PartsWarehouse.com On December 14 I ordered some parts for a Porter Cable router

On December 14 I ordered some parts for a Porter Cable router. Order #XXXXXXX. At the time of placing the order I fully paid via credit card, $18.24 for the order including the cost of shipping. I received a confirmation of the order by email. Over the last month I have placed several calls to the company "Customer Service Department" but no one answered the calls and I was sent to a recording in a message center. I left my message in the service, including the order number and my email and phone number. The recording in their message center said that they would respond to me within 24 hours. To date-January 25, I have yet to hear from them indicating what the delivery problem is. I believe that their service is extremely poor, and I would not recommend that any customers use them in the future.

I ordered a part on 9 November - order number XXXXXXX. My Discover card was immediately charged 20.26 for the part, tax, and shipping. I STILL have not received the part. I have contacted them twice since then asking if/when the part would ever ship. Both times I was told that "The manufacturer is currently replenishing their inventory, and we are awaiting new products." and was given a new date for shipment. Both of those dates have now passed and still no part. I did notice that after my last complaint a new review was posted about the exact product I ordered dated two months before I ordered the product. This tells me there is fraud going on here. I have emails and screen shots to back up everything.

I placed an order back in March for a part. Weeks went by and nothing was shipped. I cancelled my order and was refunded. Again in June, I emailed to see if the part was in stock BEFORE placing my order and was told it was, so I placed my order. It has now been weeks and again my order wasn't shipped. They claim it is on back order. I specifically asked if it was in stock BEFORE placing the order and now I'm stuck AGAIN! This business lies and tries to sell items they do not have!

Order placed on May 14 for a replaced cord for a Dyson sweeper never received. I placed an order (#XXXXXXX) on May 14 for a sweeper replacement cord ( Dyson Powercord Assembly #DY-XXXXXX-XX). To date have not received the item. Parts Warehouse has not contacted me about any delays. I have called them but have not been able to talk to a real person due to "unexpected volume in calls". They do not offer the ability to cancel or return an order on their website. The worst part of all this is they immediately charged my credit card. It appears from the volume of other complaints about Parts Warehouse, they are in the fraud / scam business. I continue to be amazed at the number of hard working people that have been getting up the majority of their lives and putting in a days work for a days worth of pay, to be preyed upon by Godless scum bags.

I made a purchase of a spa pump in Oct. 2020. It arrived in a plain brown box with no paperwork of any kind but looked new. I installed it and it worked great! 3 months later it's making all sorts of grinding noises. I of course contacted the company I purchased it from and got an instant "all items are sold as is, no warranty". So then I asked if they could at least give me the manufacturers contact info so I could contact them seeings I didn't get anything with the pump. They then replied," No we don't have that information". The original pump lasted over 15 years and the replacement only lasted 3 months, I would say this is defective.

I ordered a product and haven't been given any tracking information or details on an ETA. Calling their support number leads to a "Sorry, all our representatives are busy(...) please leave a message and we'll get back to you." I've left a message and still have yet to receive the product. I was debited and have no information on where the product is or how the delivery is going. It's an urgently needed product and the wait is not worth the cost for shipping.

I have order some parts for a storage container. I received a message that they should have been delivered on the 17 and 19th of March. It is now the 24th and I have not received either part. I have called and was not able to speak to a live person. I left a message and a phone number and no one has called me back in the last three days. Has this company took my money and gone out of business? It would be nice if someone would update me about the $300.00 I have spent. I did receive a call (as I was typing this up) but the customer service rep told me that I was going to get the product around the first of April. Not very reassuring. Then when I asked who her manager was she gave me a name and " that manager left for the day" and she could not remember the managers extension. This is very poor customer service.

Failed to accept return for refund. I purchased a wheel from them and the bearings kept falling out. I called. They said I ordered the wrong wheel. I explained that I used it. They said to return it. I did at a cost of $12.96 over the wheel cost of $39.22 and, now that I sent it to them, they say they will not refund because it was used. If they told that I would have the wheel and saved $12.96. They said they would dispose of the wheel.

Paid and never received items. They just kept saying "next Monday".Dishonest on website and promise of delivery on phone. Lack character and integrity Customer number:XXXXXXX Items never delivered... every time I call, No one answers. When called back, they say will be shipped "next Monday". It will have been 6 Monday's with no shipment. Said "ships within 5-7 business days". Called several times/days with no answer. Left messages, did get response, and guy said it would ship Monday, June 15th and that shipping was upgraded so we would get it Tuesday the 16 or Wed the 17th. Called AGAIN, Friday the 19th and guy said it was set to ship Monday the 22 Then, when I pressed, asked to speak to manager. ***? I think was her name. She gave me the run a round, saying It might not ship then either after I pressed, and upon further questioning, *** said "upper management" said they were refunding my money and they hung up.

