This company is amazing. I will definitely use them again. From managers to employees this company really treats you like family and care about you and your home. Was really comfortable with them.

They advertise about free estimates but yet they use Google earth to conduct their free estimates. My house is covered by Oak trees and they said they wouldn't to come and give me an estimate because of that. False advertising

They lairs told me I had 3 months no payments no interest, the sales guy Marlon said anything he had to say for the sale didn't clean properly around the house my dog almost die and costumer service are really bad don't recommend this company to anyone

I am really happy with the work done on my home. They make the entire process really smooth and you honestly don't have to do much. They also don't require you to be home when working on your roof. All you have to do is make sure the drive way is cleared. Super easy!

I would recommend the company if you are looking to have your roof re-done. They did a great job on my home; even though getting work done on your home is stressful they make it as smooth as they possibly can. I will say this company really seems to care about their clients.

Thank you to Parlament for my new roof. It looks so much better and I barely had to lift a finger. They made the process so smooth and easy. They even handled my HOA approval for me. They are great I definitely recommend using them especially if you don't like dealing with your HOA.

I could not be happier with the services I received from Parlament roofing. The staff is very personable and values you and your time as a customer. They did a great job on my roof and did it quickly. This is a company I would recommend anyone to use if you need work done on your roof.

This is a company with a team that I was definitely comfortable leaving at my home while I was at work. They were professional and really just stuck to getting their work done. My new roof looks great so I would definitely recommend this company to you if you are looking to have your roof repaired or completely replaced.

I don't know much of anything about roofing so going into finding a company and knowing what I need and want made me nervous. This company made me feel a lot more comfortable and confident in my decisions. They were really nice and willing to answer and explain in detail any questions I had. Will definitely use them again.

90% OF THE COMPANY I CALLED COULDNT GIVE ME AN EST OR COME OUT FOR THE NEXT 6MNTHS I DID NOT HAVE THAT TIME I WAS NEEDING A NEW INSURANCE COMPNY AND I COULDNT GET ONE UNTIL MY ROOF WAS REPLACED BECAUSE ALL THE INSURANCE COMPANYS SAID MY ROOF WAS TO OLD SO I NEEDED A ROOF ASAP PARLAMENT WAS ABLE TO GET ME AN APPOINTMENT NEXT DAY AND HAD MY ROOF DONE WITHIN A WEEK WE WANT TO JUST SAY THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF ARE HEARTS WE LOVE YOU GUYS .!

Marlon arrived at our house at the time agreed upon. He gave what I thought was a very good presentation of what Parlament Roofing has to offer for a shingle roof. He explained what set his company apart from other roofing companies and showed my wife and me samples of underlayment and roof shingles. Then he gave us a quote for a 40-year roof and a lifetime roof and explained the difference. Marlon said he didn't need any money now and while he did try to close the deal, he wasn't pushy or high pressured. Unfortunately, I don't expect to be around for another 40 years seeing as I'm almost 70 now. Also, if I understood correctly the warranty is only transferable for 5 years. I was sorry to have to tell him that I was going to hire a different company to put on an aluminum roof-over on my manufactured home for the same amount of money as his lifetime roof quote.

The warranty on their TPO roof relies on the TPO manufacturer Firestone. The wording of that warranty would make it virtually WORTHLESS. It excludes from coverage almost anything that could happen to the fabric in Florida.
Deterioration is not covered. Hurricanes are excluded regardless of wind speed, yet it claims various high wind resistance. It requires the homeowner to maintain the roof, yet the installer recommends against walking on the roof.Any small penetration would be hard to see without close inspection, but the leak would have already caused serious damage inside which also would not be covered.
The TPO product I have seen on other Parlament projects looks very well suited to metal roof roof-overs and the installation appears to be professional. It is possible that Firestone would actually cover any future mishaps regardless of the legalese, but one never knows.

I Already filed complaint against Parlament Roofing and Filing others: DBPR, Florida Consumer Complaints, Construction Prof., Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, etc., other contingencies to include Media exposure and possible Litigation for Child Endangerment due to children (3 years old - 15 years old) living quarters are deemed unsafe and on the verge of resulting in accidental injury and/or tragic fatality/fatalities. Parlament has been notified several times but has "Failed to act". Parlament has not only violated their own contract, but also violated several local, state and federal codes, laws and regulations. The supposed New Roof is sinking in the room of children and can be seen in the ceiling of their room. Parlament has came out several times and done absolutely nothing to repair the new $14,000 roof a my residence. Owner- Francetta G.. Winter Haven, FL

In an effort to get quotes for a total roof replacement, we received Parlament's advertisement in the mail and decided to call and request a quote. The initial call was somewhat strange to me considering the representative explained that their technician providing the quote does not go on the roof - never heard of a roofer providing a quote that did not go on the roof to examine it. But I thought OK, I'll see what they have to say. The representative then explained that I would receive a call from another representative later the same day to verify the information. During discussions with the second representative, I was told that because I have spoken with other contractors and my insurance company, they could come out but would not be able to give me a quote. When I asked why I couldn't get a quote, I was told that they do not work with insurance companies. I explained that I was not asking them to work with my insurance, I just wanted a quote. Again, I was told they couldn't give me a quote. Seems confusing to me if they do not work with any insurance companies, how they can claim "Let us show you how we can put a New Roof on your home at Little or No Cost to you." Quoted verbatim from their advertisement. Lastly, in my opinion, the only way they can claim "Nobody puts on a Quality Roof for Less money that Parlament...Nooooobody!" Again quoted verbatim from their advertisement. BUYER BEWARE!

