Purposely withheld my crucial private reading, provided misinformation, and customer service was inconsistent
During the first week of July I was gifted several exclusive readings by The Cosmos. I enter my email, I submit the information and A response from Astrology Answer says its providing me a detailed reading that is going to TRANSFORM my life. I received multiple readings so I purposely enter more than one email as I knew it would be a sequence of when I would obtain my readings. Dawn emails me at my preferred email, confirms it's me and "States" she will send me my crucial reading to help with my transit period at that email I answered. Great! Next day...NO MESSAGE FROM Dawn or ASTROLOGY ANSWERS about my full reading.. I email support, I emailed Dawn, and I called the representatives. I either spoke to somebody who was extremely rude and unprofessional or I people told me that they couldn't help. They stated I had to buy a package psychic reading If I want help. They kept telling me, "I don't have an account". Wow, so deceitful! What's interesting is that they oddly began emailing my other accounts although I was emailing them from my preferred! Why would they do that if Dawn verified the email account I already stated and they knew this was precision TIMING for me to receive my psychic reading ? I guess you can't TRUST HER OR THIS COMPANY to be legit! After several complaints to their online Customer support they email me a week later saying sorry. THEY ARE NOT CREDIBLE, ACCOUNTABLE, GOOD ON TIMING OR ORGANIZED.

Overview of Astrology Answers complaint handling
I've complained about emails from this woman or whoever they are, and astrology answers humors me with apologies. Then about a week later these emails from Dawn Anne start up again. I didn't even ask anyone in the universe to send me any solicitations or readings. Only you know how you feel at the start and ending of each day. Promises promises. What you're paying for is entertainment but also deception. I don't like the titles of these emails is they are offensive, invasive and presumptuous. Unless you can talk to someone on the phone they're not real and even then you never really can verify. You could ask them if you had a death in the family or a specific question about yourself and they would pull a total blank, because they don't know, and they don't see and can't tell you anything specific about your life. Even after we unsubscribed we still got emails from her.
