September 9th. 2025, responded to a Patriot Golf email which included a custom wedge set, mallet or blade putter, plus training aids. Add stated On The House"! For demoing 3 fairway woods a 3,5 and,7. Placed order and paid $556.64. When time came to return the woods I phoned Patriot Golf to get an RMA. 1st Call spoke with young female, after asking for the RMA, I was told I would need to speak to a representative. She said the RMA request was put into the system. Once a rep was free they would call to approve the return. 2nd call phone went directly to voice mail. Once finally making contact was put on hold. After waiting a bit a male representative took the call. Explained my reason for the return was I felt my clubs were better. After refusing a full set of golf clubs and a golf bag paying for shipping only. So after some discussions the offer to receive $250.00 back and keep the clubs sounded like my best option. So I accepted that offer. On 12/23/2025 I sent an email requesting the $250.00. Received a response back on 12/24/2025 stating their records showed they did owe the $250.00. On 12/30/2025 received an email that stated the refund was submitted on 12/15/2025. Pleas note that it typically takes 1 - 2 billing cycles for the refund to be processed. I replied thanking Patriot Golf for taking care of this. On 02/01/2026 sent Patriot Golf an email stating the length of time this process had been going on. I have heard nothing back from them since December.
