Opulent Real Estate Group is the worst. They don't fix anything and don't respond to anything. They lie and say they called, emailed, and texted you, but there's no proof they ever did. They're a liability in an emergency. They should be sued.

My shower faucet broke this morning at 10:45am on 10/26. I called the emergency repair hotline and left a message with all the details. I also submitted an URGENT request online. I tried to turn off the water to my Condo, but the valves didn't work. It's now 2:21pm, and I finally heard back from their Tech Vinny. The water has been running in the shower for over 4 HOURS, and Opulent Real Estate Group doesn't seem to care! This company is a bad rental management company. They have a 1 STAR rating for a reason, they are TERRIBLE. Don't use this company, or you'll regret it. Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

Opulent Real Estate Group is not a good choice if you care about your property or tenants. If you see the word opulent anywhere, run away as fast as you can. My experience with them was terrible and I regret not researching them more before signing. They will give you an address to sign the lease and get the keys, but they won't offer a final viewing. When you move in, you'll find that 75% of the house is in shambles. They won't take ownership of their horribleness and will ignore the fact that things were supposed to be taken care of before you moved in. Broken windows, a broken refrigerator, a broken washer, a leaky faucet, a broken thermostat, dirty floors, rusted cabinets, and a broken garage door are just some of the things you'll have to deal with. Opulent will say that most of these things were taken care of within 10 days of your moving in, but use your common sense and ask yourself if you want to pay a deposit for a property in horrible condition. If your answer is no, look elsewhere. There are plenty of rental properties around. Do not deal with this company. You have been warned. Act accordingly.

I rented a house from Opulent Real Estate Group and found out that many things were broken. The agent said they would fix everything, but the manager denied all requests. The windows don't work, and one almost slammed on my hand. Some can't close without a handyman. This breaks the residential landlord and tenant act, but they haven't responded to my complaint.

Opulent Real Estate Group is not a good choice for renting an apartment. The electric in my apartment has gone out multiple times and the management has not done anything to fix it. Right now, I have been without power for 4 days and they still haven't fixed it. I have no heat or AC and they won't even put me up in a hotel while they work on it. I work from home and this has cost me 24 business hours plus 9 hours of overtime. I've tried contacting them but all I get is a generic email saying they're working on it with no details about when it will be fixed. Don't rent from Opulent Real Estate Group if you want reliable electricity.

Roof leak been a problem since July . They sent a roofing group to check it out, but only did minor repairs. Roof still leaking and causing water damage to ceiling, wall, and black mold. We tried to contact them, but no human to talk to. We left messages and emails, but no reply. It's been 7 months and still no resolution. We also reported loud music at 1,2,3 in the morning from both sides. It was so loud that it vibrated a painting on us while we slept. One side doesn't clean up after their dogs, so we have a fly problem and can't use the backyard. We have to use a fan to keep the flies out while taking our dogs out. The other side has toys, trash, wood, freezers, couches all over the front and side of the house. Kids' toys are in the street. It looks like a dump. He brings home more trash daily and his children run wild with a karaoke machine yelling yard sale all day while I try to work from home. He also paints cabinets against the neighbor's fence and in his apartment, causing paint fumes that we can't open our patio doors. He also has bonfires in the driveway feet from my 2 new cars where he burns whatever he can from the yard. We only have two ways out should the building catch fire. Through the dog poop minefield on one side and through the Roman candle fuel extravaganza on the other. We are frustrated, tired, and getting no help. We called Opulent, the fire department, and sent emails and pics to the owner of the property, but no response.

I rented an apartment from Opulent Real Estate and found out that the AC didn't work, the sinks and bathtubs were clogged, and the carpet smelled like dog pee. I talked to Jessica Flores about these issues, but she didn't care and suggested that I file a fake insurance claim to stay in a hotel while they fixed the AC. They did fix the AC after 10 days, but I still haven't received the check they promised me. According to the lease, if any repairs cost less than $25, the tenant should fix them. I spent $50 on drain cleaner and had the carpet cleaned twice, but it still smells bad. I emailed Opulent again, but Danielle Star sent me a screenshot of our initials on the lease, which means that the apartment is as is. I think it's reasonable to expect that everything works when you rent a property. The apartment also came with ceiling fans that don't work, but Danielle said that I should have tried everything. I want Opulent to replace the carpet and fix everything, or let me out of the lease. They only offered me the option to pay three months' rent and move out. I think this company is a scam, and I will tell everyone about it. They only have one star, which says a lot. Thanks, Victoria Scroggins.
