Orbit Showtime Network [OSN] — unethical behaviour
Dear Customer care, I am writing from Kuwait as from yesterday(15.Jul.2019), I found that my favourite Pehla plus channels(for which I took the subscription) are removed from my OSN account WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE or APPROVAL and unwanted channels are added which I am least interested in. This is totally unacceptable behavior from the Company's part and I strongly object to it. I pay 12KWD monthly. I tried to place a complaint via phone and it asks for the OSN id, which I am unaware of. Why is it so difficult to get to your customer care when you can keep a call back facility?
Request your kind team to fix my issue by restoring the channels I subscribed for.
