Brady Sullivan Properties, LLC is all about making money off COVID. I told them I'd be late for rent due to unemployment related to this situation, but they didn't care. They're not willing to help and keep sending me emails about late fees. It's ridiculous, especially considering the critical world situation. If it wasn't for legal restrictions, they'd kick me out without a second thought. They don't care about those who are currently unemployed.

I just finished my one year lease with Brady Sullivan Properties, LLC and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with how things ended. I left three days early to make sure everything was smooth, but when I did the final walk-through, they told me the loft carpet needed to be professionally cleaned. I didn't even use the loft, but I still went ahead and got it cleaned. They also mentioned a general cleaning, but said I was all set. If they had told me the bathrooms needed to be cleaned, I would have done it myself (which is why I left early in the first place).

To make matters worse, I had to move out of my apartment 2.5 months early because of COVID-19 and asked for help with early termination, but they said no. So I ended up paying over $5K for an apartment I didn't even use for 2.5 months, and then they hit me with a $30 cleaning bill? It's not even about the money, it's the principle of the thing.

I talked to Brady Sullivan 'bout all the safety problems at Mill Yard West in Manchester NH. They left utility ladders in the hallways for DAYS, and a maintenance guy came into my place without permission. When I told the office, they said it happens a lot and told maintenance to "leave quietly." There were lots of fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, and maintenance said they couldn't come 'cause their commute was too long. When I sent a recording of the noise, they said they didn't know what it was. I got stuck in the elevator lobby on the roof, and no one answered for over an hour. There was also a leak in the ceiling that they blamed on a coke can, but it was really a dishwasher leak. They didn't fix it for a long time.

I lived in Pocasset Mill in Johnston for 2 years. When I moved in, there were stains on the master carpet, and I told them about it. Later, they told me that the 2nd bedroom had stains, which was incorrect. When I ended my lease on 3/31, no one called me to let me know that they were taking $567.85 out of my deposit to replace the rug that had stains on it, claiming it was pet urine. I have 2 healthy cats that only use a litter box. I tried to clean the spots myself, but they still showed up under a black light. I emailed the property management to ask about it, and that's when they told me that they had notes about the 2nd bedroom having stains, not the room I was charged for. I have other complaints, but I didn't report them because the only resolution was sending out an email to the whole building to ask them not to do those things. I had to move out because of the ongoing smoke and pot smell, which was bad for my son and me because we have asthma. I also paid $50 a month for my pets for incidentals and $95 to clean the carpets after they decided to replace them.

I rented a room in one of Brady Sullivan Properties, LLC's apartments with 3 other people. Unfortunately, my roommates got us kicked out and I had to move out. Recently, I found out that there was a bill for $1500 that I had no idea about. They didn't call, email, or send any mail to me. The bill was sent to an address that I have never been associated with, 34 Pemberton Road in Nashua. I think it might be one of my roommate's addresses. I updated my address with them, but they still hired a collections agency and want the bill paid, no matter who pays it. The bill is attached to 3 social security numbers and they won't split it. I'm worried that all 3 of us are being scammed into paying $1500. What they did was not right. I want to pay my portion, but not for my roommates. They won't make a deal with me and it's affecting my credit. I want to buy a home, but I can't with this on my credit. I paid my rent every month. Please, I just want to pay my bill, not my roommates.

Brady Sullivan Properties, LLC is a place where we rented a unit in ***, NH. They advertised it as a big apartment with 3 bedrooms, lots of closet space, and 2 bathrooms for $3315/mo. We couldn't see the unit before we paid a deposit. We thought it would be big enough for our furniture. But when we saw it on Feb 11, 2022 (4 days before we were supposed to move in), we realized that the bedrooms and living room were smaller than they said. There was also one less closet than they advertised. This means that some of our furniture won't fit. It's a big problem for us because we already gave notice at our old place and can't look for a new one now. They let us measure the unit ourselves and showed us another one that was similar. We found out that the actual size of our unit was only ~1350 SQFT, which is more than 450 SQFT less than what they said. We know that there are different ways to measure SQFT, but even just looking at the room dimensions, the bedrooms were over 30% smaller and the living room was over 10% smaller than they advertised. We told the property management about our concerns, but they didn't take us seriously. We think they broke their promise to be fair and honest with us and to help us find a place for our furniture.

I lived at THE US RUBBER LOFTS by Brady Sullivan in Providence, RI for 3 years. I never had any problems until January when urine started leaking through my ceiling from the unit above me. This happened 4 times and I contacted management 10 times via email and their website, but they never responded. Maintenance finally came on 03/10, but the property manager, Meaghan N., never reached out to me. I moved out on 04/01 due to the unsanitary living conditions. I received an incorrect bill for $1,117.33 on 04/29 and management ignored my emails about compensation until I informed them I was moving out. I did not pay March rent due to their negligence. They said they would send my security deposit of $1650, but instead, I received the bill. The bill should be a "refund to resident" for $932.67. I will be contacting the health department about this issue.
