am writing regarding a shipment issue that started on 30 January 2026 and is still unresolved as of 15 February 2026. On the date I transferred the requested amount of money for my shipment as instructed. Despite completing the payment, my package has not been delivered. In addition, I have not received any response to my messages for several days.
Later, I was informed that money was allegedly found inside the package. I was then told that this situation does not comply with Turkish law and that I need to pay an additional amount in order to receive my shipment.
I would like to clearly state that I was not informed about any such issue before, and I do not understand why an extra payment is being requested after I already completed the original transfer.
For your reference, I am also attaching the first email I received from your company so that the situation can be clearly understood.
I kindly request a clear explanation about:
• The current status of my shipment
• The legal basis for requesting additional payment
• Why there has been no response to my previous messages
I expect this matter to be clarified as soon as possible.
