Parcel Direct review: Double charged, not refunded

Please for the love of God do not use them for anything. I made the sole mistake of using them for their services on the 2nd of November, 2025, and was double charged. Up till this date I have not been refunded. I have sent emails upon emails and they have overlooked all of them. They are thieves and not a honest bunch. Please I repeat, do not use them.

Claimed loss: 65.95 EUROS

Desired outcome: REFUND MY MONEY
