We called HP Consultants to get out of our timeshare and they were able offer a solution that worked for us . We are no longer trapped by an agreement we do'nt need , saving money in the process !

The team at HP Consultants have been a blessing to me. They made the process of getting out of my timeshare contract easy and were always there when I needed them! You can't go wrong working with their associates because they will do anything in their power for you!

We signed and then quickly realized that the benifits were not as it was explained to us on the day of presentation - yet we had no idea how to get rid of this contract ! Thanks HP for its professional team who helped us legally walk away from what could have been a nightmare

They're a great company and we recommend them to anyone . They always kept us informed , respond quickly with any questions you may have ( and they did answer all of our queries ! ) , did what was promised in return for the price paid ! Can't ask more than that - thanks guys !

We are extremely happy with the decision to pursue getting out of our timeshare! Even more thrilled that HP Consultants did everything they promised us, including taking care of all those little details so we could focus on other things. I never review companies however our was so great I wanted to share. We had already tried to sell and get off our deed with three different companies over two years before finding HP. From the moment we signed up the company it was a perfect 10. They sent me all necessary paperwork and kept in tough with us the whole process. *** was professional and honest. So glad to be out and can't thank HP enough! NEVER BUY A TIMESHARE!"

Two years have passed and I still have no independent confirmation of my "release." In addition to the initial fee, I was asked to pay an additional amount to settle the release with the resort company. I have expressed my displeasure and dismay to the company and they have offered a number of excuses, now COVID-19 is delaying everything. I recommend that folks avoid this company and seek a more reputable firm such as Time Share Exit Team.

Thank you so much Ryan P and HP Consultants for your help and services. I appreciate it very much. HP Consultants kept their word and dissolved my timeshare along with cancelling my mortgage balance! Their prices were fair compared to other competitors. They got me out in less than 4 months. And their customer service always kept me in the loop. I would recommend Ryan P & HP Consultants to my family and friends if they have a timeshare they want to get out of.

We were very happy with our service from HP Consultants! The people at the company were friendly and helpful. They made it process of getting out of our timeshares smooth and timely, This is what we needed most as we had 2 timeshares. I know, what were we thinking? Every time I called in they were there to help us and answer any questions. They also kept us updated every step of the way. They really came through for our family during what was a trying moment in our life.

They were very professional and kind during the entire process . I received a call from HP that my timeshare had been canceled , which was long awaited ! You must have patience because it can take awhile for this type of thing to happen but remember ; if there's anything we *** from our experience here , it's worth waiting on - especially when people come around looking out after yours truly :) So thank y'all again -and highly recommened any one who might need help with theirs ( or someone else's) Timeshare contract these guys ASAP!

I agree with all the bad reviews about this scam company I suspect the good reviews are fake.From the beginning they tell you not to have any contact with the Time Share after they start the release process. I suspect that this is an attempt to keep you from finding out the truth and you will stop funneling $ to HP. None of the claims they made to me have come true. It appears to me that what they do is have you stop paying the mortgage and maintenance fees until the time share is forced to foreclose and give you a poor credit rating.I too was told all was taken care of, it was a load of manure.

Be very wary of using this service. After over a year and spending over $11,000 to get rid of my timeshare and having received a letter from HP CONSULTANTS saying "THE CLIENT OWES NO ADDITIONAL MONEY TO HP CONSULTANTS, HILTON RESORTS OR ANY OTHER THIRD-PARTY ENTITIES." i received a phone call from their VP of Operations *** saying I need to pay an additional $4,000 plus to be completely out of contract. I refused to pay this additional amount of money and was told that me or my children may still be liable for fees should the time share resort sell the property again and the new owner default on their payments. I am still waiting for my confirmation letter four months form the above letter. Despite being told I am completely out of the financial and legal responsibility for the ownership back on Nov 5. 2020 I am still being billed by Hilton Vacation Club for the annual fees. Buyer of this companies services beware. Make sure you completely understand all the POTENTIAL costs.

When I talked with HP Consultants about a year and a half ago, it sounded good. I was told that it would take about 1 year to be released from owning my timeshare units (at the same resort). I was told to send all correspondence from the resort to HP and to ignore the correspondences. After 1 year, nothing happened. I called my credit card company and had the charge reversed. This caused a reaction from them. I was told that they were in the process of selling my units but now they couldn't because of the reverse charge. I then thought maybe I should not have had the charge reversed, so, I repaid the fee. About 2 months ago, the timeshare resort contacted me with an offer to terminate my ownership. I decided that it was time to do something since HP Consultants did absolutely nothing to help with the terminations. There was only one communication from HP in the first year, asking for more money. I said no. Other then that, they never contacted me, I had to contact them. I think that HP Consultants, *** took me for a ride. I would like to make sure this doesn't happen to other people.

I just saw a review on here where someone said *** requested extra $$$! He did the same to me after I spent over 6400$ to get out of my timeshare. I talked to him personally and asked him over and over again once I paid the last of the 6400$ would I be totally done and free of my timeshare he said yes. Next thing u know a few months later he he calls me back saying he needed an additional 1800$ to get me free and clear he also threatened that my kids and family would would be responsible for this timeshare if I didnt pay the additional fee just like he told another person on here whos review I read! This is scamming to the fullest and I hope ComplaintsBoard.com can take care of this because as well since I didnt pay the additional $$$ I had a negative report on my credit! This is the worst right here to prove they are the biggest scammers I left a review on there website and looking at other reviews I see he left a 5 star review on there website 10 months ago as if he was a satisfied customer of HP Consultants, yes their scam artist VP *** posted a review like he was a satisfied customer I screenshot it to send to anyone so they can see how this crooked company works!
