On 08/05 2005 I found that I needed surgery and would not be able to golf for 4-6 months . I Called the same day and spoke with Customer Service and asked to cancel the order due to I would not be able to try the clubs in the designated time frame. Since I have called twice to check on the refund and on 10/12/2005 I spoke with a Renna ( not sure of spelling ) and was told my refund was being processed . It has been almost 4-months and I have not received acknowledgment of when this will be issued to my Credit Card .
Claimed loss: Order Cancelled have not received correction on my Credit Card
Desired outcome: Immediately be reconciled for Charges of $503.72
