Hello, I ordered a dress and after 4 weeks I still had not received it. Than I contact per mail babyonline and they gave me the tracknummer so I had to contact by myself the post and I had to do everything by my self. After contacting the post thay said me that I need the packetnummer and after many many emails to babyonlinedress they gave me the nummer but it was too late so the dress has go back. I have didnt become the dress and they did not gave me back my money and they did not send me a new dress! Babyonlinedress is the worst onlineshop I ever see!
Also I have the emails when they did not helped me by anything!

Purchased a dress from this site and when it arrived it was too small so I contacted Babyonlinedress customer service and asked for a replacement. I paid for the return shipping and sent the dress back and several weeks later received another one. It was a big bigger but still too small. I contacted them again and asked about my money back. I was already sick of everything and decided to buy from another site. Unfortunately Babyonlinedress did not reply and did not refund me. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My daughter ordered a dress from Babyonlinedress.com that she tried on at a bridal shop. When she received the dress 4 weeks later, it was not the same dress! It had no labels and came from China. We have emailed them, and are awaiting an answer.
Beware, scammers. I ordered a dress worth €173. It arrived in a catastrophic condition. It smelled like a cheap flea market dress and looked like one. I sent it back at my own expense and nothing happened. Nobody reports anymore. I hope someone closes this place.
