Im new to Parkbench and so far the support has been excellent. Every step has been clearly broken down so that now that im ready to start interviews, I feel prepared. I like the concept of making connections with local business owners and non-profits. Its not about the most perfect website or perfect interviews. The goal is to make connections and they have prepped me well for that. Whenever ive had a question, someone answers right away.

I been with Parkbench for like 6 months now. It's been great to send clients to the website to get more info on the community, especially those moving into the area. I love that it's all about building relationships and getting to know the people in the area. I had on my list of "to do's" for the last couple of years to do videos to highlight businesses in the area, but never seemed to get to it. Parkbench has been instrumental in getting me out there to do just that. I love meeting the people and learning about the businesses in our city and forming those new relationships that will last a lifetime. And it's fun! I can see how this will definitely pay off and help me take my biz to the next level. Thank you to Kayla and Simon for always being there when I have a question or need something. You guys are the best!

This site is full of bugs and doesn't work good. I spent hours trying to fix problems and only got a couple extra months of use. They offer a "few" free video edits but it's slow and doesn't let you post on time. It takes a lot of back and forth to get the news and events right. I have to upload my own news and events because theirs aren't relevant. You're supposed to get coaching and watch masterclass videos that take up a lot of time. Realtors should go back to basics and make phone calls, support local events, network, and knock on doors.

Parkbench has been a real help for me in many ways. It's given me some good ideas for content on my social media pages that are different than what everyone else posts. It's been a good talking point when people recognize me from the interviews and introduce me to other people. The platform has been a great value add for clients when I promote their favorite non-profit, fundraiser, or their business. It's been great for building community and being the one at the center of that. The support team have always been quick to reply to me, resolving any questions or issues I am having. I have found them to be genuinely interested in my business and seeing it grow. There is coaching, and many helpful videos. I usually reach out with any questions and get time to speak to someone one-on-one vs. videos because that is more my learning and brainstorming style. Networking, supporting and promoting others has always been a big part of how I developed my business and relationships. I found Parkbench when things were shut down in 2020 and it was a great fit for me and haven't stopped. It is a great add-on to what I do now still, now that things are back open and people are in person again.

They don't give refunds and you can't test their software before they pressure you to buy it. Once you're in, you're stuck unless you give up at least $4,000+. Their platform is inflexible and you can't customize it much. Every realtor's page looks the same except for a few colors and photos. The Parkbench footer is always there, so it looks like Parkbench owns the community page, not you. The software they use to get events, coupons, and businesses is limited to RSS feeds and big box stores. Good luck finding anything from small businesses. If you live in a small town, you'll have to enter everything manually. Only one real estate agent can have a town or neighborhood. They pressure you to sign up when they call and say if you don't, someone else will and the price is going up. You don't get a true trial period or a chance to play around with the platform. They give you a quick demo during the call and that's it. I signed up because it looked good, but it didn't suit my needs. The site was all about interviewing people and couldn't be adapted. I asked for a refund after two weeks, but they refused and told me to find someone else to sell it to. Don't make the same mistake I did and pay $4,000+ a year for this. I learned my lesson and won't do it again.

Parkbench was supposed to help me with my business, but they didn't follow through. I tried to cancel because they didn't finish onboarding me and their website wasn't up because of covid. They said they understood, but they still charged me $3,000 and won't give me a refund. I can't use their service because it's not available.

I got pressured into buying many platforms from this company and they all seem identical. The sales folks are too pushy and make you think that their service will bring in business. But it's not a lead generation or advertising platform, and their way of doing business is misleading. Customer service never responds or assists after the sale. This is not okay and I want a refund for this service. We haven't used it and don't plan to.

So, like, I got a call from some dude at Park Bench on May 14th. He was all pushy and stuff, and we talked for like 20-30 minutes before I caved and agreed to use their service. Then he kept me on the phone for like another 30-40 minutes! When I finally had time to check out their service package, I wasn't feeling it and wanted a refund within 10 days. But then yesterday they told me they don't do refunds! And they even sent me the contract I signed on the first day of the call. I haven't even used their services yet and I don't plan to. I feel like I was rushed into a bad decision and now I'm stuck with a big bill. Can someone help me get my money back?

