Never going back again very disappointed!

Outback Steakhouse food

Good morning ! I would like to share about my experience Saturday night at the Saint Cloud Florida location. My family and I usually go to outback 3 to 4 times a month never have any problems. Saturday I ordered the filet with crab baranase sauce on top. Well first they ran out of bake potatoes at 8 pm, no big deal we all switched to mash potatoes. When our food came out my crab sauce was iced cold on top and I cut into it was a sorloin. So the server apologized and went to get another one. It came back 35 min later everyone was done eating and ready to go. I sat ate steak fast while she brought checks to us. I wasn't expecting anything for free but for the manager not to stop by at all and apologize I thought was very unprofessional . Then I found out the managers name on duty which happened to be the gm Jason lowery . I'm in the restsuraunt business so I was shocked of him not acknowledging what happened. I thought to contact corporate to let you know what's going on at the store. Thank you for your time. Tonya
On a side note our sever was awesome!

Outback Steakhouse unkempt ladies room

My daughter and I went to the Outback in Kempsriver Crossing in Va. Beach tonight for dinner. I am a disabled 56 year old woman on TPN with a MedPort in my chest. When I went to use the bathroom, I slipped on either water or urine on the floor, causing me to fall onto the floor. The impact was mostly on my right side and my right knee. I notified the manager and they took my information for someone to follow up with me. My nerves were uneasy as with the MedPort, had I fallen any other way, I could of dislodged the needle and bled out. The manager also said that their staff took pictures and cleaned the bathroom. Isn't there a regular check up in the bathrooms to ensure cleanliness for your customers, especially for the elderly and disabled.

Outback Steakhouse noisy children in the bar

My husband and I visited the Outback Restaurant in Westminster, CA. last night for an evening meal.

We sat in the bar area, as we have several times in the past. A young family with noisy children were seated around the bar itself. We asked our waiter and then the manager why children were allowed in the bar and were told that it was because the Outback was "a family restaurant" and children were allowed to sit anywhere, according to corporate policy.

If this, in fact, corporate policy, then this decision needs to be re-visited. Adults should be able to enjoy a peaceful meal in the bar, without the distraction of noisy children. Generally speaking, adults account for more profit than young families and our desires should be considered.

I will not recommend your restaurant to my adult friends unless your establishment sequesters young children in the main restaurant and NOT the bar area.

Outback Steakhouse service during dinner

7/5/2017 2 people dining receipt says 15:45PM approx 7:30 PM EST
Hi, My husband and I went out for a steak dinner and we love Outback. Our waitress was training a young man. Receipt says server is Donna D.
Many wrong things occurred . 1st she was very loud. Forgot my husband ordered a salad. forgot my husband wanted water and forgot his beer. Forgot extra napkins. brought sweet potato with brown sugar on it. did not ask us. I had to change to plain as I am pre-diabetic. Bread was cold and stale. We ate dinner and it was good. asked for box and bill. My husband belomgs to the 5th meal 50% off club. So bill did not refleck this. My husband had to ask her to please recheck bill. She redid the bill. Before we left, the waitress wanted us to hand her all the dirty plates, silverware, etc. I couldn't do this as I am late 70's and have trouble lifting plates. So when I couldn't give her dirty dishes, she asked my husband to give her the things. This upset me as I came to enjoy myself. My husband will be 80 in Sept and he was very upset also. Why should we clean the table before we leave the table? Dinner was Outback in Ocala, Fl. Receipt says 0299 on righttop side and on left top says REC:169 total bill was 16.03 +4.00 tip= $20.03. Thank you Sincerely, Elaine Schecter Husband Marvin Uram

Outback Steakhouse food

Outback Steakhouse Jacksonville, NC #3457. Food was served on cold plates and within a couple of minutes the food was barely warm. I ordered the crab cakes and my husband had the coconut shrimp and chicken. I ordered the asparagus and there was 4 spears skinnier than a lead pencil which cost me $3.99 and I also ordered broccoli and cheese which was not very good. We were very disappointed. We had chosen Outback because the food used to be very good and this was our 25th wedding anniversary.
I also called Outback customer service on June 26th and left a message but here it is Friday June 30th 9:12pm and have not received a call from Outback Customer Service. We would appreciate a refund. The total was $38.47. We paid with gift cards. Server was Sara B, time 13:31pm. Reference # [protected].

