I have applied online application for passport & docuemnt verfication has done on 16 Jan 2012 (At Jaipur passport office) after that police verification done from my side on 2 Feb 2012 but today onward I can't able to check out my passport status on passport site & I have been of calling at Jaipur office no one pick the phone as per site have complaint no but same is doen't exist no, File No.JPRA00229812 if have any escalation matrix please provide because they didn't reply mail also I was done on 1 March at given address (rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in) ...!

i had given my new application to issue passport on the 12th January 2012. the passport official said that, they will send the application for verification to the c.i.d. panaji branch within a week's time. but the report was not received by police station. i inquired in panaji h.o. - goa branch, they showed me the inward register where my file number was not present. i went back to the passport office, the officials the security guard and the passport officer raised voice on me and said to just get out from here. the agent through i had gone denies his involvement in this matter. all are connected.
please advice me what i should do, to get my work done? the passport officer controlling goa region is mr.krishan kumar from jamnagar. i dont understand, why a north indian is appointed in goa region? to understand goan people problems, a individual from goa should be appointed as a passport officer.
please let me know soon and suggest me, how do i get justice? i will be waiting for your co-operation.

I have applied for Reissue passport under Tatkaal scheme on the last 11/08/2011. As a rule (1)Tatkaal passport should be issued within one working day without police verification. (2) is Tatkaal passport should be issued on third working day without waiting for Police verification Report on a Post-Passport Issuance basis. As per your rules Pre-verification of police is not insisted. Neverthless my proposal was forwarded to Tirupur SP office for want of police verification as breaking a rule. Clear police verification report was also completed and sent to your office by Tirupur SP on 07/10/2011. But until now, passport was not issued and also I am not received any proper reply by your office in spite of repeated demands made by me several times by directly and through many reminders.
So I am suffering severe mental agony and also not have mind to work and also broken my heart. Because of from beginning to end I have lost my job, my money and also my wasted golden time.
So kindly arrange and make haste to issue passport .And take necessary steps & render Justice.

I applied for passport on 23rd of November 2010 at Secunderabad, however I still haven’t received my passport. Every time when I check the status online, it shows the following:

STATUS : It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

This has been the SAME since a several months. I followed up through various means, however did not get any response from concerned department. When I call the complaint no. nobody responds. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. Please help me in getting the same dispatched ASAP.

I have been following up for last 4 months but I have not received my passport neither got the reason of delay.
Despite of complaining it has further been delayed.
The email IDs mentioned on the passport website is for complain and information regarding passport, on which I have been writing my complains for last 4 months. Sorry to say but my complain was never taken care of.

I have written so many mails as I am out of country and only way to communicate is through emails and the person whose passport is to be made is a 60 year old and 55% handicapped person who can hardly walk.

I never got replies to my mails, after several reminders I used to get reply but that too not satisfactory
Despite the police report being submitted around 20th July as per the online status the passport was suppose to get dispatched on 25th Aug which I fail to understand why it was taking so long and to my surprise the dispatch date further got deferred to 12th September.

I kept asking the reason for the delay or any document pending against the application but never got any response.Please refer to the trailing mail for any clarification.

After 4 months of follow up still my complain is as it, as per the status online 12th Sept'11 was the dispatch date, I just want to know whether it has been dispatched or not.

This is my complaint against one passport office employee YashYadav phone number ([protected]) located in Kanpur passport office. He himself is taking bribe to apply passport and claiming that he will provide passport in 15 days and asking around 5000 Rs. per passport. The guy is sitting in Kanpur GPO passport office and himself is employee of passport office .

When ever new person comes for apply passport he always offering every one to get passport with in 15 days and asking money. He is also telling that with normal process you will not get passport before 3 months and claiming to give 5000 rs and will handover in 15 days.

It is also noticed that in some cases Kanpur GPO passport team accepted forms in counter and later on we noticed that it got rejected because of some documents missing. That was happened only he misplaces some document intentionally and later on when person came for enquiry, he told give us amount then we process it .

This is my serious concern that please sack out such kind of corrupt people. Those are only guys because of whome corruption reached to maximum. Please take necessary action on those guys.

We are parents of Geeta Sloka (1year onld), applied for our kids passport on 2/2/2011 in hyderabad e-seva, KPHB, File no is I000613 .The police verification is done in march ending. Down the line after 5months we are still waiting for our kids passport. The online status is changing for every 1.5 months saying that passport will be disapatched in next week/sorry for the delay. Wont it be frustrating with functioning of government service to common citizens like us.
I am really seeking someones help in this .The pointers to the right persons will be greatly appreciated.

Grievance :I JAGADEESHWAR REDDY B, I'm very upset to inform that my kid's passport yet to be recieved, Submitted the application on 2nd MAY 2011 with FILE NO: HYD W317484-11, Earlier Website was showing passport expected to be dispatched on 23rd May 2011, if all documents are in order, but I have not received the passport as mentioned date in the website, Then i have filed an RTI application on 2nd June 2011, after 5 days of RTI application police verification done 7th June 2011 for my kid, Now the website is showing status as : "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time", from 25th May 2011 to till date.

I rajesh kumar rathi s/o Devilal rathi applied for renewal of passport on 03-02-2010 file no. HYD-F-[protected], after many complaints on [protected] police verification done. Even after 17months, still I have not received the passport, when i tried to see the status of passport, i was shock to see that it is showing wrong file no., where as on police web site it is showing file sent back to the RPO. Now I am in dilema where to complaint, is there is no time bounding for accept or rejection of file.

Status of the passport shown as 'the police report has not been received'. I am an retired person it is next to impossible for me to go to passport office. I am Venkat, I am currently residing in Darsi, Prakasam (D.T).
I have applied for my passport on 31-May-2010 in Passport office Ongole. Police verification is completed. But I am not able to view any information in the Passport website. It always says, "File Reference number is either wrong or Information NOT available".
I had contact the people in Ongole passport office, they told me that the file is transferred to hyderabad passport office and they are giving me the file reference number also.

Four months back I went to the Hyderabad passport office also and that time they told me that "one of my certificate is missing". I submitted the certificate, but still I didn't get any update.

When I check the status today, it showed me "File Reference Number (HYD-Z604405-10) is either wrong or Information NOT available"

I am trying to call the numbers given in the website, but nobody is picking up the call.I sent an email also to the given mail-id in the website even though no reply from them.Can you please look into this issue and reply me.
