On 08/18/23 at 6:11 pm at 4067 Millenia Blvd Orlando, Fl 32839 check # 3484 I order a large fried & large half sweet tea & half unsweetened tea. 1st order of fries was over cook and taste like cooking oil. The second order was just the same way. I told AM Raymond that the temperature to fryer was too high and they were coming out overcook again. Instated of looking into it he said that's the way they tell us and they are cook in three minutes. So instead of fixing the problem he just give me a refund. This is my fourth time having issues with the store. I always try to resolve my issues inside but this too much. I like Zaxby's, but I would not continue to eat there anymore and the issue keeps going on without being resolved. I want it with some fries for dinner and I can't even do that. I ask for half sweet half unsweet tea, I get a tea that taste nothing but sugar. This location has to do better.
