I been having problems with my apartment since I moved in. I gotta call and put in work orders all the time just to get someone to come out. I got a mold problem and nobody came to fix it. I even told them before I had my baby to fix the issues, but they ain't helping and I don't hear nothin' back.

I've been having problems with my HOA's gardening team and Fresno Management Company. Ever since they became my new HOA management team, things have been problematic. The gardeners they send over are not cutting my yard properly, they have dirty tools, and worst of all, they leave huge mountains of grass that block my gate. It seems like this company isn't keeping an eye on or properly training their gardeners. I really want them to put a stop to it.

I'm a renter who lives in a unit managed by Fresno Management Company. 'Bout three months ago, I told 'em 'bout a rodent problem in the unit. Other tenants did too. But guess what? Three months later, we still got them pesky rodents runnin' 'round, and the company ain't got no plan to fix it. They keep missin' appointments, both Fresno management and the vender. I've called 'em, complained, and tried to get 'em to take care of the problem, but they ain't workin' with me. Every mornin', I find mouse droppings on my kitchen sink, right by the dishes we eat with. It's a dang health hazard and totally unprofessional dealin' with this company.

I put in a work order for my back door to get replaced cuz it don't lock. I got 3 kids under 10, and it's scary havin' a back door that don't lock. I put in two work orders and nothin' happened. They sent one guy over and he said the door needs replacin' 'cause it's old and can't be fixed. I called the 3rd party maintenance line and they said they're waitin' on my property manager to accept the plan to replace the whole door. Nobody called me back to say if it got accepted or not. I had to call you guys to help me with my floors once 'cause they were liftin' and my kids kept slidin' and fallin' 'cause the tiles were slippin' and movin'. Please help me get my back slidin' door fixed by this company. It's scary knowin' I'm a single mom with 3 kids under 10 and my back door don't lock. I ain't on section 8 or any assistance, I'm a hard workin' mom who pays all her bills with her hard workin' money. Thank you ComplaintsBoard.com, you guys saved not only me but my kids too. I gotta complain 'bout *** and Fresno Management Company again. This company's got a bad rep online and offline 'cause they charge tenants too much, suck at maintenance, let folks work without proper licenses, and just plain suck at their job. Ms., in particular, is a real piece of work. She ain't no great businesswoman, always gettin' too emotional, lazy as heck, and her vocabulary is seriously lacking for someone in real estate. Plus, she don't even have a real estate license! She don't give a damn 'bout folks payin' HOA fees either. In the past few months, she's overcharged my HOA four freakin' times this year. And get this, she slapped me with an $18 late fee for November 'cause I paid 'em two weeks early. She's got a major attitude problem, treatin' me like a tenant even though I'm a homeowner with an HOA. And let's not forget her clear bias against African Americans. Now, I get it if she's clueless 'bout her job and can't do it right. But I ain't gonna be her punching bag while she rips me off and her company rakes in more profits.

My name is ***. I live at *** N *** Ave Apt #with Fresno Management Company. I moved in on March 8th, 2022. On April 4th, 2022, my restroom roof collapsed because of plumbing problems from the unit above mine. I contacted Fresno management company, and they sent only one maintenance man to remove the falling ceiling. They said they would return in 3 days to fix the ceiling, but I haven't heard from them since. I made several maintenance requests, but they were all canceled without explanation. Now, my unit is infested with roaches and ants because the ceiling is still open. I called Fresno Management and Fresno Housing Authority, as I have a housing voucher, but I haven't received any help yet. I have a 3-year-old child, and I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant, due on June 3rd. I don't know who else to reach out to regarding my problems. I have proof of the canceled maintenance requests and text messages to the manager about the ceiling leak, along with pictures of my roof, but I still haven't received any assistance. Other people have also left negative reviews about this company. I can hear them preparing the unit above mine for new tenants. Thank you, *** (9)-***-2*0*.
