I was freakin' taxed $30K on a foreclosed property and had to give $417 a month to make amends. Thank god Palmer Tax Group jumped in and took care of things! They sorted out a $20K refund for me - sweet! I still had to pay $15K, but who cares when the total refund is way more than the installments and I got rid of that thorn in my side. Thanks, Palmer, for the mad savings!

Ive tryed for years to deal with my IRS issuz on my own. After multiple faild attempts my friend recommendd Palmer Tax Group. I went ahead and called. I was tired and needless to say, that was the best decision I could evr make! Within just a few months, my issuz are resolvd and I am now expecting my first IRS refund in over 6 years. So I went to Palmer Financial Consultant, Inc and I gotta say it was a pretty gud experience. I had sum tax stuff to deal with and the crew there helped me out big time. They answered all my calls and emails real fast, which was nice. At first Diana was kinda grumpy but by the end we were like pals lol. Anyways, the results were amazing and I would def recommend goin to Palmer Tax if u need help with ur taxes.

it was a big relief to get my tax done by *** Financial Consultant this year since my boss didn't report my income right and I was feeling pretty frustrated. my friend suggested going to Palmer Financial and they did everything correctly and very professionally, it really helped me out a lot. Palmer Financial Consultant, Inc doesnt do what they get payed to do. They cheat the employee out of money cause they said would report them. They don't respond to clients nor employees with complaints. They makes claims they don't follow up with. They are trying to sell and shut down business and keep customers money, that's why they cheat their employee. Only if you complain and complain do they do anything. Even then its the squeaky wheel syndrome.

Dis place, Palmer Financial Consultant, Inc, not no good! Dey had my stuffs for like a whole year and den dey go and cancel me cuz dey can't handle da work and I got my money took by da government. Dey don't talk to nobody and dey don't act professional. Dey keep my stuffs and I can't even talk to da boss man even tho I asked many times. And den dey go and switch my bank without telling me n den cancel my stuffs. Don't waste yo time wit dis place.

This company ain't the best, been waiting for months to hear back from them and had to send threatening messages just to get a reply. Got a lien on my house now, ain't happy about that. When they finally reply, it's only for a hot sec before they disappear again. Been passed around between 6 different peeps and no one seems to stick around long enough to help. Plus, their email system is messed up - sent some docs and got a response from another customer with the same complaint. Watch out folks.

I ain't happy with Palmer Financial Consultant, Inc. I keep getting bothered by them, but I don't want their help. They should leave me alone. Also, this guy named Shane Swain ripped me off. I gave him $1250, but he didn't deliver on his promise to get me more money back on my taxes. Waste of my hard-earned cash.

Reviewed Palmertaxgroup.com and was supposed to get 2016/17/18 taxes redone, as well as file for 2020. Paid $5,000 but nothing was done for a year and a half. Couldn't speak to Mr. or anyone about tax questions. Asked for a refund and was told I'd get a full refund after a month. Got incomplete 2016/17 taxes and only filed for federal for 2020. Refunded $2,000 after waiting for three weeks.

I gave Palmer Financial Consultant, *** $3000 to check out my taxes and help me out with past tax money I owed, but I ain't hear much from them yet. They said they'd handle it by January 2022, and that was it. Ain't got no new updates, and they ain't keeping their word. I been trying to call and email them, but no luck. I'm starting to feel like I wasted my money.

So, I used Palmer Financial Consultant, Inc in July this year. Gave them $250, but couldn't afford to pay the second $250. They told me I'd get a refund on 11/24. I didn't get it, so I called on 8/2/22, next Tuesday. They said they'd get back to me in 72 hours, but they never did. I've left 3 voicemails and heard nothing. We're both old and disabled and I need my $250 back pronto. But I've received zero replies from them.

I hooked up wid *** Financial Consultant, Inc on July 7th dis year. A tax consultant told me my taxes woz messed up and they said they could sort it by redoing my taxes. I paid 5 grand for it. Since then, I been trying to get in touch via emails and calls. I only managed to speak to my contact, Juliana Galeano, after threatening to go to the ComplaintsBoard.com (***@palmertax.com). It was on September 11th dat we spoke last. If ya need her digits, it's XXX-XXX-XXXX, along with extension 7305. She said that my taxes were done and that they'd be delivered to me over a month ago. But, no one's getting back to me now.

When we started trying to solve our IRS and MN state owed amount at Palmer Financial Consultant, Inc, the process seemed promising. We followed their advice to file my husband's business under a different category to save $22,000 on [protected] taxes owed, for which we paid $6,000. However, since we are still waiting for this process to go through, we were told to STOP making our monthly payment as we had agreed upon with the IRS, and that they would notify IRS of this new arrangement, which we trusted.

Sadly, almost a year later, we got notified that our wages could be levied, could get a tax lien on our house if the full amount is not paid, and because we stopped making the monthly payments agreement we had with the IRS. We contacted Palmer to make them aware of the situation and seek clarification and a remedy, but we couldn't get a response.

In the meantime, Palmer had prepared our 2020 returns, which were rejected because our son's social security number was entered incorrectly. They refiled the return, but we got over $2400 penalty late fee because of their error. This is outrageous!

Now, to make things worse, we received a letter from IRS indicating that our 2019 taxes needed to be adjusted to account for the gambling winnings that were not included in our original return, which cost us another $7000. We sent the letter we got from the IRS to Palmer, but we still got no answer.

Although the tax preparer, ***, who we were told worked for the IRS, promised us to make a payment arrangement for the final amount owed, they asked us to agree to this before knowing the full amount owed, which is concerning. We feel like we still owe more than we did when we started with Palmer.

Communication with Palmer has been a nightmare. We can never reach anyone directly, and the messengers always take forever to get back. We got an email about another client's tax, which made us feel our Private info may also be at risk. We need Palmer to pay our late fees due to their error, and they need to communicate more clearly, directly, and promptly.
