This Golf Discount web site is a bit of a bummer. The customer service is just the worst. I had to talk to this guy on the phone and he was so rude to me. I don't like it when people talk down to me like that. Also, the web site is super frustrating. It can't even handle updating shipping information properly. Like, seriously, how hard is it to do that? And get this, they offer free shipping if you spend over $100, but it doesn't apply if you're buying something that's already discounted. It's like, what's the point then? Plus, their "online assist" isn't helpful at all. I mean, what's the point of having that feature if it doesn't actually help you? Overall, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle.

But, after two consecutive Fridays have passed, I still haven't received my bag.
