We experienced very high winds through our neighborhood and many houses had damaged roofs and missing shingles. Our house had a dozen shingles that were messed up. Looking for a roofing company (there are hundreds in the area) I chose Firefighter Roofing because of the many excellent reviews. The owner came out the same morning that I called and went up to take a look and see the situation. He came down a little while later and said the shingles were wind blown up but all they needed was to be glued down which he did on the spot. He said the roof was in good shape and nothing else needed to be done. How's that for honesty. And get this, he didn't charge us a dime! Who does that anymore these days. Extremely impressed! We will use Firefighter Roofing from now on. Thank you.

Following the hail storm in North Fort Worth in April , roofing companies flooded my neighborhood. Several roofing companies came to my home and told me unequivocally that my roof needed to be replaced, some without even going on the roof. I was unconvinced. In the intervening months, nearly 100% of the houses in my neighborhood have had roofs replaced. Finally after the frenzy died down, I went looking for a roofing company. Firefighter Roofing had by far the best ComplaintsBoard.com rating so I gave them a call. They scheduled an appointment for a free inspection, arrived right on time, walked the roof, and told me that both my roof and my gutters had suffered some hail damage but not enough to require replacement. In my experience, honest roofing companies are few and far between - but Firefighter Roofing is definitely one of them.

There are no other roofers I trust more than Firefighter Roofers. Here's why. After the 2021 hailstorm that nailed us in Keller, I had several roofers inspect my roof who all said there was no damage at all because of the class four shingles I had installed a couple of years prior. July , I put my home on the market. The buyer's agent had badgered the roofer he hired to inspect the roof into saying that my class four shingles were damaged from the recent hail storm. I called Roy with Firefighter Roofing and asked if he would please do an inspection as I did not believe the buyers roofer. Roy arrived while the home inspector was there. they walked the roof together and confirmed that there was no damage at all. In August , I purchased a new home that had just had the roof replaced. However, a couple of days ago, a guy shows up while I was not home, and talked my son into letting him inspect my roof. He said there was damage from the recent storm. I again called Firefighter Roofing, and it turns out there is NOTHING wrong with my roof. How could there be? The only hail we've had was pea-sized. I highly recommend Firefighter Roofing and will not ever trust anyone else.

Had some hail damage to our roof, and called the insurance company prepared to haggle with them. They sent out Wes, with Firefighter roofing. He came out, did is thing, measuring and photographing everything. In about 10 days, Liberty sent their ok. The roofers showed up, stripped and laid the roof, cleaned up all the misc debris and I have an ahhhhhmazing new roof! Very professional and responsive! Definitely recommend them!

The crew from Firefighter Roofing did an incredible job on replacing my entire roof. Not only is it beautiful but they repaired a leaking chimney and installed a new ridge vent system. Wes did an absolutely outstanding job managing the entire operation and I could not believe the attention to every detail and the ease of getting this work done. I have never had this kind of positive experience with a contractor. I will not hesitate to use them again (please, no more hail storms) and I will recommend them to all my friends.

Very pleased with new roof. Excellent experience. I considered several companies that had left cards at my door. I saw Firefighter's really high ratings on Google and ComplaintsBoard.com. That was what influenced my decision to call. From inspection to the finished work, everything was very well done. Phil did great managing it all, including excellent subcontractors for gutters and tear downs. The expertise and attention Firefighter gives, along with their approach to a team that is community/service based, reinforces their integrity and commitment to the best work. No shortcuts. Firefighter Roofing goes above and beyond. They provided outstanding service throughout the whole process and use higher grade roofing materials. Jeremy Edgar, our estimator was extremely friendly, honest and upfront about what we needed with no sales pressure whatsoever. He was also willing to accommodate our special requests. His customer skills are extraordinary. Everyone we encountered were very professional including the roofers. Scott Smith and his crew took good care of us and left our home without any evidence that our roof had been replaced. My wife and I are extremely pleased and happy with Firefighter Roofing. I recommend them without any hesitation. We can testify that they truly operate with integrity and high standards.

Fire Fighter Roofing was great. We had issues with our insurance company and roof/damage claim from the very start. The insurance company sent out a non-certified roof inspector who claimed we didn't have much damage and didn't need a new roof. Fire Fighter Roofing had provided information and knew we needed a new roof - our house was for sale and it did not pass inspection. He advised to ask for a certified roof inspector. The company sent one out and sure enough, that inspector said we did need a new roof, gutters, etc. Fire Fighter Roofing worked with our insurance company and provided documentation which ensured everything that needed work was going to be covered in the claim. He was there every step of the way to make sure the work was completed on time and we were able to close on the sale of house on schedule. That wouldn't have happened without Fire Fighter Roofing pushing things through every step of the way. He went above and beyond in my opinion and we were very grateful for his hard work and dedication to the job. I will be recommending Fire Fighter Roofing to all of my friends.

I was referred to Firefighter's by my homeowner's insurance agent. My 1st phone call "interview" with Firefighter's, Roy M, was a very positive experience. We scheduled a day for him to come to my home to inspect our roof. Roy and my insurance agent worked together to determine if an insurance claim was a possibility. Roy helped me determine the best shingle color to blend with our home exterior and explained the roofing process. Roy gave me a detailed estimate of the materials needed and the cost of the project. We scheduled a start date for repairs. The roofing team was at our house early on the scheduled day. Instead of the estimated 2-3 days for repair/replacement, it only took the team 1 1/2 days! Roy was onsite to oversee the team. The team covered our outside house perimeter with netting and canvas to collect the roofing debris and completed cleaned up our yard after the 1st and 2nd days of work. Roy even took our dog to the backyard, periodically, to relieve himself since our dog didn't have safe access while the team was roofing. I am COMPLETELY pleased with the entire process and felt the sincerity and professionalism of Roy and Firefighter's.