Product only worked for 4 months. I was denied a refund. Date bought 8/26 worked for 4 months spent 227.77 including tax Order# XXXXXXX Customer number# XXXXXXX Item description: samsung dryer heating element assembly #SAM-DCXX-XXXXXE I called and explained that the product has stopped working after running for four months and was told there was nothing they could do but I could order another one and pay for it. I just want my money back this company is a rip off a heating element should last long than four month with only two people living in the household! I paid using my bank debit card!

Could you help shed light on this shipping discrepancy and possibly provide an opportunity for me to pick up the part in person? Parts Warehouse is indicating that they shipped the package on May 31st. FedEx is indicating that they have not received the package from Parts Warehouse. Parts Warehouse in their latest correspondence is now indicating 7 to 15 days delay and "Don't contact us again until 15 days." Prior advertisement was indicating 2 to 5 days delay. Parts Warehouse is also indicating that I cannot pick up the part in person because of COVID. This seems very strange with all the mask protocols in place. I paid for premium shipping and additional cost for part to receive that part ASAP. As indicated by Parts Warehouse in correspondence, to me it seems strange that a company like FedEx would indicate they would forgo the scanning process when they receive a part. I enclose all of the correspondence. Thank You

I have called them several times only to get an answering service to leave a message. Then someone calls me back who seems to not have a clue of what I am asking them and they just keep saying there's a delay. You should not sell an item that has a delay of over two months without indicating that on your website. On their site it states, "Usually Ships within 8 Days". I want the part I ordered and I don't care if they have to buy it from someone else to get it to me.

I ordered 2 parts on line from Parts Warehouse. I received 1 part, billed for both. Told many times back ordered, now no one will respond to my calls. On September 26. I ordered 2 parts on line, order# XXXXXXX. Push button WPL-WPWXXXXXXXX, $38.63 and circuit board WPL-WXXXXXXXX, $299.77. My credit card was billed for the total with shipping and taxes, $377.14. I received the push button. Have called numerous times, only once did someone answer the phone, all other times I had to leave a voice messages. I was told mostly through voice messages the part was on back order. At this time I have left several voice messages, and no one will return my calls

Terrible company! Stay away! Scam! I purchased a product on their website. Got the order number. The website states clearly for global shipping (including Canada) (https://www.partswarehouse.com/help_answer.asp?ID=12) "International Shipping to Canada and Beyond. USPS International First Class and International Priority Mail is offered for customers outside the United States. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery". After the order shipped, they sent another email stating "International Shipping: International shipments may sometimes take between 10-20 business days to arrive, depending on Country and remoteness of destination". I complained; they responded "Typically, orders are delivered 10-15 days after the package has cleared customs. If you have not received your order by the 30th business day please contact us and a trace request will be placed with DHL on your behalf". 3 weeks later not received. Shipper (DHL Global) said if not received by Aug.6, get refunded by the sender.

Consumer Fraud and Deceptive business practices. Never received the part I ordered and they're refusing to refund the money. I ordered a part from their website that listed it as "IN Stock" on 06/04 and was told I would receive the part in 7 days. On 06/15 I called only to get a message "We are experiencing high call volumes and to leave a message with my order number and a reprsentive will gat back to you" which I did. I received a call back 2 days later now telling me the part would be shipped on 06/24 and I should receive in 5 days. On 06/30 I still have not received the part I paid for. So I called them again and got the same message "We are experiencing high call volumes and to leave a message with my order number and a reprsentive will gat back to you" Later that night I received a call from them telling me now the part won't ship out till 07/06. This has happened 3 times and I do not have my part or any refund. If you look at the ComplaintsBoard.com site" *** XXXXXXXX/customer-reviews " you can clearly see they're doing this is numorous people. This is out and out consumer fraud and deceptive business practices. This website needs shutdown and the people running it sued and put out of business.

