Ooredoo international calling bundle

I subscribed to india international calling bundle before 1 month where I received a message yesterday saying the following:
"Your subscription to India international calling bundle will expire tomorrow. To resubscribe go to the Ooredoo Oman app: www.ooredoo.om/app or dial *141*8#"

Logically, this means the bundle will not be renewed unless I follow one of the mentioned instructions in that message. However, the bundle was renewed today!

Ooredoo ooredoo ranati service

I followed the steps in your website to explore ranati content
I snet فئة (٣
Which supposed to show content of number 3 category, but suddenly I received a message notifying Supscription to ranati followed by a message mentioning activitation of a tone which I didn't select! And subscription fees taken from my balance
I called the customer care centre but they replied as their is nothing to be done for me.
This is system error not my mistake.
Looking forward for a solution.

Ooredoo fiber optic connection home broadband.

Dear ooredoo,

This is Surendra with you.

I have applied for an Fiber Optic Connection to my home on 16/07/2017.
FOC Phone No: [protected].

Still date the connection was not made and there is no action from your team.
I have contacted the customer care more then 10 times.

Today i have again contacted, It was told that a mail is sent to other department and they will be contacting you and connection will be made. The same reply i am getting from last 3 times.

Please take necessary action and make the connection happen.

Ooredoo home broadband

I requested for a new broad band connection 2 Months ago and Ooredoo are yet to give me an appointment date. Every time i call customer care there is no proper response and always give false information. There are already ports in my house and an existing new connection given in ground floor and inspite of informing them several times they say there are no ports available and keep denying. Please can a quick support be provided.

Ooredoo ooredoo tv

I have shifted my house. When I went to the ooredoo atore they said I have ooredoo tv and it is installed less than 3 months so I will be charged for it also. I told them I have no ooredoo Tv and nobody came to install any device. So thay registered a complaint. Which I follow up daily. And on the fourth day one staff feom call center told me its ok to shift no extra charges. So I went to the ooredoo store again to ask them to shift my connection and agian the whole story started again. Now its been 6 days since the complaina and nobody has tried to call me. Its only me calling them. And I am still paying for the home broadband which I am not using cause I shifted already. And waiting for ur guys to sort out this matter then shift my home broadband.

Ooredoo wifi

I am having serious issues with ooredoo oman and they are no closer to resolving them after 2 months. We sugned up for fixed line broadband on the 5th of december with the promise of having it set up before the 16th of December. It is now the 1st of february and we still have no wifi. They have came to my apartment, installed the box, completed a speed test with the promise of getting a modem within one to day two. Every time we call we are told we will have it within one to two days. We have been told they would come to our house on three different occassions with a modem where we have waited and rushed home from work for, only to find that nobody was coming with a modem. Then to my complete shock we received a bill for the wifi last thursday, a bill for a service we cannot avail of.

Ooredoo lottery fraud calls

I received a call from +[protected] and he said his name is Sunil Sharma calling from Oredoo HeadQuarters that I have won a prize of 200000 QAR which I am very well aware that this is a fraud. I am writing this complaint so that people will be aware and the Authority will take some action about this person.

My Wi Fi sim number is [protected] it's not work properly all time slow network too much floating network and problem in surfing anything in mobile so kindly take a action regarding this we face this this issue from 04/04/2023

Applied connection on 8th Nov & promised installation team from Wednesday and postponed 3 times and still not resolved.

Really careless on others timing and No resposiblity from anyone of the staffs

iam vaction on 9th jun kuwait to india but in side the on air roaming automatic on my device all ready charge 70.320 kd please as soon as possible remove this amount
i gave complaint on 3 jul2019 in ooredoo head office.
