4 T-Shirts with 1 supposedly free. Received free and not the paid for ones. I am out of $76.25

The phone number [protected] does not work, although it is the listed customer service number.

I found another number: [protected] and left a message. I emailed 3x and zero response. I ordered and paid on August 27 2023. My Credit Card was charged, and no items delivered, no money refunded.

So far, zero reply, zero call back. What is going on?

Patriot Depot was selling a Donald Trump mug shot tee shirt online. I placed an order for one of the tee shirts on August 24th. Using a debit card, $23.07 was paid. Since then I have heard nothing. I never received an email order confirmation. I have not received the merchandise. I have attended to call the company, but their phone appears to be disconnected. I have also emailed their customer care team with no reply. Subsequently, I have done some informal internet research, and it appears that I am not the first person to be ripped off by this company.

ORDER PD654478 It has been 5 months and all I got was a Free? flag was missing the T-shirt I ordered. Cheap flag worth about $5

I paid $34.40 for the order 5 months ago. They do not respond to emails. Watch out for them. They will keep your money! Even the website showing my order says partial order sent. Contacted my credit card company but was told it was over 60 days so no luck in a refund.

On July 3rd I placed order #PD658770 for the 1776 book and free Betsy Ross flag with 10 day shipping. I sent an email to customer service after trying to call their phone number which went directly to voice-mail because the mailbox is full. I sent an email on July 20 to customer svc with no reply yet. So today July 24 I sent another and I have received no response. I just want my products or my money back please.

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try out Patriot Depot's candy. I mean, who doesn't love a good sweet treat, right? But I gotta be honest, I was a little disappointed. The candy just didn't taste all that great to me. And to make matters worse, there weren't very many pieces in the bag. I was hoping for a little more bang for my buck, you know?

But hey, it's not all bad news. I did really enjoy the sayings on the packaging. They were pretty funny and definitely gave me a chuckle. So while the candy may not have been my favorite, I still think Patriot Depot has some cool stuff to offer. Maybe next time I'll try out some of their other products and see how those stack up.

Ordered sumthin' from Patriot Depot on December 17th for Christmas and paid for 2-day shipping. It's the 22nd now and the dang thing ain't even been picked up by the USPS yet. Ain't that just a kick in the pants? I mean, I know it's the holiday season and all, but c'mon now. I was expectin' better service than this. Hopefully it'll get here in time for Christmas, but I ain't holdin' my breath. Gonna have to think twice 'bout orderin' from Patriot Depot again if they can't get their act together.

So, I was checking out Patriot Depot's website and decided to buy a book that was supposedly signed by the authors. But when I got it, I was disappointed to find out that it was just a sticker that was placed on one of the pages. I mean, come on, that's not what I was expecting at all! And there was nothing on the website that explained this. I think it's pretty misleading, to be honest. I mean, if you're gonna say something is signed by the authors, it should actually be signed by the authors, right? Anyway, just wanted to share my experience with you guys.

So, I was really excited to get my hands on the 30mm shot glass from Patriot Depot. I placed my order and paid for it in full, but unfortunately, I was told a week later that it was back ordered. I wish they would have told me that from the get-go, ya know? And it would have been nice if they didn't charge me until the order was actually shipped. But hey, mistakes happen, right? Overall, I'm still a fan of Patriot Depot and their patriotic products. I just hope they can improve their communication and ordering process in the future.