I ordered a part for my lawnmower almost a month ago and have not received it. I have been contacting them for the last two weeks, dozens of phone calls, voicemails, texts, emails I've gotten two reply responses that said they are escalating it but have not heard anything. I ended up ordering the part today on Amazon and will get it tomorrow. Shame on you parts warehouse for having such horribly poor customer service and absolutely worthless customer response. I want my money back and I want other people to know not to buy parts from these shysters. And shame on you ComplaintsBoard.com for representing such a worthless company. ComplaintsBoard.com has contacted me as I own my own business and basically you just pay them for them to give you an accreditation with no actual proof of being a good company. After ordering replacement lawnmower deck and was sent the wrong part, after returning item the company reported they did not receive returned part I ordered a replacement lawnmower deck for my mower. I ordered the correct part as listed a manufacturer parts list that was listed on the company's website. I ordered a particular part number and yet I was sent a totally different part and number. The company reported that the part was no longer made or available by the company and was out of stock. The company did not inform me of this important information and yet shipped me the wrong part for my mower. When I called to return the item I was informed that wrongly shipped part should have been noticed by me and thus I was responsible for the return shipping fee which amounted to $217.02. I requested that Partswarehouse pay the shipping fee but my appeal was denied. After shipping the item to the correct address provided by the company I shipped the item back. After several weeks I inquired as to why I was not issued a refund when the company reported the item was never received despite a confirmation that it was by FedEx who regularly picks up and delivers to the company's shipping location. Again I was told by the company that it was my responsibility to trace the return with FedEx which I did. FedEx reported the matter was investigated and found that there was no evidence that the delivery was mishandled claim # XXXXXXXXXX. I left numerous messages with the company to inform them of the results of the FedEx trace and I requested a return call which to date I have not received.

PartsWarehouse.com Part came incomplete

Part came incomplete. I ordered a Clayton & Lambert P4490 Skimmer faceplate cover on-line Sunday April 5th. No where in the ordering process did it tell me that there were no screws. No where did it say Faceplate only. The screws are custom, you cannot buy them just anywhere and for $50 I would assume it wasn;t just for a flat single piece of plastic that it would be complete. I have screen shots of the website that shows there are no details about what is included or not included. I called and complained that there were no screws and was told yeah, they don't come with. I said ok, I need them, so how do I get them asap. I was willing to purchase them, but when I was told I would also need to pay for express shipping again I was shocked. So you didn't give me the complete details and if you had I would've ordered them in the first place and then I would only be paying for shipping once. But, now you want me to pay more for the screws than the actual faceplate and additionally express shipping. So I said, I would rather return the entire order since this is not what I was lead to believe I was getting.He said no problem, we will send info to your email about how to return. And guess what, insult to injury, they now want a 15% restocking fee... That is not good business. You sent me what I believe to be an incomplete order, when I said I would go above and beyond and pay additional I was told that they wouldn't even make it right by paying the shipping. So now they want to me to pay the initial shipping, a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping? Not fair, not right, and I shouldn't have to pay any of those things.

PartsWarehouse.com Scam-order never shipped

Scam-order never shipped. They said parts were still being made by the manufacturer! Then they claimed it shipped and sent an invalid tracking number. Complete scam! I ordered 3 kitchen appliance replacement parts on 07/12. All the parts were and still are listed as currently available "ships within one day". On 07/14 they charged my credit card and called me to say the order would be shipped on 07/16 and I would receive a tracking number. It never shipped. I never received an update. On 07/23 I called to inquire about the order. Someone called me right back and said the parts I ordered were in high demand and they ran out of them, but no need to worry because more parts were being made by the manufacturer! I said, all 3 of my parts for 3 different appliances are "currently being made by the manufacturer"? He said yes and the earliest they will be available is the 28th. I knew at this point I was being scammed! I found the parts on another site, for much cheaper and ordered them for next day shipping. I immediately, still on 07/23, tried to call PartsWarehouse right back to cancel. No answer. So I emailed them, explained the whole situation and asked that my order be canceled with a FULL refund. Their automated response says issues will be addressed in 24-48 hours. I JUST received an email from them on 07/26 saying my order cannot be canceled because it already shipped on 07/24 and they gave me a tracking number. This is the first notice I have received stating the order shipped. Surprise, they claim they shipped it after I requested a cancel, yet 4 days before the earliest date they claimed the parts would be available? And the shipping tracking number is invalid!

I immediately called the next day after getting the part and said it doesn't fit, they charged for shipping when most companies don't, I asked for a return label and they won't send one, so I am paying for shipping again and then after I look them up on google and read the complaints I find out I will be charged a restocking fee of 15%, this is outrageous in this day and age for a company to treat customers like this, I am just mind boggled that they just don't care, there are way more complaints about them then I have time to read about this same thing over and over, I have asked for a call back from management but haven't received it, I had to send them pictures of the wrong part that THEY sent me, pictures of packing slips and my own vacuum, it is a waste of my time at this point I am just going to take it as loss but I will review them to dooms day this company is horrible, shame on me for not checking their reviews first. You can't get people on the phone when you call you have to wait for them to call you back, there is NO customer service they are essentially stealing from people because they know they are going to not help people when they send the wrong parts, they will just take your money with no care, no were on my order when being placed did it say I would be charged a restock fee or have hassled returns or I would never have ordered from them, you have to go to an entirely different page to see this *** when they don't even say read before you order, it is just mind blowing they are getting away with this and not shut down it is out right theft!

