I was rudely asked to leave the mall today by your staff because I was using a 2 wheeled Mobility Scooter which only goes 5 kph. I have a cast on my right arm and leg and can't walk perfectly yet so I need the scooter to get around. I'm also on Disability and currently in litigation against insurance companies for compensation and settlement for my injuries.
Your staff ordered me to either limp around the mall carrying my scooter and shopping bags or to leave the premises altogether. The manager at your security desk refused to give me his name ([protected]) and he also demanded for my Medical Documents to prove that my injuries are real.
My Charter of Rights were infringed, my personal health ignored, my basic human rights for food thrown aside, I couldn't buy any groceries and now I have to get Walmart to deliver my food because your gang of degenerate thugs is blocking the entrance.
I also spoke to your Director Anthony Schuster at [protected] and even though he knows I did nothing wrong he still hung up on me because he couldn't face the crimes committed by his staff. I was upset and rightfully so, you would be too if you were denied food based on your health status. Such professionals! If you're going to work in security you need to know the laws of the Land first. This is not Nazi Germany, it's Canada. The covid hoax has turned you guys into total criminals. I asked Viktor in HR if Canadians should follow Canadian Law and he replied "I'm not here to discuss politics", I didn't know that's a political question?
You guys seem to think that frivolous rules made up by square one and their owners outweighs CANADIAN LAW and the charter of rights. You also seem to believe that private property means everything is private, even the publicly accessible areas. Anthony told me that no one is allowed to use a camera in a mall. I asked him, why does he think he has the right to tell me what to do with my own property? to which he had no reply. So I asked him if he's ever seen footage online from inside a mall? Then he got all upset and hung up. You guys hire absolute despots, tyrant wannabes who are clowns irl.
I'm so sad for Canada, I feel like suing, I'll ask Twitter what to do since I don't expect justice from criminals.

I have a confession to make. The reason I was banned was not because I was disabled. It had nothing to do with my scooter or disability. I have a crush on one of the employees working at the mall and I was asking her out. She was discriminating against me because of my disability. I asked her how big her chest is and if she had implants and if I could feel her chest. They said I was harassing her and asked me to leave. I lied about the reason I was asked to leave. I admit I tried to put my hands on her chest because her knockers are huge. I was banned for that not because I am disabled.