I had a salesperson from Parlament Roofing come out on April 9th @ 8:00pm to sell us on a roof replacement. We agreed and opted for the more expensive version with extra underlayment and a better warranty. The salesperson told me they would be out on Monday. Parliament came on Monday April 12th and started the replacement. After the roof was completed on the 12th , the next day, we noticed water on the floor in our kitchen, which is directly located below the second-floor bathroom. We thought something had spilled and thought nothing of it... until Saturday April 17th after multiple people had taken showers, we noticed a lot of water on the kitchen the floor. I had to inspect to see what the cause could have been. I cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to see the cause and noticed that the vent pipe was broken off from the tub. In the process of Paralment replacing the roof they had replace the decking around the vent stack that went to my tub. In this replacement they had put pressure/bent on the pipe which made it break off from the tub. This is where all the water was coming from because the broken vent pipe just let the water drain into the ceiling and not into the drainpipe.
Also, my neighbor showed me where she had been picking up shingles from her property where Paralment was just throwing the shingles off the roof, and it had broken my fence and shingles had landed in my neighbor's yard. And I was told that the roofing nails would be picked up... I have pictures of the nails that I have had in my family's shoes. We can not go outside with out the possibility of stepping on rusty roofing nails.
I had immediately call Paralment and spoke with the Manger Joseph M. (I don't know if I got his last name correct). He told me to get someone out and Paralment would pay for any damages. He also stated that he would send his guys out to look at it. No one from Parliament ever came out to look at the damages. So, I immediately call *** Plumbers out to fix the leak and take pictures to show the cause was from the vent stack being broken. These were sent over to Paralment along with the bill to fix a repair my vent stack and ceiling. Several days later I received a letter from Paralment's attorney stating they will not pay. So now I must pay more for something that Parliament caused!
I took Parliament at their word because their manager Joseph stated that they would pay for the damages. I have the Manager Joseph on recording stating ... "Get someone out and Paralment will reimburse me." This was a lie!
They also sold me on the more expensive underlayment, which after the inspector came out said there is no underlayment on it. This is from a company that Paralment had contracted to come out and inspect.
I want Parliament to do what is right! I do not want nor to need to put it on my homeowner's insurance because I did not cause the problem.

So... there is a Bill from *** Plumbing for 7,500 + my 1,000 that I put down. So, Paralment needs to pay 8,500 ... 1,000 to me and 7,500 to *** Plumbing. And they need to cut my bill because I paid extra for better underlayment that Paralment did not put down on my roof.

On 10/ 15 parlament roofing installed a new roof on my home, in the process they destroyed my leaf filter system on my gutters, they agreed to replace but have not done so at this time, 2 months later, they said they mailed a check but I never received it, and now will not return my calls.

Parlament Roofing redid my roof. They said they put a water proof barrier on the roof. They sent out a company to do a wind mitigation survey. On the report they said that no barrier was done. I spoke to Parlament they said it was an error and I would have a revised report sent the next day. I have called several times and they will not take my call now. I paid over $17000 and I feel I was scammed. I either want my roof redone or to have the report corrected and to have it reverified that it was done

I had a new roof with new skylights installed2019. I've had my roof leak multiple times and is damaged my ceiling. They are not working hard to fix. New roof installed at *** XXXXX. Full new roof and skylights, roof has leaked with every rain. Repair guy has been out 3 times to fix it and I still have a water line stain in my ceiling, ceiling is cracked, if leaks continue to happen I'm afraid my roof will collapse into my kitchen. I have pictures to prove the inside damage

On June 5 Krus was informed of sewer exhaust vent. Vent connected on June 29. Was told the owner would call. To date, no call received. On June 5 Parlament was informed that the sewer exhaust vent was not attached to the roof vent when they installed the roof in June . It took several phone calls and emails for them to send someone out to correct their mistake on June 28. We have water damage from the open vent. We were told on June 29 that the owner, Matt would call us to discuss the repairs. We have not received a call from Matt.

Replaced my roof and created a hole in the stucco where water leaked in and caused structural damage to my home they covered hole and deny the damage I called parlament roofing to replace my 15 year old roof. In doing so they created a hole in the stucco of one of the exterior walls which for the past year water has run into this hole causing rot on a structural beam holding up my roof. They came out to assess damage and covered up the hole and say its not their water damage its structural damage but my contractor says other wise when he pointed out the reason for leak he said it was caused by new roof install.