So, I got a call from ParkBench on Aug 30, 2021, and it was set up by ***. They wanted to tell me about their platform, but it turned into a sales pitch real quick. They said they had a Money Back Guarantee and could guarantee a 5x ROI, but they didn't say that it's impossible to get the money back if you're actually doing Real Estate Transactions. Plus, they charge you for the support that actually helps you, and they try to pressure you into buying it. The contract terms are really bad for the consumer, and they don't tell you that you can't cancel or get a refund during the *** sales call.

This company is good if you like Real Estate, which I did when I signed up. I met a sales guy at a conference and he sold me on their product, and that's my bad for jumping in. They said I could get my money back if I wasn't happy with it after a year, no questions asked. A money back guarantee thing. I even joked about hitting them up in a year if it didn't work out to get my money back and we went ahead. I signed up for a year, but less than 6 months in, I left real estate and asked if I could get my money back now so they could sell my spot. Then a rep messaged me back saying I had to do 96 interviews on their platform to ask for money back. This seems fair, but I wasn't told this when I signed up. They said it was in my contract, which I never got to see, the sales guy just rushed me through the "important" parts and I signed. Again, my bad. But they're not doing anything to earn their money, and every time I tried to use their platform to post interviews or change my site, I had to ask their help desk to get it to work. So this is a complaint about the money back guarantee and the fact that they're keeping my money when they're not doing anything to earn it, and they'll get even more when they sell my spot in July.

I paid $4,450 for a system from Parkbench Inc. that was supposed to not require cold calling, but it turned out to be a cold calling system. I complained and requested a refund, but they cancelled my membership and said my account was inactive because I complained to my bank. I also found out that another realtor was on the website assigned to me. Other realtors have also complained but haven't gotten their money back. Parkbench claims to be endorsed by *** and the *** informed me that they aren't. This has been a nightmare and I hope they will refund my money.

I talked to a guy from Parkbench, Thomas *** G., on 2/2/2022. He talked a lot and was pushy, but he kept talking about their Money Back Guarantee. When I asked him about it, he said there was no catch and that if I didn't like it, it was probably my fault. He also talked about their website and said I could put my stuff on it. It cost $5300 for 12 months, but I only had $1300. He said that was okay and I could pay the rest later, but there was a $13 fee. Later, I found out that some of the stuff he said wasn't true and that I had to pay more for editing videos and business appointments. I asked for a refund, but they said no because I didn't give it enough time. When I demanded a refund, they said it was too late. I wish I hadn't given them any money at all.

I signed up with Parkbench, Inc on Oct 13, 2022 for my real estate biz and paid $4800 for a 17th month exclusive contract for Big Sky, MT, West Yellowstone, MT and Madison Valley, MT. But, they didn't give me the Neighborhood Website they promised in their sales demos and talks. They didn't tell me beforehand that a rural resort community could pose potential platform challenges rendering the functionality of the "Neighborhood Website" limited and lacking. They rely on a unilateral, unreasonable contract to avoid any responsibility to consumers for quality of product. They cancelled my service and didn't give me access to the product based on accusing me of violating their Goodwill. Their contract allows them to cut off service for any reason even if they were the party that did not provide a product matching the demo product. The Marketing Service Package (6 pages) is not the actual contract. There is a small hyperlink on page 6 that contains the "actual contract" listed as additional terms. In the contract Parkbench specifically states in section 9.1 (Disclaimer of Warranties, that they have no responsibility to the consumer to provide a product that actually works or is accurate in anyway. They use specific data feeds to populate the Neighborhood website and don't disclose potential limitations of these feeds, lack of functionality if your market does not utilize these feed sources. READ the fine print and understand that under NO circumstance will you ever have recourse to get a refund if you are unhappy with the actual product that is delivered to you as the consumer. Parkbench offered unacceptable solutions to the concerns reported.