Outback Steakhouse very poor service

I took my wife and kids to the outback in North Charleston. I am a huge fan of outback may I say first. I asked my waiter if I could by just a steak along with my Alice springs chicken, he said that there was no way of doing that, so I decided to get the special they were running which is Alice springs chicken with coconut shrimp which came with fries. The waiter proceeded to bring out my dinner which was a piece of alice springs chicken only. I asked him where is the rest, he stated because I ordered an appetizer with fries he figured I didn't want them. So I asked where my coconut shrimp was and he laughed and said your nutsvwe don't have a special like that, so I told him to go and get me a menu so I could show him. When he came back with the menu he still argued with me until I showed him. My wife ordered the steak and crab legs she got her meal but the crab was cold, I asked him if they could bring her some warm ones. He stated they all get cold by the time we get them to the table sorry. This was the worst experience I've ever had. To bring my complaint to an end, I will not be dining in this restaurant for awhile, very poor service sorry for the negative report but ive never been treated by a waiter/waitress anywhere this badly not even McDonald's has ever been so rude

I also think that the worst part about all of this is how angry I was when I got home, my wife and I started to argue and I slapped her. Then my son tried to protect her and I slapped him and threw him to the floor. I admit that I have hit my wife before, but never my son. She told me that she did nothing when I hit her, but since I hit my son she called the police on me. Now they are encouraging her to file a report and to leave me saying that if she does not my children can be placed in foster care.

What is wrong with you? You hit your wife and son and are blaming it on a bad meal at Outback?!? You're disgusting! I hope she does file a report!

Outback Steakhouse ran out of food

My husband and I went to Outback in Garner, NC on 6/18/17 to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. We made reservations; therefore, we did not have to wait long for our table.

Nicole was our waitress, who was wonderful. We told her that we had visited Outback at this same location a year ago and had terrible service but we were going to give it another try.

We ordered a bloomin onion and after receiving it we had to ask for napkins and silverware because there was none on the table. Our order was taken and we began to eat the onion. We had to ask three people, one was a manager, to bring us more dipping sauce and Nicole ended up bringing it to us.

We placed our order. A few minutes she came out and told us that they had ran out of prime rib so I compromised with a medium cooked ribeye. This was at 7:00pm in the evening and there was no excuse to run out of food. My husband ordered the large 22 oz. bone-in ribeye. About 10 minutes later we were told that they had also ran out of that so he ordered the medium cooked Porterhouse.

Oh and by the way, they had also ran out of napkins and were using bar napkins that go under drinks.

When our food arrived mine was done. No pink anywhere. I didn't want to complain so I decided to eat the tenderloin of my husband's Porterhouse. When he cut into that, it was raw.

By this time, we decided to explain that everything had gone wrong and that we just couldn't stay because we had not received anything correctly.

Nicole was so polite and went to get the manager. She also apologized but by this time, we were ready to leave to go celebrate our anniversary elsewhere.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant, especially Outback. And also the first time that I have ever left a restaurant without eating. I honestly don't think that we will ever go to this location to have dinner again.

Outback Steakhouse overall service was horrible

I visited the Secaucus Outback on Fathers day. I expected it to be busy so when they told me it would be an hour before I could be sat I understood. However after being sat we received bread before drinks never received forks knives and plates to well after the appetizers came. I have been sitting at my table now for over an hour and my table of 8 have not received our meals yet. Takes 20 mins to get a refill after she takes the cups our bread that was brought to the table was burnt. I honestly don't think I have ever had a worse experience in my life. I would like to say the food was at least good but while I am typing this I am still waiting. No apologies not a word on why it has been taking so long. Hard to understand how this place is staying open. I would be embarrassed if I was management.

