I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Cariuma. I ordered some boots from their website about 20 days ago, and I was pretty excited to get them. But when I checked the tracking info, it said they hadn't even shipped yet! So I called up the company to see what was going on, and they told me they didn't even have my order on file. Can you believe that? I mean, I had the confirmation email and everything! But they just kept telling me there was nothing they could do without proof of purchase.

Honestly, I was pretty frustrated with the whole situation. I mean, I just wanted my boots! But instead, I had to spend all this time on the phone with customer service, and they still couldn't help me out. So I decided to report them. I mean, if they're not going to take responsibility for their mistakes, then someone's gotta hold them accountable, right?

Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from Cariuma. I mean, sure, their shoes might look cool, but if they can't even keep track of their orders, then what's the point? Save yourself the hassle and find a company that actually cares about their customers.

And get this, they used a different shipping company and I got my order almost 5 days earlier than the estimated date. How cool is that?

And let me tell you, these shoes are amazing. They're super comfortable and stylish. I've gotten so many compliments on them already.
