we decided to go ahead with the project, she had the job scheduled within the week, no waiting around! She and her team arrived early the day of the job and got right to work. By the next day we had a beautiful new roof! The representative was very particular about how everything looked when the job was done and she made sure everything was perfect before she even considered collecting payment. She made sure to protect all of our landscaping and patio furniture from falling roof debris and left our property better than she found it! This is the best company I have ever had the pleasure to do business with! If you need roofing, siding, fencing or anything else they offer, CALL PATRIOT PROS! You won't be disappointed, I promise! These guys are the best! I've been shopping around for a good company to replace my roofs since 2018 and will only go with these guys. Not only are they professional but they really made doing business with them such a great experience! I wish I could get my roof replaced every month just so I can see them come around!

Patriot Pros are the best! Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Took time to explain everything. Went above and beyond to take care of our roof. All the staff were friendly and curtious and made sure to clean up each night. I never thought putting a new roof on would be enjoyable, but it was! I highly recommend this company, they really are "Pros".

Patriot Pros Roofing and the team did an excellent job replacing our roof. They used higher quality materials than expected, finished within the time frame specified and put a lot of meticulous effort at all times including during site clean up. I highly recommend their business and I strongly believe I will not have any issues with my new roof for the next 15 to 20 years.

The project management was amazing as well as the work accomplished. They will go above and beyond to fix any faults in your roof and make sure it is done correctly and above industry standards. Any hiccups found are approached with quick change orders so there is no guess work. Owners are very personable and keep on top of their crew as well as getting into the work themselves to insure integrity of the work accomplished. Will use them again in the future for projects and will encourage others to use them.

May I HIGHLY recommend Patriot Pros Roofing. My roof is old and had leaks. The team at Patriot Pros Roofing, the co-owner with her husband Jane, walked around the house, inspected inside the attic and was on top of the roof, taking a million photographs, often with a hand or a foot in the picture to guarantee I knew what to focus on. She explained everything VERY thoroughly and clearly as to what needed to be done, my choices for materials and colors, and especially went into detail about the warranty which is transferrable if need be. The workmanship was excellent; the workers were as neat and clean as possible, thoroughly cleaning up at the end of each day. Jane spent much time on the roof, guaranteeing all was going as had been promised. Safety comes first. The billing was honest, accurate and easily understandable. Permits were needed from my HOA and Jane and John applied for, received, and laminated all of them in a single day. I was impressed with her professional demeanor, as well as her friendly personality. She is rare in a world that sometimes forgets the personal, human side of doing business. Her commitment to the customer and to a job well done was much appreciated. I smile as I drive into my garage, noticing how nice my new roof looks! It is obvious Jane and John love what they do and take it very seriously!
