Outback Steakhouse review: Terrible meal

Went to the Outback Steakhouse for my 38th wedding anniversary on 8.12.22 at 6:30pm. I ordered the lobster tail and filet, looked nothing like the picture on the website. Lobster tail was tiny and I mean tiny, the filet was small and flat even for a 6 oz. filet, it came burnt on the outside and when I cut into the filet it was well done, not medium well with pink as I had asked for. My son ordered a prime rib which was very full of fat and visually unappealing so he asked for it to be replaced with a sirloin instead which was overcooked and had fat. My husband's steak was also overcooked and his vegetables were soggy. Plus the dishes from the appetizer we had at the beginning of our meal was still on our table at the end of the entire meal and our waitress had passed our table multiple times before picking up the dishes. We do not want to visit Outback Steakhouse again ever! We were all very disappointed and this was supposed to have been my 38th wedding anniversary where I chose to go. No apologies and no manager came over to ask how everything was. I actually cried when I left there.
