I purchased a pressure washer replacement hose on 7/9. The website said it was in stock and would ship out within 2-5 business days. On 8/1, I still don't have the part, no email stating a delay, nothing. I first send an email to support, inquiring where the part is, but no response. So, I call and all I get is an automation saying, "Our reps are busy assisting other customers. Please leave a brief msg, along with the order number and someone will call you back". It's now 8/4...still waiting on that callback.