We have asked for a resolution to the roof leaking in both bathrooms and the damage that was caused from the the day they put the roof on. The damage is to the ceiling and floors in both bathrooms and the walls in the back bathroom. They have sent several people out and they continue to shove new vents and try other stuff to patch the roof. It was a new roof it should not have to have patches. They have sent people who walked on sections that should not have been walked on have punctured the aluminum ceiling on the lanai. We have contacted the office and have had the owner come out as well. We don't seem to be getting cloose to a resolution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Upon completion of a roof job by the company, I was presented a statement. There was a 'Service Fee' involved in the mix and I questioned this. Sheila, the finance clerk with Parlament said the charge was for setting up the payment account. I disputed the need for this 'account' and stated we were going to pay the bill completely. She advised that in that case, if I would send her a copy of the "paid receipt", sh would issue me a check for the amount of $350.. I did, she didn't! I have attempted several times to contact her about this and she will not take my call or allow me to speak with any one else about the matter. I am a WWII Marine Veteran, on a limited income and need my money!

LIEN ON HOME WAS A SECOND MORTGAGE AND HAD A ALMOST DOUBLE INTEREST RATE AND CLEANUP WAS LOUSY 15 TIRES GOT NAILS IN THEM AND A RUSTY NAIL IN MY FOOT I FOUND OUT TOO LATE THEIR FINANCING PUTS A SECOND MORTGAGE ON YOUR HOME AND THEIR INTEREST RATE IS ALMOST DOUBLE. i FOUND THIS OUT AFTER THE ROOF WAS PUT ON. i ALSO FOUND OUT THE ROOF DID NOT HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I READ THE FINE PRINT. I REFUSED TO PAY AND RECEIVED A $15000 LIEN ALMOST DOUBLE THE PRICE. THE CLEANUP WAS ALSO LOUSY. I HAD RECEIVED 15 ROOFING NAILS IN MY HIGH PRICED TIRES ON MY CAR. AND A FEW YEARS LATER I RECEIVED A RUSTY ROOFING NAIL IN MY FOOT. NOBODY ELSE HAS DONE ROOFING NEAR ME IN YEARS. IT GOT INFECTED AND I MAY LOOSE MY FOOT. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Business: Parlament Roofing contracted to replace old roof on home Date of transaction: 6/4 Amount paid for work done: $21,708 What the business committed to provide us: To replace pitched roof and flat roof To provide pictures of the work done To send out a representative from a wind mitigation company to evaluate the work done To provide a copy of the warranty for the roof We contracted with Parlament Roofing to replace the roof on our house. We also needed documentation of the work done so we could submit it to our homeowners insurance company. They came out 6/4 to complete the work. We were told that we would receive the pictures of the work, the wind mitigation paperwork and the warranty once the work was completed and everything finalized. It is now a month later and we still haven't received the documents. Everytime we speak to them we receive a different answer. We just want this situation finalized and to receive our necessary documentation.

Three years ago Parlament Roofing & Construction put a new roof on my house. Unknown to me, the roof failed the final inspection. I have just been made aware of the failed inspection approximately two months ago by my homeowners insurance company. My homeowners insurance is up for renewal in January, 2022 and they have told me that my insurance cannot be renewed without a passed inspection. I immediately contacted Parlament and after several weeks of hounding them, they finally sent someone out to complete the work that failed inspection. The original permit is in a "suspended" status and requires a reinstatement fee of $390.00 and another scheduled inspection within 10 days of reinstatement. I called the city permit office to find out this information. Parlament's office is dragging their heels and giving me false information about this for weeks now. I have asked to talk to the owner of the company but he has not returned my call. I am a senior citizen and feeI like I am being jerked around. It is Parlament's responsibility to take care of this. I am reaching out to the Complaintsboard.com to help get this resolved so I won't be dropped from my homeowners insurance next month. Regards

installation crew damaged my 240 breaker and line to my dryer. I was forced to pay for the repair myself. they said "TUFF" when i complained on june 5 parlament came out and replaced my roof we tried to do laundry after that and we no longer had 240 to run the dryer. I called them and was told not their fault. I asked how they can say that... was told not their fault or problem. we fixed it and billed them $250.00 for the work on a Sunday which i thought was cheap for a Sunday. i wasn't only told "TUFF" but was hung up on. not their fault or problem I assumed I was accidentally disconnected well I wasn't because when I called back and asked for someone in regard to my complaint i was hung up on yet again.. after that they no longer answered the phone when i called i tried to submit a bill for repair it was NOT accepted. a few days later after it WAS repaired one of their trucks pulled up... IN MY YARD... not driveway but grass in my yard... a man knocked and then went back and sat in his truck for 5 minutes. I am a disabled senior and I do not just open my door not knowing who is out there. when i spoke with the company I explained that and again was treated rudely. what good would it have done as we already had it repaired... i want my money back. I wasted my money paying for a non-existing warranty that I paid extra money for i am requesting the repaid money and warranty money be refunded please help me thank you Mrs