Outback Steakhouse I'm complaining about service and waiting over 1 hour where my meal

Outback Springfield Mall Pennsylvania. Came to that Outback on Memorial Day ordered 9 oz sirloin steak medium well after I ordered I waited more than an hour. When I received my meal the steak was so hard to cut I could have used a saw blade. Steamed broccoli seems like it was raw. The only thing done right was the beer and the baked potato. Manager offered to do something about the meal I thought it was going to be pricing. He ended up doing nothing at all. Waitress did all she could I did not blame her for anything. It was bad enough waiting over an hour then having to steak overcooked. I did not complain about the overcooked steak. I spent enough time waiting for a meal. My name is Robert charlier. Address 610 East Winona Avenue Norwood Pennsylvania 1 9 07 4. My email address is charlier [protected]@Gmail.com

Outback Steakhouse steak and service

We just came from Outback Steakhouse National City. My grandson and myself have been craving for some good steak. He said that they were there last two weeks ago. I am so disappointed. I really like ribeye steak. They said they only havr 13 oz size. Three of us me and my two daughters ordered all ribeye. I am so excited. I ordered medium well as well as my eldest. As soon as they serve our steak i am so diasppointed. I know they overvooked them. They did. The server did not come back after he served the steak. I called someone to call him and been waiting for 15 minutes no server finally i stood up.and called someone else. He came and the manager. They said they will.get us another one. Of course we waited again..did not offer us anything. I lost my appetite and did not eat my steak. They gave us another one that half of it are all fat. Our total bill is 93.

I am not going back there.

Outback Steakhouse poor and slow service for dinner with half the restaurant empty

Arrived around 6:15 pm for my brother in laws birthday dinner. We had to be kid friendly with the menu options. We were a table of 7 people at Table 61. The receipt says #Party3, I guess because 3 of us arrived first. Orders were taken by Stacey D. Salads and soups came out by a different server and were out of order, no big deal. Right before our main was served, my niece knocked over an almost full sprite. There was someone, I think the hostess cleaning off a table and I asked her for help and told her we had an accident. In the meantime, we took 4 of our napkins to help stop it from spreading. She looked at the spill on the table all over the bread tray and side plates. I thought she would help clear off the spill but handed me 5 new unfolded napkins I guess for me to clean up. Why would anyone do that in the restaurant business? Got past that and the main was brought by different server with the orders being out of place. The guests that ordered burgers and just a fry were given little servings of ketchup. They didn't last long and we asked the server before he left for more Ketchup and a sprite to replace the spilled one. At this time we didn't see Stacey D for quite a while. He never brought the ketchup or sprite. Finally Stacey D returned and we asked again for the two items. She came back with a sprite and a little larger container of ketchup, which 3 of us shared. In the meantime my mother was half through her burger, the same with me and my niece with her fires. Is there a shortage of ketchup at outback? Why not bring the bottle. Our payment code was ZDJXCQ and the total of the bill was $103.74. Not a great experience.

Outback Steakhouse poor service

I recently visited (5/20/17) Outback in the orlando area. My wife and me ordered the Aussie sampler, because we did not receive bread not sure if this location is different then jacksonville where we live. we also both ordered 6oz sirloin with two sides and it took 45mins or so for us to receive our food. This is the second bad experience that we have had and that is why I am making this complaint. The food was good and I have not complaints about that. The manager came by our table when we first got there and did not see her again, if we had we would have said something to her about the issue. Hopefully you can make this a better experience for other people as we will not be going back to outback again. I do not have the receipt but I have the credit card used to make the purchase as confirmation of our order. thanks.

Outback Steakhouse customer service / seating

My complaint centers on the Outback located in Merrillville, IN. 46410. This location has recently moved to a new building. My wife and I, In fact our whole family loves Outback and visited the old location in Merrillville, IN numerous times. The service was always good, and the food and menu were top notch. However, ever since they have moved to the new location everything has gone down hill. The service is horrible, the seating is crowded and the servers are understaffed. We recently (Friday, 5-19-17) went for lunch and had to wait 45 minutes for a table of three when there were many tables unoccupied. When we finally got seated we waited 2 hours for our lunch (no exaggeration). This is not the first time we have experienced this type of problem. Something drastically has happened to this location since they moved. It is not the same OUTBACK we came to love. At the old location they had a clam chowder option on Friday nights that was actually better then I have ever tasted anywhere, and now it is gone. I know there are growing pains with new locations, but if this location is owned and managed by the same people, there should be no excuse. I can honestly say that we will not be back to this location until things have changed. It is horrible that we will have to drive 30 miles to get to another Outback, where the service is what we have come to expect. We hope you can get these problems worked out. My email is [protected]@sbcglobal.net, I hope to hear from you.

