Lack of support for Home Warranty

We bought a Hubble home a year ago and have been experiencing problems with the landscaping on our lot. The lot doesn't drain water properly, resulting in frequent flooding in our backyard. When we contacted Hubble about this issue, they informed us that it falls under landscaping and is not covered by their warranty. Several houses in our neighborhood have faced the same problem, and Hubble's response to these complaints has been inconsistent. Some homeowners were able to get Hubble to address the flooding issue after making multiple calls, while others who tried the same approach were denied assistance.

Hubble engaged in deceptive practices. During the process of designing our house, they assured us that certain items were included in the price. However, when it came time to sign the final contract, they rushed us and failed to disclose all the necessary details. It was only after we had already signed the contract that they informed us that these specific items were not actually included and that we would have to pay extra for them. No one took responsibility for this issue or acknowledged any wrongdoing. The manager we spoke to initially offered to honor what their employees had promised and provide the additional upgrades at no charge. However, we have now received a new contract with a higher cost, stating that nothing is done for free and we will have to pay for the upgrades. The manager did mention that there would be no additional cost for earnest money, but this contradicts what was previously communicated to my wife. We were explicitly told that there would be no cost to us for the upgrades.

April was when I first had an issue with Hubble Homes. I filed a 10-year warranty complaint with them, but unfortunately, I never received a response. Eventually, a representative from Hubble Homes came to inspect my roof, but they couldn't figure out the problem. They then called in Western Roofing to take a look and fix the issue. The Western Roofing representative advised me to contact them directly if the problem occurred again. On 5-13-22, the roof started leaking in the same spot, so I reached out to Western Roofing. However, I was informed that Rob, the person who had previously helped me, was no longer with the company. Instead, they sent someone else, who I believe replaced the heat vent. Despite filing a second 10-year warranty complaint with Hubble Homes, I still didn't receive any response from them. Then, on 6-13-22, the roof leaked again in the same spot. Frustrated, I filed a third 10-year warranty complaint with Hubble Homes, but as of 7-01-22, I have yet to hear back from them. I also contacted Western Roofing again, but they haven't gotten back to me either. I am desperate for a response from Hubble Homes regarding the resolution of my leaking roof. I hold Hubble Homes solely responsible for their lack of response and action. I am unsure of what steps to take next. Hubble Homes claims to respond within 2 business days in their standard email, but they have not contacted me via email, phone, or letter to inform me of their plans to address the issue. I am eager to have my roof fixed and would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on what I should do. It is worth noting that the leak has occurred in the same spot on all three occasions.