Still haven't received refund on my purchase. Never got any confirmation until this last Thursday lady told me I was going to get refunded. PartsWarehouse.com Deceptive advertising on their web site

Deceptive advertising on their web site. They continually say "Availability: Item usually ships within 10 days" when in fact it is always out of stock This business should not be allowed to advertise on its website that it is a "ComplaintsBoard.com Accredited Business" based upon its questionable business practices. On February 10 of this year, I ordered a Sears Kenmore Brush Assembly from Parts Warehouse. THAT IS SIMPLY A DECEPTIVE STATEMENT. Although I can understand that in some or many cases, this can be the case, it is NOT the case with this item, the page is deceptive, and the company refuses to correct this. After I placed the order, and paid for it on February 10, a week later I noticed that the item had not been shipped, and decided to call to see the status, on February 17. I was told that, in fact, the item was not only out of stock, but they had no idea when it WOULD come in, and intended to hold on to my money indefinitely! I said that I wanted my money refunded, and the refunded it right away. What is my complaint? Since that time, more than 4 months, I have called to see if they have the item in stock, and the answer has always been "no". I feel it is a deceptive advertising and business practice for them to maintain on the web site "usually ships within 10 days" AND ACCEPT AND HOLD CUSTOMERS' MONEY, knowing that they cannot possibly ship the item or even obtain it in that time. Accordingly, you should require that they change the web site to honestly say "out of stock, unknown when it will be in stock". When I have suggested the change they have ignored me. One final note: they told me that they don't even maintain a wait list or notification system. A customer's only choice is to give them money to hold indefinitely in the hope that the part may come in some day. That is certainly not "usually ships within 10 days" which should be removed from the web site.

Poor customer service After reading similar complaints about this company, I am now submitting my complaint for documentation after it looks like something bad happened to this company a couple of years ago. Specifically around July -19. Clearly this company was a vacuum cleaner parts replacement "warehouse ". Apparently, they decided to expand their "inventory " to include thousands of other additional parts. I placed an order for a "in stock" Dewalt compressor switch part during the first week of April . I think there was a 3 or 4 day delivery time frame. My credit card was charged within minutes of the submission. After at least 3 weeks later, several text communications back and forth, I received a package from the company. In the package was a inexpensive part to a vacuum cleaner. I was amazed at how someone could mixup a compressor part from a vacuum part. And disappointed how it took so long to receive the wrong part. Now, thankfully, via text messaging, I was able to report the wrong part mixup. All I had to do was take a few pictures and send via text and resolve the issue. I was even told that I didn't need to send the vacuum part back. Fine. I was told that my original part order would be "resubmitted ". I agreed that I would wait again. A very vague delivery time was set. I think it was around 1 week. After this time frame came and went, I was told about another delay, because of manufacturers supply chain issues. Another date was given. Probably an additional week. There were several cycles like this. No responsibility ever taken by this company. Finally, with limited information, I decided either this company was a complete scam or they had absolutely no control over any of their "inventory ". There is, clearly, NO warehouse. Maybe they have some common vacuum cleaner parts inventory. Who knows. Finally, I did finally call and left a voicemail, but I simultaneously sent a text message saying I would simply prefer getting a refund for my order. I did receive a voice call from a customer rep., but unfortunately I missed the opportunity to talk with her. My text message was answered with a familiar statement. Basically, my part is scheduled to be shipped at the end of this month of May. Who knows. Do I wait 11 days and still not receive the part? PS. I really need this replacement part to fix my compressor, in order to finish several projects I started in April? Or risk the real possibility that the part will not come? Where I will be in the same spot as I currently find myself. (I am probably going to simply purchase another compressor, move forward and eat the cost of replacement) In fact, I am writing this complaint, because I think this company has gone "corrupt". Admittedly, not necessarily malfeasance on their part, but simply a poor conceptual business platform. I did not see one positive comment to the ComplaintsBoard.com since several years ago. Only negative comments, basically the same as mine. I have no idea how the ComplaintsBoard.com assigns their ratings. But the ComplaintsBoard.com's "A+" rating seems to be unrealistic. This is not my complaint, however if I am correct a revision is due. Nevertheless, I hope this review helps consumers make better choices AND helps this company change their policies to be more transparent to their customers!