Outback Steakhouse service

We dined at the Outback in Des Moines, IA located at: 10901 University Ave.; Clive, IA 50325. And we were an impromptu party of 11 that was split between two tables; with 2 separate servers. My bill was under merchant # [protected] - Before arriving, I attempted to do call ahead seating. I called twice & was hung up on twice. One server was great & the other was terrible. He was condescending, rude, & continually forgot things. Food came out at completely random times. All the outback "usuals" were neglected such as the bread & drink refills. We had to ask them to get someone to get our drink & appetizer order after we'd been sitting for like 10 minutes. Like I said - it was treated as two separate tables. Meaning each server had a table of 5 or 6. I can't understand why this seemed to be such a hard task for them? It's so unfortunate bc outback is a favorite. At the end of the meal - it took forever to get our checks & they attempted 3 times to split them unsuccessfully - and at the end - they just split them by table. It was a terrible dining experience which was unfortunate bc we were celebrating a win at the Iowa state track meet. No compensation or discount was offered on our bill - which is crazy given the amount of apologies offered throughout the entire meal. I'm disappointed with this experience & feel that customers deserve a much better dining experience.

Outback Steakhouse soup & salad

Yesterday on May 17, 2017, my husband, niece & I dined at your Outback Steakhouse in Fort Worth, Tx at the Bryant Irvin location.. We both ordered the Aussie 4 course meals.. He ordered a Baked Potato Soup & House Salad while I ordered the French Onion Soup & House Salad.. When our food arrived, we began eating, as he's eating and feeding our one year old niece off of his plate, I notice something moving on his plate.. It's a small black gnat, fly, whatever you wanna call it.. Either way it's disgusting.. So I notify the waiter immediately.. He apologizes & takes it back to the kitchen.. Returns shortly after with another plate & we began eating once again.. He eating his soup & once again, as he lifts up I leaf of lettuce, another nasty little gnat flys out.. So now, he's mad & so am I because this is gross.. We call the manager over Because this time I had proof because I had killed the gnat and sat it aside, he came over & quickly took the plate away & never returned.. Didn't apologize or come back to say anything.. So now we're both just sitting there too paranoid to eat our other food because of what just happened.. So we sit a little longer thinking that someone is gonna come back & tell us something, nothing.. The waiter kept coming to check on us, but the damage was done.. We didn't want the food & still we're exactly the way we came in, hungry but now I was unsatisfied at how we were treated.. When my husband asked for the ticket, the waiter notified us that his food would be free, I was like what food, he didn't eat anything.. I still paid for mines which i barely touched because of concerns of other bugs.. So I don't really know if that particular outback just has a bug problem or the workers there are just tryfling and brought the same plate of food back out to them, which is freaking disgusting either way and I'm highly upset about this.. I love Outback, well I did, & I've never had this kind of problem before but from now on, we're sticking to Texas Roadhouse.. My name is Shiata Wilson, if you would to discuss this situation with me more, I can be reached on my cell phone at [protected] or my email address is [protected]@gmail.com Thanks.. Looking forward to talking to someone soon..

Outback Steakhouse mother's day dinner

Went to the old bridge nj location and the reference # is [protected]. The steak quesadilla appetizer was low on steak and a few pieces you couldnt even chew bc of how tough they were. We talked to the server and she said sorry but that was it. Then we asked to speak with a manager and they kindly removed it from the bill. I requested a burger medium rare and it had no pink to it at all. Btw, your burgers are usually fantastic and i get them most times. My mom got the ribs and i planned on trying them but when they came out they didnt look appealing. She ordered the full rack and it was 6 ribs but that didnt matter bc she only had 2. You should be able to pull ribs apart and she had to use a knife. The last few times I've gone to the outback I've been disappointed. The cookie skillet should never be removed from the menu. Best dessert ever.
