I bought some stuff from Clothes Mentor's online store in Columbus last Friday, September 10th. I got two things, but then they sent me an email saying one of the things wasn't available and they'd give me my money back. But then they didn't actually give me my money back, even though the email said they would. I tried to email them back, but the email bounced back to me. I also tried to message them on Instagram and leave a comment, but they didn't respond to either. I've shopped at other Clothes Mentor stores online before and never had this kind of problem. It's only $18, but it's still my money and I'm sick of being ignored.
