It was a great pleasure working with Los Gatos Roofing. We needed to replace our roof before solar installation--Brandon was very thorough in his explanations of our options, empowered us to make informed decisions, and even pushed back on us when we were on the verge of making a poor decision (in his professional opinion) on our roof. These moments of transparency and flexibility really made this experience great. In addition, they were flexible with our additional needs in support of the solar installation (i.e. taking on and itemizing the solar mount flashings). We would recommend Los Gatos Roofing in a heartbeat.

Los Gatos Roofing replaced my roof in 2007. Excellent job and service. Great crew. Two months ago I needed to replace my external ventilator and I needed a roofer to remove the old ventilator and install the new. I called Los Gatos roofing to see if they do this type of job and found out that they did. A repair estimator came out within a week and gave me a competitive estimate. On the day of the installation, the technician identified that the ventilator needed a custom flashing saddle to properly do the installation. He called their shop to have one made and it was delivered to my house within two hours. I watched the crew install the side flashing and saddle flashing and reinstall the shingles. The lead technician even went into the attic to check under the ventilator for proper sealing. I plan to contact Los Gatos roofing for my next roof work.

Los Gatos Roofing provided me excellent service. My sales person was Robert who was fantastic to work with. He had answers to all my questions and concerns, however minor or big they were. Once the order was placed, LG roofing crew showed up promptly on the scheduled date and the project progressed flawlessly. Our order included replacing skylights, gutters, screens for them etc. All this was completed in 2 1/2 days. The sequencing of every detail was so carefully organized that anyone would be impressed. Each day, the workers steadily kept the debris and junk properly cleaned and cleared at the end of the day. When they left, the place was clean and neat, the only item left behind was a new roof in place of the aging one! A neighbor walking by even complimented me on the well laid roof and its looks. I will recommend them to anyone who seeks my input.

Very professional, responsive, and they are efficient. Plus, they clean up well after the work and completed it in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to my best friend.

This company is great to work with. The project manager Daniel was very professional and hands on from start to finish. My questions were answered promptly. The job was completed on time.

Don was very responsive and the team working on our roof was very professional and thorough and did a great! very clean and every day left the surroundings clear of any debreas and extra material! Absolutely recommend!

Los Gatos Roofing did an excellent job on my home. They were fast and very efficient. I would certainly use them again. Robert, the project manager, stayed in contact with us everyday and made sure things ran smoothly. Over all it was a pleasant experience getting my house and garage reroofed.

My experience with Los Gatos Roofing was that they were professional in every way. My roof was damaged by rain and wind. they provided emergency protection almost immediately. A complete new roof was installed within 4 weeks. It looks great. the price was competitive and reasonable.

Terrific job. Was done in two days as promised The person in charge, Jon Fletcher, was great. Helped us through every step from choosing type of roofing with options through overseeing the job. The crews were outstanding. New their jobs and worked quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job installing gutter screens. The estimator, Brendan showed up as arranged and emailed me a quote the same day. Said they were quite busy at the time and that it might take 2-3 weeks to do the job. They actually showed up 10 days later. The crew were very fast and professional. I would definitely use them again for my roofing needs.

Los Gatos Roofing Company was recommended by family and realtor. Tear down to roof installation was completed in 2.5 days. City Inspector cleared the project the following day. Unfortunately, during the construction something/someone stepped through the living room ceiling. I notified the Project Manager who made arrangements with Aaron Bradley Construction and the ceiling was repaired the following week. Crew did a great job with clean-up every day. I highly recommend Los Gatos Roofing. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service.

Our new roof was installed by Los Gatos roofing in November . This was a very good experience. Their representative, Dan Chapman . was very friendly , responsive, patient and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to all our questions, and requests for samples of shingles, during our 3 month research into roof types and options.
The roof was installed in 2 days and the cleanup was very thorough. The separate teams, removal, installation and guttering were extremely well-trained, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
I strongly recommend this company.

Los Gatos Roofing did a great job replacing our 25 year old roof and and 70 year old gutters. They showed up on time, and worked quickly through demolition, repairs that were needed to some old roofing plywood sections and installation of the new roof, roofline vents and gutters. They even cleaned up and painted all the existing roof vents. The entire project was completed in just under 2 days. They were very good about cleanup every day, and there was minimal disturbance of our neighbors while the work was progressing. They provided good customer service before, during and after the project.
